    Wanted to try their Marvel Mystery Funko subscription and they sent me two of the exact same funko, of a marvel character I had never heard of, and then wouldn't even address me request to return them. Additionally, I tried to order one of their funkos directly, and after months of it not showing up I tried to message them asking what's happening with it and could only get stock responses back which did not address my concern. After a year waiting, with the website showing pending... the order was cancelled, and I never received my money back. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Pre ordered some *********************** funko pops, they either kept pushing them out or cancelled them all together. They refuse to issue a refund even after showing bank statements proving that they charged me. They are the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Would give them 0 stars if I could

    Worst **************** I've ever seen. Kept making promises to get my order sent and pushing back the date then after a year they Cancelled it! When I emailed them about it I just got a response that basically said s*** happens and we don't care but please continue to shop with us!

    Stellar service, I had a question about my order and they immediately addressed the issue involving a doll not released yet, and they kindly sent me a free doll. I will DEFINITELY buy from this merchant again!

    I will never buy from this company again they have raised their shipping costs from **** to ***** give me a break very annoying. As well on top of that you are lucky if you get your preorder after a year . This use to be a good company but I am done .

    WARNING!!! Do not buy from this company!! They are horrible and the customer service is crap! They will just up and cancel your order. They are always having "glitches" and will sell something for the wrong price, so they just cancel your order instead of offering to let you pay the "correct" price.
