    My experience is the same as everyone else here. Confirm Insurance is illegally added mid-lease, start charging you for an overpriced insurance policy without your permission, and refuse to do anything about it. Before getting any apartment, ask first if they use this scam, illegal service, say no to anyone that associates with them.

    My apartment switched over to the Landlord Protection Program through Confirm Insurance in September. I was told to provide updated renters insurance to opt out of the program. I did and received notification that it was accepted and charges would be removed. Then I was told to resubmit the insurance because my policy was about to expire. I submitted my new insurance with the same details, before it expired, and was told again it was accepted. I am still being charged $28 for 2 months, when I should be charged nothing. I emailed them and they claimed they removed one charge but couldn't do anything about the other charge, despite me providing my renters insurance twice. I emailed back and never received a reply. When I attempt to login to view my submission history, I get a message stating my login has been disabled due to my apartment not accepting 3rd party insurance. No one returns calls. I refuse to pay the balance and only pay the rent that is owed since my leasing office refers me to Confirms customer service number. This reeks of a scam.
