      I won 4 bids in the month of February totalling almost $200. I was told items would be shipped within 24 hours. I never received no response. I called 4 times, and leave messages, email 3 times. I was told my money would be refunded, my money was never refunded, I have not received any other information from the website.

      The user was refunded for all of their items on March 4, 2023 and has been told this numerous times through support interactions.  The user's account is not in good standing.  The user has violated our terms of service by opening multiple accounts to circumvent our controls over the auction.  The user has misrepresented the facts here as well.  They have already been refunded in full for all items.  No further action is needed on our part because the refunds were already issued.  The user's multiple accounts have been terminated.  Thank you.

      February 6 and 7. total amount paid ******. this is listed as police auctions. you bid on jewerly, cars etc.. however, what theyre advertising is not what you receive as a matter of fact the jewelry that I purchased its all completely fake jewelry. The name of this company. is serrf corp. My jewelry came from an address in **********. ********** called the fulfillment center. I tried to contact them I sent them an email. Im trying to get in touch with PayPal to cancel all my payments to them. Im not sure what other information you need just it its not right there reading people on.

      The customer contacted us through email and we responded today, February 10, 2023 with return instructions through our support page.  To obtain a refund for the items, the customer must return the items.  Not refunds will be issued without returning the items.  It's clear from this interaction that the customer did not use the customer support system on the site as it is intended to be used.  We did not hear from the customer through customer support.  We typically reply within 12 hours.  The customer made no real good faith effort to contact us before complaining to the BBB and Paypal.  The items are as described.  Full gemology and materials are provided in each description.  The customer purchased gold-plated items as noted in the item descriptions.  Please read the item descriptions.  The key to a positive customer experience is full reading the item description.  Please note that fake is not a material used in manufacturing.  We test the stones we sell with a portable stone-tester that displays the material, so we know the stones are authentic.  If a jeweler or some other 3rd party told the customer otherwise by eyeballing the items, we understand that might make the customer upset.  In any event, full refund will be given upon return of the items.  That is our normal return policy.  Please contact us through support on the site, not email, if you need assistance in finding the return links on your My Wins page.  Thank you.

      There's no problem returning the items for a full refund, just use the return links on your 'My Wins' page.  The items are as described.  We use a portable stone tester to verify diamonds and other stones.  The tester measures the heat retention of the stones and displays the material.  It's an accurate way to test the stones.  If a jeweler or other 3rd party eyeballed the stones and said they were 'fake', they did you a disservice.  In any event, we are happy to take the items back.  Just follow the return links on your 'My Wins' page.  If you need assistance, please contact us through our support form on the site.  Thank you.

      I bought three items on this website. I won the bids. For the bids I did not win, I received an offer to purchase. I declined. The items shipped to me and required duties payment. I was suspicious of this so I only paid for one. So on top of the cost of the item, I paid shipping and duties. I opened the package and it is fake jewellery. I am refusing to pay for the other two items and they will be sent back. I opened a ticket to get a refund on this fake item but they are requesting that I ship it back so it will cost me shipping back and forth and the duties I paid to get nothing in return. This is such a scam. I am requesting a full refund. The item isn't even worth the shipping and duties far less than the actual price I paid. I paid for three items totalling ******. I also paid $28 as customs. I have attached the proof of payment. The **** they gave me was ******.

      The site is not a scam.  The items are as described, please refer to the item listing.  Fake is not a material used in manufacturing.  The items are listed as plated and we verify the stones with a portable stone-tester that displays the material.  Refer to your local customs office for refund on customs fees.  Follow return procedures to obtain a refund on the item you accepted.       3-18-2022@ 7:47 pm I Purchased solid Gold brace with .17 Kwt diamonds. Receipt#******* The Cost originally $3,000-$4,000. I won it for $55.00.k I chose to pay by personal check. It didn't route be to a **** to give my ***************** It closed out & was going to be put on my debit card. That declined. I did not give authorization to put on by debit card. I specifically say by personal check. I have a receipt to prove that. The ** Rep said she would cancel that ********* could go back to the *********** was to re-**** it with my master card. Since then they closed my account saying I was not in good standing. They claimed I never bought anything. But I had bought a watch before. Now the bracelet was gone & I could not buy it. If they don't want us to pay by check then take that off there. They can not decide for us which way we are to pay & just do it.

      The customer's account is not in good standing and as such has been terminated.  They failed to pay for 10 previous items.  They had a declined card payment and then attempted to pay by check.  Payment by check is a convenience, not a guarantee.  Our security team reviews transactions deemed suspicious and due to the customers overall account activity, terminated the account in accordance with our terms of service, which the customer agreed to when they signed up.  We don't publish our security measures for obvious reasons, including the need to prevent the kind of activity taking place here.  Thank you.

      I bid on a **** that was supposed to be a ruby **** with diamonds. I received a cheap plastic stone with a setting that looked like it was a dime store fake metal piece of junk. This website is a scam and they need to be shut down. I want a refund

      The items we sell are as described, please refer to the item description.  Reading the item description is key to a positive customer experience.  We use a stone-tester that displays the stone material to verify our stones, so we know that a stone we describe as a **** is not made of plastic.  The site is not a scam.  We provide support 365 days a year and our return process is simple and straight forward.  The customer will need to return the item for a refund.  To return an item, use the return link on your 'My Wins' page on the site and follow the instructions from there.  If they have questions or need assistance with the return, we recommend they contact us directly on the support form on the site so we can respond more quickly.  Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of the item back for the return to process and refund to be issued.  We look forward to receiving this item back and issuing you your refund.  Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I will return the ring mentioned.  This is not a stone in the ring setting...it is clearly plastic.  This site is definitely a scam site.  There is not other explanation for sending me a cheap, plastic stone that is described as a ruby.  This ring is so cheaply made, I would not even give it to my granddaughters to play dress up with it.

      They have not send my refund of $156 from a month ago. They always answer to email support or call which always has a voice mail to email support many many times. Run around. Auction #*******. I also won an auction won an auction which I gave my card# but stated refunded which I did not asked to be. Item sold on auction again.

      Thank you for making us aware of your issue.  You were refunded for item 3444706 on October 13, 2021 under the username Fsaman in the amount of $156.59.  When we issue refunds, we get a transaction reference number back from the payment processor, in this case the number is nzwx2zfz.  That confirms the refund for us.  Your refund included tax but not shipping, so we have refunded shipping today.  Our terms of sale are that we don't refund original outbound shipping, but we will do so for you now to avoid any dispute over whether the refund has been issued for the item.  Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping refund to process.  Your accounts were terminated because you had multiple accounts going to a single household which is a violation of our terms of service.  All unshipped but paid items were refunded at that time.  We're sorry you had a bad experience, but we take payment security very seriously and don't allow violations of terms of service when it involves multiple paid items, multiple accounts, refunds, and disputes over payments. Thanks again.

      Hello my name is ******* Birds, I purchased jewelry from this company and the jewelry is fake not to my expectations whatsoever. I tried reaching out several times through their app and it does not work. I contacted them through messenger and they blocked me. I cannot get a refund. Ive communicated several times and have had no response the one time they sent me a message they blocked me so I cant send it to them . I need help getting refunded on all jewelry . I dont want their fake jewelry! I spent approximately $500 in Products that I thought were real. Please help ************ Thank you, ******* birds

      Thank you for making aware of our Customers concerns. We always strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction.  


      The items are accurately described.  We provide full gemology and materials for each item.  We spot test the stones with a stone-tester that visually displays the material, so we know with 100% confidence that the stone is genuine.  We test for diamonds, rubies, sapphires, topaz, amethysts, and more.  


      The customer did contact us through our Support Ticket system and a **************** representative gave them the instructions on how to return the items directly from the My Wins page of their PoliceAuctions.com account.  The customer does have two accounts that they were using on our site and this may have caused some confusion.  


      At this time, we have created RMA numbers for all the items the customer has purchased, and we have sent return instructions to the customer via our Support Ticket system.  Once the items are back in our possession we will fully refund the customers purchases. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the items.  


      We do occasionally block people from our social media sites, this is normally due to abusive comments or messages.  Once users are blocked it is our policy to not reinstate them.

      Im sorry I didnt see this email till know. Im not comfortable dealing with this company can you please help me deal with them and handle this. Theyre lying about how they handled my return I cant get anything processed through theyre site it keeps kicking me out. Nothing can get processed.

      Re: their website I only messaged them to ask for help on return because I was not satisfied with their merchandise and they blocked me I never used foul language.

      I have 4 charges on the same credit card in the same month. From "Police Auctions.com" I have called several times with only an answering machine telling me they don't have enough people to answer the phone, but contact them at PoliceAuctions.com There is no way in which to send a message online. It keeps sending you to their sale screen instead. Their phone #*************. I have the dates of the charges and the item numbers. I have left messages with a detailed account of the situation.       Thank you for making us aware of this issue.  We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  The charges in question are purchases the customer made from our website.  The customer purchased six items from our website between 7/29/21 and 8/26/21.  They requested returns for three items and sent them back.  Refunds were issued for the three returned items on 8/17/21.  We are happy to take the rest of the items back if the customer would like to return them.  We have an easy to use no-hassle return policy.  Customers can request returns right on the site.  Once we have the items back in our possession it is we can refund the customer.  Thank you again.

           I never received any items.  I never bid on such items.  Was charged for something I never received.  I can't possibly return something I don't have or would have done

           so.  They can check their records.  There is a history on their website as well as mine which items that I won.  It doesn't show 4 items they claim that I have.  Not a far

      Thank you for making us aware of the issue.  We always strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction.  In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, items can only ship to the verified billing address associated with the credit or debit card they used to make payment.  In this case, all the items the customer purchased were shipped to the verified billing address of their card between 7/29/21 and 8/27/21.  Tracking information is available on the My Wins page of their PoliceAuctions.com account.


      The customer requested returns for four of the six items they purchased.  Of the four they requested to return three have been returned to us and refunds were issued on 8/17/21.  We are awaiting the return of the fourth item so we can issue a refund. 


      If the customer would like to return the other two items they have purchased.  They can request a return on the My Wins page of their PoliceAuctions.com account, and send the items back.  Once the items are delivered we are happy to issue refunds to the customer.
