      I coordinated moving into a property that I told would be upgraded and remodeled. I moved from out of state; the representative was very responsive during the process. I called ******************************* about 20 times to properly coordinate the move-in. She didn't send the lease until Friday; there was an issue with their system. I was to move in on Monday 9/12/2022 all to find out that I couldn't move in until 9/13/2022 due to a system error. On the day I went to pick up my keys I found out that the property was nothing like what was marketed. They had updated units at a higher price point. Due to the issues, the management company would not offer me any type of concession on the unit that was more expensive. I have been living in my car; I have an at-home job that is now being affected. When following up on returning my funds for the move-in that wasn't complete I cannot get an answer from ****** or the ***************** they take messages with no follow up. This has become a legal matter in two days. I have been communicating with this property since 8/15 in the matter of a month to coordinate a move in that was not being taken serious; no I am stuck homeless coming from ******* and I have to pay to work at a shared space to maintain my employment due to me being with out shelter.

In looking at our records, I see that your money was refunded within 48 hours. In speaking to a District Manager who remembers this situation, we were not aware of the inconvenience you experienced finding a place that suited your needs. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.Thank you.

      Cal-Am properties Fountanview Estates in ***** Ive contacted the management office three times no one ever answers and do not respond. Have a question on the annual tree removal project whereby 7 homes on my street were tagged for removal but mine & only 2 others were removed. ******* the manager here told me directly when they started in February that the ************ Arborist deemed all the trees needed to be removed that hasnt happened. In addition when they did the ***** grinding the mulch type material & dirt was just spread out over 1/2 my front yard. Second complaint is with regards to monthly cost. ******* told me directly that no other mobile home park is anywhere near the monthly cost here, turns out hes correct, one not more than 3 miles away between lot rent, tax pass through and trash pickup totals $675, my total for the 3 items is now up to $850, so again total misinformation.

      We understand you had a frustrating situation last year involving the tree in front of your home. Several trees were flagged for assessment by an arborist. The arborist recommended that some of those trees be removed based on their health. Permits were requested by the city to obtain approval for the tree removal. The trees removed were approved for removal by the local governing body. This is why it may appear that more trees were flagged for removal but only a small number were actually removed. Once the ***** was ground out, the debris was put back in the hole for safety reasons. We understand that the crew did return to address the extra debris on your lawn after you requested them to do so. We encourage residents to compare the space fees against other communities offering similar amenities and of similar size. ******************** offers a gated entrance, 2 resort style swimming pools, large spa, pickleball and bocce ball courts, clubhouse with dining facilities, craft room and more. By comparing apples-to-apples, you get a better idea of the value received for your monthly fee. We hope this helps clear up any misunderstanding.

      We closed on this property/ home on April 28,2022. The home still does not have an electric meter or electric. It is now May 2 2022. There was never a walk through done so no final punch list was created. There many items not complete or need to be fixed. Squeak in foyer floor, crooked range vent hood, missing cornice on den window, gaps in crown molding and baseboards, flooring coming unglued.Since we have had no use of our home since closing we have had to pay for hotel vrbo rental, restaurant costs and dog boarding costing us over $1900.00 dollars. If we haven't received electricity by Wednesday morning we will incur another$500.00 loss in refrigerator and freezer food. Please help us get a resolution
