      I bought a pair of $130 Volcom mirrored ski goggles on Sun, March 9. I wore the goggles for three hours total. As I was packing up, I noticed the goggle lens had smudges that I could not remove with the cloth (nor could I at home). The store would not return, refund or exchange the item, as all items worn are final, but the goggles were clearly defective. I wrote to Volcom, explaining the situation, asking for a ***lacement lens. The *** wrote: Our online store does not offer exchanges or returns for items purchased within our retail or authorized dealer locations. I apologize for the inconvenience as all returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and our system will not accept these returns.When I re explained the situation and threatened further action, I got the exact same canned response from the same agent. So, the store wont help and the company wont help. Again, I wore the goggles for a total of three hours. This way of doing business is unacceptable. The customer service is horrendous.

      In January I purchased an item from Volcom thats zipper was broken and did not work upon receiving it, tags attached still too. I called to see how it could be remedied and I submitted a warranty claim, sent the product back at the end of January, and over a month later still have not heard back from anyone despite continued calls and emails. Volcom states it is not their problem anymore as it is the warranty department but there is no way but email to contact them and they do not respond. I have been charged the money for the product and returned the product therefore having nothing no product and no refund, but mostly NO ANSWERS either.

      I purchased a $50 gift card from Volcom online at ************************** on 12/24/24 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Today we went to the outlet mall so she could use it and were told Volcom is filing bankruptcy and gift cards can no longer be used for purchases made in store or online even though they are still operating and the store is selling product. I would like my money back as the company is still open, selling product and took payment from me in December but does not want to give me products in exchange.

      I submitted an order on 2/5/25, today is 2/19/25. Based on any information available about the order, it still hasn't left thier warehouse? ***** won't assist as the package is still with the shipper. when attempting to call the customer service number, it says they are not taking calls. When attempting to email the customer service email address of ************************************************ there's no response back. I understand the business is either going out of business or being sold to another operator, but this could be part of the reason why. All I want is the items I ordered and for someone to help me.

      As a recap of the resolution. The business was not able to find my products that were ordered, did not attempt to fulfill a new order and did not reach out for any apology. I received an email from Volcom stating a refund would be issued and that was the extent of communication. Although I would have preferred to receive what I have ordered, I am glad to get a refund after the entire ordeal.

      Order number: S11314412. I ordered 5 items on 2/7/25 and finally got an update that its shipping. However, via ***** they told me the delivery destination is in the wrong state. Volcom doesnt answer any calls or emails. Theyre going out of business so its all sales final on everything. Not sure what else to do here other than hope its a typo on ****** end. Otherwise Ill dispute the charges on my card.

      I placed an order 12/02/24, I received the order with an incomplete item. I emailed them muiple times to rectify the issue, often ignored. Once I finally got a response they sent me a label to return the item, which I did. The tracking label shows that it was recieved to thier facility 12/30/24. I have no recieved my refund. I have brought it to thier attention, again ignored multiple times. I just want my money back! It was charged to my credit card so now I am also paying interest on an item i don't even have!

      original order #s11234819 was placed october 6 2024,multiple items totalling $851.15, including $29.99 for expedited shipping. items arrived timely, volcom has an exchange policy for size adjustment, where the customer chooses the appropriate size they want to exchange for and volcom sends shipping label.i needed to echange one item (Mens Guch Stretch **** jacket) for a total value of $400 volcom sends via email return label (also express shipping 2 day air as paid for) and i return the item. Volcom sends replacement jacket, ***** tracking ************, october 23 2024 via standard economy shipping 5-10 business days. displeased, but willing to be flexible, i wait the ten days and no jacket has arrived. i check tracking and it hasnt left the initial departure junction in *****, **. at this point i reach out to volcom to inquire why i am not recieving the expedited shipping i paid for. they apologise and send me a discount code for free shipping on my next order. Then, on November 6, 2024, (15 days after shipping) a new label is created, with an expected delivery date of November 22, 2024 (29 days after shipping) .The specific reason i purchased the expedited shipping was in order to have the items for a trip i had planned on november 15, 2024, a trip to ****************, ** where i require the use of the jacket i had paid for. i reached out to volcom to have this situation rectified, however they refuse to help me further. this has violated their policy and denied me my expedited shipping as paid for, and has further caused me much duress and have put me in a financial situation, leaving me without a refund or a jacket for my trip.

      I ordered 2 packages of the volcom mesh boxer briefs in the description it says 3 pack. Proof attached. I spent ***** and only received 4 peieces when I should have recieved 6. My order number is JWG6NV58-1 from klarna. I have emailed them starting on December 12, December 21, December 25th and today. To no avail. I have also tried to call and recieved a robo message saying they are unavailable I have left multiple messages. And havent got a call back. I would like the other two items I am missing.

      On 11/26 I purchased $85 dollars worth of clothing. The shipping was supposed to be **** business days. I was charged the $85 on my credit card. I have not received my order. I emailed the company twice and have not heard anything in response. I called and did not get through. I fear that the company took my money and will not be giving me the product. I would like my money back or my order. The Christmas season is busy. But its been way too long to not have any information from the company.
