      I placed 3 orders online dated 11/18, 11/19 and 11/23. All where charged to my bank account that day. As of today 12/16, all three orders still are unfilled and have not shipped. I have called and emailed several times and the phones are turned off and no one responds to emails. The orders were promised delivery in 10 business days and it has been 18 business days at this point with no response as to where my orders are and when I can expect them.order numbers are S1922119 S1823927 S1829028

      Placed a clothing order on 12/3. Credit Card was charged in full. After 10 days I reached out to Volcom to get an update on my order as the status on the website was saying still unfulfilled. I have called and left messages with customer service, the front desk, and sent over 12 emails. I have reached out to Volcom over social media and have not had any response other than an auto generated response. I am now seeking to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

       I have received this exact same auto generated response to every attempt made to contact the business.  I would like a refund.  They will not answer the phone, email, or any other forms of communication.

      I placed and order with this company on 11-19-22 and it says orders are supposed to ship in 3-7 business days. My order hasnt shipped I have called the company and the message says they are away from there desk, so then I emailed them everyday for the last 2 weeks and still Have heard nothing. They have taken my money and have not filled my order or even responded to my emails.

      November 26th, 2022 I made a purchase of $133.00 Today is December 15th...I have made several attempts to contact customer service via email and telephone...with no luck...They emailed me the same robo message the 4 times I have emailed ..with a comment on the trying times... Never answering my questions or concerns of receiving the order before Christmas..

      I purchased 7 items on 11/25. My products still have not shipped and I have not received them. I have tried to reach out to Volcom via their customer service email 3 separate times with no response from them regarding my order what so ever.I have called their customer service line multiple times which only rings once and then goes to a voicemail saying they are unavailable and cant get to the phone and send them an email and they will be sure to get back to me. It does not matter what time of day you call this is the voicemail you receive after only one ring. I believe there is no one really answering the phone to help customers. Also, where is my order its been almost 4 weeks and no sign of anything at all but they took my money. I would like for someone from Volcom to contact me and let me know where my merchandise is that I paid for.

      Placed an order with Volcom (online) on 11/19/22. To date, I have not received notification that my order has shipped. Volcom has shut down their online chat on their website and they do not answer their customer service line. (There is an automated message that says they're busy and cannot answer the call.) I have contacted Volcom numerous times via email and get canned responses that indicate they are experiencing delays but will get to my order eventually. I have also contacted them via ******** without resolution. My card was charged the day I placed the order but I cannot get a response on either getting the order shipped or cancelling the order. This order was intended for Christmas - if it will not ship in time for Christmas, I would like a refund.

      My wife and I placed 2 orders on Nov. 18th 2022 and have not received communication or delivery of products. Both credit cards had been charged immediately. Every time I have called customer service the phone goes to a message machine telling me I called after hours. I have emailed several times with no response. I was contacted by a social media rep as I placed a comment on Face Book inquiring about why 50+ people are having the same exact issue to ***. I am afraid at this point I lost money and gifts for Christmas at the same time. The overall lack of communication and concern for customers has me absolutely feeling like this company has become a scam. I would like my products to ship or a complete refund ASAP! I have supported this company since I was 16 years old and have well over $10k in current clothing in my closets, this was a hard choice to file a complaint but I feel as if they are not true to this anymore!

      Received a defective product from Volcom ***. Item is a "****** Jacket". I wore the jacket for 1 day and many fibers started poking through the surface material. If a lint brush is used to remove them it makes it worse by pulling more fibers to the surface. I have found many reviews and pictures going back to 2018 regarding inner fibers shedding outside the jacket. Despite this, Volcom has continued to sell this jacket, despite so many reports of the defect, without revision.I opened a ticket for refund and have received one reply. All ticket updates since, have been ignored. 17 days have lapsed with no reply after they said they would initiate a "warranty claim". I have attached supporting documentation of the state of the Jacket and the ticket.

      I placed an order through the businesses online store on 11/23 for $322.18. On their website, it says that orders are usually processed within 48 hours, but due to covid, can now take up to 7 business days. Understandable.The business charged my payment method on 11/28. I have still yet to receive goods for my purchase or a shipping confirmation and today is 12/8, still past 7 business days.I contacted their customer service email on 12/5 and received an automated message saying that my order was successfully accepted and is currently being picked and pulled for shipment. I only found out it was automated when I sent an additional email today, 12/8, and received the same message moments later. When I replied to either email, no response.I also called their customer service phone number and it never brings you to a live person. You are able to leave a message, but no one has ever called me back. I have also tried to call their US Headquarters number, same response. I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my order for a refund.My last resort was to call one of their brick and mortar stores and see if I could get any help that way. They had very little information they could give out, but were more helpful than the businesses own customer service.I have also been on their social media pages and it looks like there are many more customers also having the same issue.
