      On April 25,2022 my TikTok account @********** was banned without warning and without any violations prior to being banned. I have been ******** by multiple accounts and expect spam reporting that led to my automatic ban, which I appealed and was denied. I have not broken any rules of the platform, and this is now the second time I have had to have this profile reinstated. It has caused severe emotional distress.

Hello TikTok team, It appears that my account was reinstated after I submitted the information asked of me, however, the second I tried to post a video, I was hit with a one week post ban. AGAIN, I have had every single video that was ever reported for guidelines put back up. So there are currently no community guidelines violations on my account. Then, after the one week ban was up, yesterday, I posted a video that is still up now, but this morning I woke up to YET ANOTHER one week ban! This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if for some reason the violations are not being removed off my account after the appeals are won and that is why this is happening, but on top of being bullied CONSTANTLY (and TikTok doing nothing about it despite SEVERAL reports through the app, feedback form AND email) I am now also being disciplined by the app for doing nothing wrong. I would like this situation rectified please so that I can continue to use my account that I have worked so very hard on. Additionally, I should not have to be contacting the platform through the BBB and would love an actual email of a person at TikTok to contact when this inevitably happens again.

      I run a cooking recipe website, app, and social media accounts. After using *******s coin/promotional feature, a few scams happened to me, so I assume they will happen to many others. ****** has repeatedly flagged promotions of cooking videos as inappropriate or against community guidelines. They are simple cooking videos with barely any human content. They remove videos after the promotion has started, and do not reimburse my promotional coins. They fail to respond to emails, complaint reports,**** complaints, bug fixes, nothing. I have lost ~$*** due to this. Secondly, they are exchanging real currency at a far worse rate for ****** currency. When I type in that I want to spend $*** on a promotion, it goes to the ******* Store like $***, then I get back to ****** app and it is actually **** ****** coins that is needed, which is more like $***. ****** is abusing the currency system within the App Store, misrepresenting costs on their app, and stealing said currency on the app. They are falsely leading accounts to promote. Shadow banning accounts that are promoting, all while exploiting young men and women and sexualizing them for more views and clicks. It's disgusting, illegal and fraud.

I have not been refunded. I have not been given standard access to promotions. I am still unable to follow anyone.       My TikTok account ************ was banned on early morning of 4/23/22 without warning or explanation. I am an ultra marathon runner and my account documented my running and outdoor activities. I grew my account very rapidly and gained over 30,000 followers in the past month. I quit my job and was using TikTok as my main source of revenue to connect to brands and gain sponsorships. I appealed the ban and immediately I got a message saying TikTok reviewed my appeal and could not restore my account. I did not break any community guidelines. I have been emailing very frequently in the past couple days with no response. I am desperate to speak with someone at TikTok to explain the situation, request they reinstate my account and if not request why they banned my account. This account is my business at the moment. Please help me however you can. Thank you so much for your time. ****************

      Over the last few months I have been using TiK ToK and started getting a small following where I was connecting with the gay community. Last night during a Live I was banned without warning. I submitted and Appeal through the app hoping for an honest review but within seconds it was rejected. I also have some money on the account that I earned through my content and I don't have access to it anymore. I would like my account unbanned / i would like access to my money in my creator fund. I have never violated any of the community guidelines in the past and feel like I have been targeted because i post gay content. I would like an honest review of my account and the option to talk to someone other than a feedback page. ***********************************************************************

      I've reached out to TikTok several times on this matter. My daughter's account was banned and we don't know why, despite SEVERAL requests on my part to inform me of why. By default because her account was logged in on my phone, my device (not my account) was banned as well. I've emailed, reported a problem, provided screenshots of my ID and my phone line info from my cell provider, and still nothing has been done to fix this. I was making steady contact with customer service but as soon as they were able to link my daughter's (age 13) account to my account, they will no longer respond to me. I feel that banning without warning or explanation is unfair and wrong. .
