I wish I had looked into this company before ordering from them. I hope I can save at least one person from being deceived. This company auto-enrolls you in a subscription service after your first order. I received zero emails letting me know that my order was about to be processed (so that I would have had time to cancel). I will be sending my package of vitamins back unopened (at my own expense) and as of now they continue to refuse to refund my money. I'm out $92. Absolute scammers.Ritual

Nowhere on the order page is any information about this being a subscription. I reached out to the company after seeing a charge on my card and they said the subscription information was written in the confirmation email. I'm not going to read a confirmation email if I know what I'm buying. They refused to refund me. This business model preys on people not reading emails to s**** them over and get money. The product also tasted awful. Do not buy from this company.Ritual

So incredibly frustrated with my experience with Ritual. I purchased what I thought was a one time purchase of a bundle of products on their website. I was confused when I saw an unauthorized charge pop up in my bank account this month but since ritual doesnt have agents via phone I was forced to email them which I did within minutes of the charge being made. I told them I had an unauthorized charge from them and requested they look into it and refund me. I never received a reply so I went to their website again two days later looking for any way to get in touch with them. I was finally (after about 20 minutes of searching their site) directed to a web chat where I reiterated my story to a bot who advised that ritual would reply in a few hours. 20 mins later I checked the chat in my phone and an agent named *** had replied and advised that I had signed up for a subscription which is what the charge was and that they were unable to refund the charge because too much time had passed and the order had been processed. She then closed out the chat window before I could reply. The reason for the time lapse which allowed the order to be processed was because ritual did not reply to me in a timely manner. I aent follow *** via email and chat requesting Mar reroute the package back to ritual and refund me and now no one is responding. To make matters worse, the agent peppered her insulting response with emojis like yellow hearts which was infuriating given the nature of our chat. Im out $108 and ritual has been a nightmare to deal with. Buyer beware.Ritual

I was charged for an order after I had believed my subscription was cancelled. I reached out to them and tried to get them not to send it and requested to be refunded. They were not helpful, they didn't care about my concerns and were unwilling to work with me. The pills have an aftertaste like fish not vanilla. Very unhappy with this company because I heard so many good thing about it. ********************** and good luck canceling. They auto subscribe you and obviously canceling means nothing because they continue to send and charge you.Ritual

Personal Opinion: Scammy. I got a charge tonight on my card. I logged into that ridiculous profile it makes you create and noticed I was enrolled in a monthly subscription I dont remember ever signing up for. Had to contact customer support to ensure its been de activated and that the money is refunded. Greedy vibes. I do not recommend.Ritual

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company enrolls any order in a subscription model and hides the fact they are doing so. I did not want to be on a subscription model and when billed a second time (for double the price of the initial order), I contacted customer service immediately to cancel and refund as it had not been shipped yet. I was told it could not not be refunded despite the order not being shipped yet. Shady business practices all the way around and would not recommend to anyoneRitual

Our support team explained that orders placed on our site automatically sign you up for our subscription, which is outlined at checkout. Your order will be processed every 30 days, and you'll receive a reminder email a few days before each order is processed. However, for people only interested in one month, we make it easy to cancel directly from your account page at anytime. As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and refunded the last order on their subscription and confirmed their subscription was canceled.Review fromStephanie L

A Scam. Charged me for an order I didn't consent to and customer service will ignore your messages when you state this. A no refund policy. Definitely illegal to charge someone who didn't authorize the purchase and not allow a return or refund?? How is this company still in business.Ritual

5 starsI have been using their prenatal vitamins during my TTC journey and my subsequent pregnancy. I was aware of the enrollment in the subscription when I signed up, as it is outlined in the checkout process. I very much enjoy their products and have had wonderfully healthy pregnancy. I haven't attempted to end my subscription yet, so I will see if there are issues when I have to. **************** has been responsive and generous for me. One of my packages said "delivered" and was either stolen or simply incorrectly marked. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I do want to preface that with the fact that I actually do believe in the quality of the vitamins as advertised, but I have two WARNINGS:1. Be aware of the subscription. You'll see on here that there's a lot of complaints about the subscription service. Indeed, it's not transparent enough. I found out mostly by going back into the account to look at my order history. That's when I realized I'm on a subscription. I was able to promptly cancel. Your credit card company might provide a note or tag that your purchase/charge is going to be a recurring payment. But also easily missed.2. Be aware that their only forms of contact are via chat and email. Notice I didn't say *Live* chat beause you're just leaving a message. When I used the chat, it took then 2 days to get back to me. The email also took 2 days. I didn't find a phone number for immediate service. My order was extremely delayed. The original delivery estimate had lapsed by 4 days and there was no update in the order page or any email communication about the status. I tried the above contact options. After they finally replied to me 2 days later, they said it was back-ordered. I was about a day away from filing a dispute with the credit card company because I couldn't reach anyone at the company and nothing had shipped. I told them in my initial message that if it didn't ship, they need to use expedited shipping, but they ignored that.They gave me a $10 credit toward next order as an apology, but that's BS. Be aware that this is a customer retention technique, because out of stock scenarios create loss of revenue and loss of customer loyalty. It cost more to gain a new customer than to retain one. So I really have no reason to buy from them again.Ritual
