      Skims didnt send out one of my items in my order. I only received one out of two items. The item I did receive had a hole in it even though it costed $68. Their customer service only acknowledged the hole in the item I did receive and ignored the item I was missing entirely. With what was most like an automated message.

      Returned the product to the company in the return time frame through ****, however it hasnt been registered as delivered to the company. **** is no longer in possession of it and the updated delivery date changes to the next day every time I check stating departure scan: en route to customer as if my returns were not returned to the company but to another paying customer. Simply looking for a refund of the two body suits in the order placed.

      On July 29th, 2024, I placed an order with Skims. After receiving the items, I initiated a return using their prepaid label and shipped the package back. Tracking shows the return was delivered on August 14th, 2024.Despite Skims customer service advising me to wait 5-7 business days for a refund, I have yet to receive it. I was initially told to expect the refund by August 23rd, then September 4th, and now September 6th. Each time, the refund has been delayed without *************** customer service agent informed me that they had requested a refund on my behalf, but I never received any confirmation or follow-up regarding this request, despite reaching out again. I feel that Skims has failed to process my refund in a timely manner and that I am being misled by their customer service.I am seeking an immediate refund for the returned items and accountability for the delays.

      I purchased the item form SKIMS January for the second time, first time different store holts thought I bought the wrong size as it ripped. Order it from skims a size small wore it twice! ripped as i was trying to remove it. All I originally wanted was an exchange as I will not be buying the shapewear thing. they said after 90 days they do nothing, really a $100 item should ripped after wear and washes, that was her claim Van. Now I was my refund 15% they offered not to my satisfactory

      I placed an order with the company originally on August 10 2024. However after receiving and opening the order the order was completely wrong. I ordered a large in one item and received a small in a completely different item. Along with the item being incorrect the packing the item came in was destroyed and damaged. I reached Out to the customer service team to let them know of the issue and that i wanted My correct item sent to me. The company did not listen to any of my concerns and instead of sending me my new item that i ACTUALLY ordered they told me I could keep the product or donate it. Keep in mind i ordered A large and they sent me a SMALL in the wrong product. Then they automatically issued a refund but the refund wasnt even what i paid In the first place.

      I placed an order with Skims on 7/10/24 for *****. The order number SB17242449 shows that it was shipped on that same day. I received the tracking information and was advised my item would arrive on 7/16/24 with **** Per the tracking it shows that the package was handed off to **** from **** My mail was delivered on 7/16 but no package. I have a ring camera and checked with neighbors and no one has it. I reached out to Skims on 7/16 when I saw that the package was not at my address. They told me to wait until 7/22 and if my items have not arrived to reach back out to them. I have sent two emails since and received no assistance from them in locating my package. I would like my package or to just be provided with a refund since the items have not shown up.

      So on april 4th i ordered some bras from skims and when they came i tried on them and the straps kept flying off no matter what i did. i could not get the straps on to stay. so i tried to get a refund and i kept getting an. automated response from **** because of high inquiries. So i went through affirm which i paid through and they took over 3 months to settle my dispute (not in my favor) so i cant even return the items but I provided evidence of the straps off of the clothing i got. i cant even wear these things. i showed evidence of the bras with the straps coming off and proof of the automated messages i kept getting.

      Customer reached out 4 months after purchase stating there was an issue with the straps on the order. CX responded stating there was already a chargeback on the order. the chargeback is settled now, customer can reach out to CX again to see if there is a resolution. A policy for returns need to be within 30 days of purchase.

      I ordered a shirt from Skims on which was delivered to me less than a month ago on June 25th. The shirt was the only thing in the order and I paid a total of $56.08 to Skims on June 21st.On July 18th, after wearing the shirt only once, I discovered the seam had ripped and the cloth had come apart, resulting in a gaping, unsightly hole in the front of the shirt near the arm. I immediately reached out to Skims on July 18th with photos of the issue and a request for resolution, as it was a disappointing and unacceptable customer experience. I received no response for two full days at which point I reached out to Skims once more on July 20th, detailing the issue I had and requesting assistance. The live chat customer service *** refused me a return for the item, as it had been worn, and offered me 15% off purchase price of the item - a total of under seven dollars. I reiterated to her multiple times that this was not an acceptable resolution, as the item was totally defective, and the 15% would not even cover the cost of a tailor to patch the hole, and certainly would not compensate me for the time required to make two trips to the tailor for drop off and pickup. At this point, the customer service agent ignored my request to speak to another support agent, denied my request for refund or return, and refunded me $6 despite my continued insistence that I did not want, nor accept that paltry refund as any attempt at true resolution. I am requesting a refund to the order of $49.20, the total cost of the order less the $6.88 I was refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because a 15% refund still leaves me responsible for 85% of the cost of an item that was of completely inferior quality and defective. It is completely unacceptable and effectively refunds me no more than the tax and shipping I paid. I am amenable to a full refund OR would accept a replacement item in return.

      On July 6, 2024, I placed an order (Order number SB17170015) for six dresses, with a total cost of ****** CAD, including tax. I had high expectations and bought a lot of beautiful dresses, but after trying them on, I found that the quality was not as good as I had imagined, so I decided to return them. They refunded me on July 16, but they gave me less money back. They didn't refund the *** and charged me $21 for shipping. It's unfair for them to deduct the money like this, so I hope they can refund my *** and shipping cost.

      Customer was refunded for the taxes and VAT as a one time courtesy on 7/18. Customer is international, these fees are not refunded with returns. Advised the customer going forward, fees will not be refunded.
