I'm not liable for this debt with Designed Receivable Solutions. I do not have a contract I asked this company to provide me validation of this inaccurate account on my credit report. They did not provide me with the original contract as I have requested several times. Per Law 15 USC 1681 they have not done that and continue to violate my rights by inaccurately reporting this account on my credit report. Law 15 USC 1692 states that this is an unfair practice and a violation of my rights.

      Business response

We sent validation of the debt to the consumer on 1/12/2021. The consumer advised us to cease and desist further communication, which we have complied with. The account is accurately reported to the CRAs as "disputed." If the consumer wishes to resolve their debts or discuss payment options that *** be available, they should contact our office.

      Regards,

You are being untruthful!! You have NOT provided any contract bearing MY signature to validate the debt, per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You are also still reporting after the cease and desist. This is clear violation of my rights according to the law!!! Remove this account from my report.

In response to the complaint that the consumer does not have a contract with DRSI:

The original creditor can assign delinquent debts to third-party collection agencies to collect the debts on their behalf. While the consumer did not create a contract with DRSI, the original creditor has the right to assign the unpaid debt for collection. This is what gives **** the ability to collect the outstanding debt.
