      Dears We would like to inform you that the explanation provided to clarify the reason for the balloon in the tire is unacceptable. There was no collision on the side of the tire, as initially stated. The same explanation was also provided by the distributor from whom the purchase was made, which we find illogical. They seem to be suggesting a collision in the opposite part of the side, which is not accurate. Moreover,the tire was bought last march Given this situation, we will be filing a complaint with consumer protection and escalating the issue to the parent company as the first step.---

      I was supposed to receive a good faith check from the company for half of $579.18 this was agreed to on the phone. I never received the check. It was over the phone verbally in February of 2022. I followed up with them late June 2023 to let them know. They told me that I was to produce the email where they agreed or they could not honor this.

      On 8-7-23. I ran over a 10 mm socket in road. Pictures below represent damage. These tires had over half tread less than 2 years old. *** never had a set of tires do this and even the dealer said this shouldnt have happened! *** asked **** to make it right in two different occasions. Ive put other brand tires through a lot worse than this I assure you and they have held up. **** needs to buy me a new tire and make this right. What happens when Im pulling my horse trailer and this kills one of my horses then its a different conversation! Just resolve the problem if you want to continue to get my business whether thats Toyo or nitro. Thanks.

      I purchased five tires from Simple Tire online for a total of $1,845.90. Order Date: January 18, 2023 Order #: ******* I had them mounted and balanced on 3/31/23. The shop noted they had an issue with balancing one of the tires. When driving, it caused a vibration in the steering wheel at speeds above 20 mph. I took the vehicle with these tires on a road trip, with this vibration. It should be noted that this is a brand new vehicle with ***** miles at this point. Upon return I took the truck to another tire shop on 6/24/23 to get the tires re-balanced due to the vibration experienced throughout the trip. This was an out of pocket cost of $50. They noted they were unable to balance the front right tire, which is where the vibration was coming from. The installer said most likely the tire is out of round, a manufacturer defect. I contacted ********** via phone about this, and they referred me to Simple Tire where the tires were purchased from. After several back and forth emails, on 7/21/23 Simple Tire stated this is an manufacturer issue and to file a claim with Toyo Tire. I subsequently contacted Toyo Tire via phone, they instructed me to take the tire to a Toyo distributor in my local area, at my own cost and time, to have them perform a diagnostic test to determine what was already determined by the ************ on 6/24/23. It was explained that I would have to purchase a new tire, while the local distributor sent the defective tire back to Toyo. If **** finds an issue with the tire, the local distributor would refund me for the newly purchased tire. I was informed this process could take 2-3 months. I currently still have the faulty tire and I refuse to pay another $358+ for another tire when they should stand behind their product.

      Hello I purchased a set of 4 Toyo tires on December 13th from the ****** dealership of ****** ****** in ******* for about $650 they had a buy 3 get 1 free special. The tires are more than half worn out in under 6 months I was hoping for a free replacement or money back. ( order number ******* )

      Called ******** (consumer) to receive more information. He had purchased a replacement set from his local ****** dealership for his 2018 ****** iM 6 months ago. He has around ****** miles and was told on his last check-up he needs to change his tires soon. I informed ******** (consumer) of the warranty and told him there is no projected mileage or mileage warranty on OE tires. Consumer understood and said he would talk to the dealer.

      I purchased 2 ********* tires at **** Brothers in **************. I also had **** brothers do an alignment. Not even 30k miles and my passenger tire was at metal on the edge of the tire. **** Brothers warrantied the passenger one. Then I went today because the drivers side was doing the same as the passenger side. **** Brothers wouldnt warranty it because the shop manager said **** wouldnt warranty it. So I had to buy another $600 steer tire. Very frustrated.

      I bought a set of 4 Toyo tires from tirebuyer.com in December 2017 and claimed tread warranty in August 2022. Two tires were approved for warranty coverage while the other 2 were declined due to tread depth. However, on SUVs I can only change all 4 tires at once. Goodwill credit was also declined.

      Hi,i have been for the last 2 years trying to source Toyo Open country A28 Tyres locally here is SA, your local distributer ( Minty's) does not have stock and cannot advise me they will receive stock.Specifically looking for 245/65 R17 All terrain A28 Tyres if i can order online or get them at a different supplier as your current distributor here is clueless.Thanks Previn

      I purchased a set of Toyo Tire High Country tires in 2012. After learning of a Toyo Tire safety recall in2014, I began attempting to contact Toyo Tires to inquire about how to have my tires replaced since they are on the list of sizes to be recalled. I have made no less than twenty phone calls attempting to contact ****. Not a single phone call has been answered. How are your customers supposed to speak with you if you do not answer your phone?

      Dear BBB,  *************************** reached out to Toyo on 10/17/2022. 

      During her contact she did not mention any issue with a tire or the recalled product in question.  Also we do not produce "High Country" line of tires as this is produced by a competitor.  

      After the BBB inquire we did reach out by calling the phone number listed in the BBB complaint. Phone went to VM but it also sounds like a telemarketer phone line.  I would suggest that the BBB try to contact her further as we are not able to reach the client.

      Did you know that your biggest Toyo Tire customer is a single dad living in the great city of ********* *******? Not only does he do without so his children can have everything in life that they could ever need or want, he also drives his truck every single day without complaint. Not one single day have I laid witness to him say a single word about how his Toyo M/T 40x15.50 R22LT tires are worn almost to bare threads on all four tires. This single father instead sacrifices and goes without to insure his children are never to want for anything in life if he could prevent it.

      Today, I am reaching out to your company to let you know that ******* ****** is the most deserving customer for your company to take time and compassion and make a difference in a man's life where life has made it difficult for him.

      I am asking that if there was any way possible, could we please return his 4 used tires for 4 new ones of the same size and style?
      He unfortunately does not have the financial ability to afford to purchase new tires, and he takes his children to school daily on the current Toyo tires with wires almost showing.

      Bought Toyo tires from *******************************. One day in getting on the freeway and my rear tire pops I pull over to check and changed the tire. Contacted 4wheel parts the installer they referred me to Toyo contacted Toyo and they sent me back to installer. No one will take blame to fix my issue. I just want my tire replaced.
