2019 ******** AMG. ****** miles. ***** engine part failure. Dealership claims it's not covered by warranty and wants $6,500 to repair. I have a ******* mile CPO "bumper to bumper" extended warranty. I have asked, repeatedly, for them to show me in the warranty where this part is excluded and have received no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car from this company. I was told the car had never been in an accident, had no issues. After I put money down, was than told I had to buy bumper to bumper warranty as car wont be sold without it. Told it would cover any and all issues. After 2 weeks of driving , it stopped running. I tried calling company but got run around , no calls back till after the first 30 days were over and they no longer had to take it back or help me, if would now, lie on the warranty company. As it turns out the issues with the car are not covered by warranty company. I took the car to 2 mechanics and both told me the car should have never been sold me in this condition and was a hazard. Also the parts needed ( electrical) are not available and had stopped being made. The wait time frame unknown.Again, I tried calling the company as to work something out and got ignored. I tried calling attorneys but no one said they could help because I signed paperwork but the paperwork was not only misleading but stated the car wasnt in an accident and was in working good condition. *** waited this long and continue to pay on a car that doesnt run and hasnt since 2 weeks in. This was in August of 2022. Ive been hoping for the parts to come in and or find a lawyer who can help me because the company didnt reply and now that location has shut down. They still have other locations and Ive emailed them about situation and have gotten no reply. I see other people have made reviews with similar situations. This company sells lemon cars and is scamming and lying to people like me. I need help, I still owe well over $9,000 and is just parked. I need to have this contract undone and be able to get a running car as promised.I mailed the company all my documents and mechanics estimates and got no reply.Initial Complaint

It seems like the vehicle has not been registered in over 7 years. The *** shows i am not responsible but i am still the registered owner since the dealer obviously never registered the vehicleInitial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from ****** motor sports in ****** California back in December of 2022.at the time the car had registration tags that would expire in June of 2023. As the time came around to renew the registration I had not received anything in the mail regarding my renewal. I went to my local dmv office to come to find out the car had not been registered in my name yet. After going back and fourth for over two months with the dealer and finance company and countless excuses I still have not received registration and as promised mechanical work on the vehicle. My calls are always ignored and no one is on premises.Initial Complaint

We traded in a car and then purchased one from California motor trade in *****. Im writing this a month later without the new car we purchased. Before the car was purchased, there was obvious damage and the ** did not work. We were told multiple times it will be taken care of and fixed. They said the car was okay to drive. Within an hour of leaving the ********** the skid plate fell off and they told us we did the damage when the damage was already there and they said it was safe to drive. We brought it back and the manager said the damages were never there and we caused it. They have pictures in their system of the car before we took it where it shows clear damage. We brought it back and they said it is going to a *** ********** to get taken care of. The ********** says theyve paid *** to fix the damages but *** says they recovered no payment. We would call every other day for an update and every time they said its being worked on, Im taking care of it, you wont have to pay for anything. Were about to make our FIRST payment of a new car we havent had in our possession because of lathe lack of transparency. Weve been very patient and understanding. The ********** wont pay and we havent gotten our car. The salesman **** told us hes in charge of everything and to just talk to him from then on and thats what weve been doing. He asked my boyfriend to call *** with him so two CUSTOMERS can wait on hold to make the process easier. I told him its not our job to make sure THEY make a payment they owe to ***. He then texted me yelling at me to be bothered and upset at *** and not him. Also, a manager said the girl there was a mess and blamed her. This ********** does not hold themselves accountable and blames other businesses. Very unprofessional. And to top it off the car he traded in is still in his name and he has to make a payment on a car he traded in A MONTH AGO plus the payment of the new car. I want everyone to know how CROOKED they all are.Initial Complaint

On 2/8/2023 i purchased a 2017 ****** pathfinder platinum from the aforementioned car dealers. On 2/10/2023 i informed the car dealership that the vehicle was over heating. They instructed me to take it to the nearest ****** dealership and they would take care of it. I took it to ****************** in ***********, **.On 2/21/2023 the dealership, California Motor Trade decided they would pick up the vehicle and fix it themselves. On 2/21/2023 **** from ****************** informed me that the Vehicle had been picked up by California Motor Trade. Later i was informed by *********, Hey ***** I just got informed that we are taking the car back and we are refunding you your full amount . And later ********* texted Once we get the car from ****** you come in and pick up your cashiers check and refund your down payment back to your card. (We decided they would mail it to me due to the distance). On 2/28/2023 i was informed that the check had been sent.On 3/4/2023 i informed ********* that i still had not received the check. I asked for the name and number of the person who sent the check out. He gave me the number ************ for ***** the general manager. Ive call numerous times with no answer. They did refund my $500 deposit, but not my cashiers check of $22,465.71, which Ive been told numerous times its in the mail.Initial Complaint

With great regret, I, ***********************, want to convey to you that recently I purchased a car from your dealership, Acura *** 2020 with VIN ***************** on October 13,2022, with the inclusion of adding a change in the leather seats at no extra charge.Upon delivery of the vehicle, the *** 2020 had an issue with turning on. Since it would not start, a temporary battery had to be placed because the dealership did not have an additional original battery in stock. What was supposed to be a good purchase experience turned out to become a problem the next several days.On October 14, 2022, I got a text message from ***************************** asking me to go back to the dealership for a missing signature. I went back to the dealership on October 18 and spoke to the manager, *************************, and was told that-on the contract-they changed the leather for the accessories the car needed, and it would be an extra charge that could not be removed. I was not happy about this added charge but signed the missing document and left. On October 19, all the lights in the car turned on and I sent a video to the salesperson ******* who stated the manager, ****, would call me. I did not get a call back as stated so I followed up on October 20 with ******* but did not get a reply. On the same day, October 20, I called the dealership and spoke with ***** about the issue. I was informed by her to take the car back to the dealership to change the battery and leather and I would be provided with a loner vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle and picked up the loaner on the same day. On November 02, I called the dealership to see if the car was ready since I failed to hear any updates or information on the vehicle's service status, and it was almost two (2) weeks since the drop of date. I was informed that ***** was on a meeting but that the car would be ready by or after November 29. I questioned why it would take so long for the service and was told that the battery was already replaced but the service team was still working on the leather portion. I was informed that ***** would call me back, but I never got the call. On November 10, I received an email from *********************** with the offer to get another vehicle but by this point I got tired of no one returning my calls. I emailed the general manager on November 14 and did not get a reply. On November 15, I got a call from the dealership by ******* stating that he needed to exchange the loaner vehicle. On November 18, I went to the dealership for the exchange, I handed over the keys and was directed to the manager ****. Since I did not get any call back from him on my previous incident, I asked to speak to his manager instead. I informed ********** had already sent an email to the general manager (*********************************) and was waiting for a reply. **** told me that my contract would not be canceled by them since they provided me with a loaner vehicle. I told ********** would wait to speak with his manager before proceeding legally. I stepped outside and ******* handed me the keys to the *** 2020. I was surprised that the car was "ready" since I was not informed that the service was complete. There was no paperwork on what was done, and the leather panels were not changed to the stated color. At this point I became very upset and asked for them to provide me with another loaner (so that they could complete the service) or to just refund my initial payment of $11,000.00 but was declined on either option, so I left without a car. Overall, the professionalism and service your esteemed company has provided has been very poor because no one has corrected my issues.Unfortunately, your product has not performed well since the first purchase date,October 13, 2022, because the car would not turn on. I am disappointed because the product has not work properly; the service was not performed correctly; and the extra charge for the leather was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate to get my deposit back. Until today I haven't had a reply from he dealership.Initial Complaint

I went to this dealer with a pre-approved offer from a financial institute and they at the last minute closed the deal with a different company, they made wait on my cars for repairs and kept the car for over 4 days, now they have my license plates and don't want tp send them to my address and want me to drive and pick them up myself.Initial Complaint

We bought our **** ******** from this dealer in ***** It was advertised as a ********* ********* but the *** is for a Sport. On the drive home the check engine light and tire sensor light came on. The vehicle had a broken air box and all of the tire sensors were gone. They must have reset the codes right before our test drive. After fighting with them extensively they agreed to pay the repair bill for the airbox but ignored further inquiries into the tire sensors, which were *** dollars a piece. When we ********* the vehicle, we asked for the bumper to bumper extended warranty and paid an extra, ****** for it. The sales representative assured us that we had full coverage for the vehicle and even highlighted the desired coverage on the Warranty paperwork. Since then we have had to take the vehicle in 3 time and none of the required maintenance was covered. The extended warranty we paid for was not bumper to bumper... When I called to inquire, the sales representative told me that everyone who worked there in ***** no longer worked there and he couldn't even look up my purchase because they re-did their system. I asked if the owners were still the same? He told me that they were the same and that he would let them know. I told him that I had been in contact with them in the past about the previous issues, to no avail. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked me if I could hold. I literally waited on hold for ** minutes before I hung up...
