      Hello, ****** at this location has previously banned me for "disruptive behavior / spilling drinks / etc" while using mobile orders, cash and credit cards. Is the ban from this store a warning or perpetual? (It looked like corporate store was unaware as I placed online orders for delivery).I've been Peet's at different locations but wanted to be sure before I enter this store.Thanks.

      Peets charged my credit card via the App and then never provided goods and services. Using the app I ordered 2 drinks and was charged $12.05, then upon arriving at the Peets location in ************* they had no record of my order. Furthermore there was no way to recoup with money through the app or at the location of service.

      Peets app did unauthorized card charges totaling $70.00.After being on the phone with customer service and online chat for almost 2 hours nothing was resolved.I have emailed Peets Secretary: ***************************** at *********************************** and waiting for a reply. Return the $70.00 unauthorized charges immediately to my card. Ticket #: ******

      Please include in my complaint the enclosed photo of the unauthorized credit charges thru the Peets App. I only authorized $10.00 not $70.00.

       

      I'm requesting for an expedited reversal and credit back to my credit card the $70.

      I placed an order at Peets.com for some Nespresso Pods on 11/8/21. When I received the order on the 11/12 I found the "Best By Date" was 12/8/21. Order PC-*******, When I tried to ask for a return I was told I could not as I purchased the Pods at a heavily discounted price. However, my packing slip says I have 60 Days to return for a full refund. Neither my order confirmation nor my receipt state Final Sale or No Returns. I would like a full refund based on the coffee expired before my 60 Days to return and my receipt does not state final sale like Peet's states.My total purchase was for $168.75, 45 Packages.

      I had emailed the company about an ice coffee I ordered at the ****** ****************** location. The milk they used was solidified and obviously bad. Unfortunately by the time I saw this I was on my plane and unable to show them the coffee More importantly after looking at my credit card ****, they charged me 25 cents more than whats on my ****.I would never had noticed the **** difference if I hadnt taken a photo of the **** as a record for my complaint via email concerning the bad milk. The overcharge amount is small but if they are doing this for every customer, the amount could be significant.I had no further response from Peets coffee for reimbursement and Im hoping you can help with this as well

      Today a T peets coffee house here on lakeshore over in ******* ** the female worker is rude. I have **** syndrome and she insulted at me laugh at me and treated me unkindly.n she let that older white male she treated him first when I was suppose to be treated before him.favorotism and he is white.notice all white working there.no Asian **** syndrome only white. Yeah I'm disable and handicap but they insulted me that big white woman she is mean and I'm older then the older guy yes I am
