      Shop here is you like to have security ask you to open your bag as you leave with the receipt. Security asked to see receipt, then asks to open my bag with the shoes and I open the bag, and then he asks can you open wider, then sticks his face like an inch from the bag and then that's it .... Is this legal?

      There is a manager named ***** in that store, she treats employees very badly and she treated me badly, she was not professional and I think she should not work there with that bad attitude, she ruined my day with her bad vibes

      The worst retail experience ever!!!Disgusting!They treat customers with disrespect.I was trying to return a pair of slippers given to me for Christmas by my roommate, as they were the wrong size. Id never been to the store before. I asked where to do a return and the guard at the door pointed to a line at the registers. I went to what I thought was the end of the line and waited behind quite a few customers. Suddenly I was humiliated by a cashier as if I butted in line he treated me like that and humiliated me in front of everyone even though it was pretty obvious that I was confused and didnt understand what I did wrong.Then I was called to another cashier who was trying to refuse the refund because I didnt have my roommates card so I explained again that it was a Christmas present, why cant you just let me do an exchange for the right size or give me a gift card so she slammed a gift card on the counter and took the slippers- the card is not activated! So, basically they took the goods back and did not issue a legitimate refund!I wandered around the store for a few minutes trying to calm myself and stop the tears that were coming into my eyes. I was embarrassed and humiliated over a $12.00 pair of slippers!Now take note, that I am a 61 year old disabled veteran who because of my disability has difficulty navigating in a crowded environment. I was treated shamelessly and bullied with all employees in the front of the store verbally bashing me- all five feet of **** fired back that they had nothing in their store that I want and I will never shop at **** again!They kept it going by saying they dont need me to shop there anyway!!DISGUSTING!!!I hope this message gets to enough people that all the disgusting ROSS stores go out of business! They do not value their customers and treat you like an intruder instead of a valued visitor!Never ever again will I shop there and I will tell everyone I know! *********

      The store is very warm inside as the a/c is not turned on. It is uncomfortable for all customers and the poor employees working at the store.

      This store is a joke. The so called security there watches everybody but the people stealing. I've witnessed people stealing and hanging around even after we were leaving store. Almost like they are comfortable they aren't going to get caught. I tried to point it out to security one day cause I was clearly as day seeing it happen while I was checking out. And when I went to notify the guy who works there he started screaming at me saying don't touch me then when he wouldnt listen to what I was trying to say I asked for manager and I explained to her what I seen and the security person stood a few feet behind me talking back at everything I said almost like he was bullying me for trying to help him do his job that he clearly was failing on noticing. Then he leveled up further and said I assaulted him and I started realizing he is trying to take and shift focus from actual thief to a makeup situation he created and he was yelling at me so the people with the head sets on couldn't hear what I was saying or talking about. The manager wouldn't make him apologize and allowed him to stand behind me talking down to me accusing me of assault and battery. I was so confused I actually got concerned for the guy who was yelling at me who worked there cause he was acting mentally unstable or unwell like maybe he was having a mental illness episode or something. After this I don't go in that store without my husband because the guy scares me a bit.

      I shopped at the ************, IL location and the fitting room lady was lazy to pick up the hangers, so asked me to do it. Furthermore, I purchased a pair of shoes and after 2 weeks of wearing them they became unglued. I went back to the store with the receipt and they refused to return them since they were worn. They provided me with a **************** number, which promised a phone call within 3 business days. Someone from the store called - I returned the phone call but no one new who called and what it was about. Ultimately, they don't sell quality products and it's just a waste of time to deal with them. So, buyers beware.

      The store in ******* Mississippi needs training on customer service . This has been a consistent issue for over a year now. The changing room attendants are rude lazy and unprofessional. The lady in there today shoved the clothes I tried on but didn't fit back in my face and said "I don't hang them up." When I asked her when did that policy start she rolled her eyes and said "whatever." I refused to hang my items back up and left the store. I used to love shopping here but this place needs desperate help in the customer service department.

      Zero Stars. Location at Wake Forest Road, Raleigh NC. Worst retail experience ever. Waited in line for 45 minutes, only 2 cashiers working and one standing behind desk doing nothing. The person working the dressing room told me I could put something on hold to come back for in the morning since I forgot my wallet. The people up front were mad at me for asking this, said NO they won't hold anything, then I said the dressing room person said ok and they had me write my name and # down. The cashier was extremely rude to me. She shoved the item behind the counter but did not bag it or put the paper with my name with the item. She said the store opened at 9am. I came back at 9am and store sign said 10am. I work at 930. So I called at 10:00am and the person who answered the phone said they don't have anything for me, it got put back on the floor. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager to speak to at that time. Literally ZERO people I interacted with at this Ross store were friendly or helpful (except dressing room person), and nobody wanted to help a customer - nobody even smiled, they all glared. They seemed to not like their jobs or any of the customers. TERRIBLE customer service - why is this acceptable?

      Returned an item without receipt. Got store credit for less than originally paid. Returned next day with original receipt,however wouldn't adjust credit amount to what originally paid.
