All of 2024 and 2025 taxes have been a mess! I've never had issues before with federal tax withholding until trinet, and it's funny- our new payroll system takes taxes out just fine with the same exact w4 information reported. Trinets system errored and ceased taking taxes out of at least half of my paychecks for the entire year. The fact that this is a known issue and they continue to operate is sickening and needs to be dealt with one way or the other. Fix the system, or shut them down- you're messing people's literal incomes. Now I have to fill out waivers for the REMOVEDfor Trinets 'system errors'.Business Response

I am filing this complaint regarding TriNets failure to properly process my benefits enrollment, which has resulted in delayed coverage and an unjustified retroactive payroll deduction.I enrolled in Health, Dental, and Vision benefits on February 10 at 11:06 AM and received confirmation both via email and from a live agent that my enrollment was complete. However, on March 3, I discovered I had not been enrolled in any benefits. After contacting support, I was told the issue would be corrected, and my benefits were not fully activated until March 17, with vision delayed further.Despite this error, I was charged nearly $900 in a lump sum for retroactive coverage dating back to Januarya period during which I did not have access to or use these benefits due to TriNets system failure. I made multiple attempts to resolve this with the benefits team and was given inconsistent responses without a timely resolution.I am requesting a full review and correction of these charges, including reimbursement for any period in which coverage was not active or accessible. Additionally, I request that any necessary adjustments be handled in a reasonable and non-burdensome manner, rather than through large lump-sum deductions. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate further through formal legal channels and applicable state regulatory agencies.I expect a timely response and resolution.Business Response

Trinet, my REMOVEDprovider is claiming that I did not make contributions to the plan and have somehow spent funds long after I had changed plans. They are now claiming I will have to backpay these funds.Business Response

I am filing this complaint regarding TriNets refusal to correct what appears to be an enrollment system error related to my 2026 dental coverage.During the 2026 open enrollment period, it was my intention to elect dental coverage. I completed my benefits enrollment through the TriNet platform and believed my elections were submitted. I only discovered dental coverage had not been activated when my dentist informed me I did not have active coverage.Based on my understanding of the selections I made during enrollment, I believe a technical issue may have occurred within the TriNet enrollment system, resulting in dental coverage not being properly recorded.Once I became aware of the issue, I immediately contacted TriNet and requested a correction. I also filed an appeal explaining the omission was unintentional and likely due to a system issue. I confirmed I am willing to have any applicable premiums deducted retroactively so there is no financial impact to the plan.TriNet denied my request, stating the correction window had closed and benefit elections are irrevocable. While I understand elections under Section 125 cafeteria plans are typically final once the plan year begins, IRS guidance allows correction of administrative mistakes when the employees intent is REMOVEDthis case: I intended to elect dental coverage I believed enrollment was submitted I discovered the issue when my dentist said coverage was inactive I contacted TriNet immediately I am willing to pay premiums retroactively As administrator of an employer-sponsored plan, TriNet must follow REMOVEDfiduciary standards. If this cannot be resolved directly, I may seek guidance from the REMOVEDEmployee REMOVED(EBSA).Desired Resolution I respectfully request TriNet:Allow retroactive enrollment in the 2026 dental plan Deduct premiums retroactively through payroll Activate dental coverage for the 2026 plan yearBusiness Response

REMOVEDcontracted TriNet for payroll services for approximately one month in 2025. During onboarding, the services, functions, and capabilities represented to us were materially inconsistent with the services actually delivered. Due to these discrepancies, we terminated the relationship. After cancellation, TriNet revoked all account access for our employees. On February 1st, when no one had received their 2025 Form W-2s, we contacted TriNet for assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, TriNet has provided conflicting information and has not delivered the required documents. TriNet continues to state that the W-2 forms are available online, yet they refuse to restore or activate individual employee access to the portal. As a result, our employees remain unable to obtain their IRS-mandated tax documents. They continue to assert that employee access has not been revoked; however, when we request that they send verification emails enabling employees to log in, they repeatedly refuse to do so.This ongoing failure prevents our employees from fulfilling their federal tax-filing obligations and creates unnecessary administrative burdens for our company.Resolution Requested:We request that TriNet immediately: Provide each REMOVEDemployee with secure access to their individual 2025 W-2 forms or Deliver hard-copy W-2 forms to our business address.TriNet should also correct its internal processes to ensure that former clients and their employees are not denied access to legally required tax documents following service termination.Desired Outcome:Prompt issuance of all 2025 W-2 forms and confirmation that the matter has been fully resolved.Business Response

Recently my spouse was laid off from their job and we lost our health insurance. We wanted to check through my employer who used TriNet. I looked at the lowest plan for our family of 4 and selected it. Later that same day, after much consideration, we decided we could not afford $709 biweekly ($1418 a month) with him being laid off so I went back and waived coverage the same day. I have emails with timestamps showing I waived the coverage after opting in. The next pay period I had this money deducted and also no health insurance to show for it. I immediately called and the person I spoke with said the benefits department wasnt open yet and to call back in 20 minutes. She told me it would take 3-5 business days to resolve but could take 1-2 pay cycles for me to receive that missing money. She also noted that on their side it shows I waived first and THEN opted into coverage which isnt correct since they could clearly see I didnt have benefits. I called later as requested and spoke to the benefits department. I was told my account would have to be audited but they wanted to call me back the same day as they planned to expedite this. Needless to say none of this happened and nobody contacted me and it has exceeded 5 business days and my next paycheck is coming up so I called again. The person I spoke with was awful in comparison to everyone I spoke with previously and this one told me I might not get a resolution for another month! Thats 4 pay cycles. I kept asking things like will this impact my upcoming check? and when will I receive the money back? I was told I dont know for every single response. I was also told nobody will respond to my case and Ill only know its resolved once REMOVED(who is REMOVED? No idea. She just kept saying REMOVED) decided my case was resolved and she wouldnt even tell me what that could look like. I am crying. I am sick over this and my family is suffering the loss of one job and also my paycheck now being cut in halfBusiness Response

I am filing a complaint regarding my order placed on November 18, 2025 with the Official Team Shop of REMOVED(REMOVED). My order number is REMOVED.I paid $99.00 for the REMOVEDDri-Fit Coaches 1/2 Zip in size Small (Color: Navy). However, when my package arrived, I received a completely different item: the REMOVEDMidweight top. This item is not only the wrong product but is cheaper, a different style, and not what I ordered.I immediately contacted customer service and provided multiple photos showing the incorrect item, the packaging, and my receiptwhich clearly lists the Dri-Fit Coaches 1/2 Zip. Instead of helping, I was questioned as if I ordered the wrong thing, even though the order confirmation itself shows exactly what I paid for.I was told that they would reach out to the store, but since then nothing has been done. I have not been contacted with a solution, replacement, or refund. I feel like my issue is being ignored. After the fact, I checked the companys reviews and saw that many customers have had similar experiences receiving the wrong item and not getting any helpful customer support. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never ordered from this company.Business Response

This looks like a complaint sent to the wrong company. We are TriNet HR, a B2B provider of full-service HR solutions to small and medium-size businesses. We have nothing to do with clothing items or college football and don't even work directly with consumers. We hope this individual's issue with her top gets sorted, even though the person managing this BBB account is an Alabama fan. Roll tide.Customer Answer

REMOVEDused TriNet as a REMOVEDprovider during 2022, at this time we employed one person in the State of OR. TriNet as the REMOVEDis responsible for the wage reporting and taxes quarterly. They filed the reports for REMOVEDis going after the employees at our organization. We terminated our contract with TriNet as of 12/31/2023. I submitted several cases and requested a follow up from them. Case #s REMOVEDand REMOVEDare the 2 most recent. I started this process in March of this year and still have not had the penalties paid for. They still have access to the OR tax account and paid the filing but not the fees for doing it late. We are requesting that TriNet, pay the fees due to their negligence in filing late. We also request that until the pay this fee, they reach out to the State of OR, REMOVEDand remove REMOVED, REMOVEDand REMOVEDfrom any responsibility as they are only employees of the company and we were underneath TriNet during this time. Every day the amount increases due to interest and fees. I have reached out to my form rep REMOVEDand also my HR contact REMOVEDand no one has gotten back to us to resolve this to completion. As you can see by the attachments, they are now threatening to withhold from Federal Tax returns because of this issue.Business Response

This company is responsible for processing our payroll and filing our payroll taxes. In June, I received a notice from our local tax entity stating that our tax filing was incomplete. I forwarded this notice to Trinet (Zenefits) and received a reply that the matter would be forwarded to their tax department and that it would take up to 6 week to receive a response. At week 7, I emailed the company asking for an update and received no response. In September, I received a notice from the PA office of Unemployment Compensation stating that we owed $125 because our filing was late. I again contacted the company and again received an email stating that it would take 6 weeks for a response. In addition to a 6-week timeframe being unreasonable, they failed to respond in this timeframe for the last tax-related inquiry. I spoke with someone on the phone and let them know that this timeframe was unacceptable and that I had not yet heard back on my first issue. The representative stated that she would pass my information along and "hoped" I would hear from them before the end of the day, or the end of the week. This company has demonstrated that they do not respond within the timeframes they set, and they have not done the work properly which is included in our 1-year contract which is already paid in full. I am requesting a check for $125 to cover the fee to PA UC and confirmation that our local taxes are refiled correctly.Business Response

We were an employer who used TriNet as a PEO for 5 years. At the termination of our relationship, TriNet debited our account for Oregon State taxes per normal protocol. However, they never remitted the taxes to the state of REMOVED. It took 18 months (after our business paid the state of REMOVED) for TriNet to reimbursed the taxes debited but never paid. Further, they did not fulfill their obligation to final employment reports to the State of CA. The state of CA sent notices of unpaid taxes and notifications of garnishment to TriNet; none of which were passed along to our business. Now the State of CA had garnished our account incorrectly due to the lack of filing by TriNet. TriNet did not fulfill its contractual obligations through the termination of the relationship.Business Response
