      In January 2024 I put in a TV warranty claim for my TV that stopped working. The refund was approved, however, it is April 2024, and I still do not have a working TV and have not received any refund. I requested for a supervisor to call me several times and have received nothing but excuses and lies.

      Purchased Westinghouse ********************* 70 11/18/23.On 2/29/24 the base of the television disintegrated - manufacturer defect and the screen fell and hit the coffee table in front of it.I contacted customer service and they repeatedly say it is physical damage and refuse to do anything. I spoke with numerous representatives and a supervisor. I was told to the store (Target customer service and they said send us pictures pop receipt and we will file a claim. The claim was filed and they decided physical damage and to contact the manufacturer.Again I called Westinghouse and was told they cant do anything. Then they said we are investigating your situation but it has now been 10 days when they said ***** hours. I have had daily contact or at least sending emails and they say be patient be patient!I have no more patience since they are just spinning their wheels and not doing anything.I advised that after 10days of no help and no resolution at all that I am filing a formal complaint.

      I purchased a Westinghouse 55 inch tv in November 2022. In November 2023 it broke down on me and was not repairable. I initiated a warranty claim that was accepted. I filled out all necessary paperwork and sent the necessary photos showing me disposing of the tv. I have a case number #*******. I am receiving emails saying the refund application was received and approved December 27, 2024 and I should receive my check within 45 business days which would fall on February 29, 2024. I have not received an updated date, just automated emails every Saturday saying the same thing. They indicate 45 days they should hold true to that. It has also been close to four months since I started the warranty process

      On Nov. 21st, 2023 I put in a TV warranty claim to Westinghouse ************ because my TV lost its sound. I emailed to them all the corresponding documents. Around beginning Dec, 2023 I received an email that the refund was approved and should receive the check within 45 business days. Case#*******. Fast forward I have received over 10 emails from customer service warranty ***** stating sorry for the delay. I did reach out via email and still received the same messages. Till now there has been to refund. I am trying to upload the documents to your site, but are not able to. If you give me another email address I can share about 6 proof emails.

      I purchased Westinghouse - 55" 4K UHD ************* with HDR from Best Buy on Jan 08 2023 and pick it up on Jan 22 2023. I enjoyed watching the ** for about a year then on Feb 27 2024.. The ** went completedly out and wont turn back on.. I waited for a few hours.. then tried to turn it back on with only black and gray lines on the screen. The ** was non functionable. I am very disappoint with this product. If I knew this brand new ** was only going to last for one year. I wont even purchase it. I contacted Best Buy about warranty. But they advised me that I didnt renew there membership of 212 then the wararnty has lasped. So you know I was very disappointed with that feedback.

      • A photo of a full view of the back of unit. EDGE TO EDGE
      • A photo of the back of the unit showing the serial number and model number Label. Make sure both the model number and serial number are Readable and Clear.
      • ** Receipt containing the following:
      - Store Name
      - Date of Purchase
      - Model/Item Number of the **
      - Amount of the ** ( including tax, fees, and discounts...)

       I am rejecting this response because: I puchase the ** from Best Buy and I attached a picture of the ** and documents from Bestbuy regarding the purchase. I beleive I should get an refund because the ** only was functional for one year exact.

      Purchased the Generator from Amazon AND 4 year extended warranty (Asurion). Generator delivered and would not work right out of the box. Called Westinghouse and was asked the basic, low level IQ scripted first level support questions: "is the battery connected?", "is there gasoline in it?", "take out the spark plug and put it back". The would not schedule a service tech until I would confirm I did all of these things. Once I confirmed that all of this was done (including "did you put the oil in") - they sent me to the **************** "this is not a Westinghouse issue - we can guarantee Parts but you will have to call the warranty company" This continued for weeks and months - Westinghouse refusing to schedule service and warranty company the same. Had to Pay $150 and schedule my own Westinghouse certified tech to tell me the generator is defective and to send it back to Westinghouse - nothing can be done". A brand new generator that doesn't work - cost me $1,049, $143 for 4 year warranty and $150 for service. Westinghouse does NOT honor it's service guarantee or it's customers.

      Product: WGen9500Df Purchase Date: 12/23/2022 I purchased a generator on 12/23/2022 and it has not worked properly from the start. They first attempted to fix my problem by sending me a part and requiring me the customer to fix the faulty battery switch. The initial batter switch was not water proof which is what caused it not to work in the first place. That fixed 1 of the issues and the battery now works. The generator will not start on gas or propane any longer after only working on propane the first use so its only gotten worse. I was than told I needed to call a repair shop to set up an appointment and bring it there myself, I called 2 repair shops twice with no answer. I was than told to I could just bring it which I did last weekend. Of course the repair shop is closed, Westinghouses listed repair business has no hours of operation so I wasted time loading and driving 1 hour and 10 minutes round trip. I have requested to speak to a manager about my problem and was advised I would receive a call within ***** hours. I received a call 118 hours later and of course missed the call. In the voice mail they advised they would review my case and make a decision. How does a company review and make a decision without hearing my isssues? I tried calling the number the supervisor advised me to return their call and spoke to a rep who was not a supervisor and they could not transfer my call. I was told I would get a call within 2 buisness days.

      We purchased a Westinghouse generator wgen9500 in July 2022 and had the plug put in the house in Aug 2022. We had been fostering babies and wanted to be sure that winter we were never without heat. After setting it up and testing it, we stored it away for when we needed it. We finally needed it yesterday and it did not work. We had a builder friend come over to try to fix it. It would start with pull start only and not stay going. Battery did not charge and zero power to unit. Followed all manual instructions and troubleshooting. He couldnt get it working so called Westinghouse to get help. They opened a case. Didnt hear back so called this morning. We are out of warranty and never used it! We can bring it to a place and they can cover parts. I gave 5 kids, how am I going to get it there? I was told they didnt know. I asked to speak to a manager to see if we could swap it out as this makes no sense. I bought it for when I needed it and the one time I needed it, it didnt work!

      My complaint is questionable business practices. 07/12/2023 - I bought a TV 74 days later it went went out. 09/24/2023 - I started jumping through hoops for a refund. CASE #******* Their internal number. 09/25/2023 - After considerable back and forth I get an email beginning "We will now send a request to process a refund for the purchase price of the television and that excludes tax, discounts, and other store fees. Once approved, please allow 45 business days for us to complete the refund process." 09/28/2023 - I filed complaint with FTC regarding tax being withheld. 11/24/2023 - Now 61 days into a 45 day process I emailed wanting to know where my money was. 11/25/2023 - I get an email beginning with "We are glad to inform you that your refund request has been submitted to the accounting department for processing on 11/25/2023. Please be advised that it will take 45 business days for it to be processed from the said date of submission."
