I have sent the warranty **** pictures and receipts for over a month including video, yet every day they say they need something else They say it takes 45 days to issue a refund they've spent 20 days trying to avoid payment

******* *******, residing at *******************************************************************, contacted us on 11/5/2024 to report vertical lines on his TV screen. Per our warranty policy, coverage requires valid proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the defect. Mr. ******* provided the serial and model numbers but did not submit visual documentation of the vertical lines.

On 11/11/2024, Mr. ******* updated his claim, stating the TV no longer displayed a picture and showed only a black screen. He was asked to provide proof showing the TV plugged in with the ** sensor red light illuminated to confirm power but no picture. Instead, on 11/17/2024, he sent a video showing only the top-right corner of the TV, which did not include the ** sensor or adequately verify the defect.

At no point was Mr. ******* told we would not assist him. Our agents have provided clear instructions throughout the process, yet the required documentation remains incomplete. Mr. ******* has escalated the issue to the BBB, alleging delays and inconsistent requests.

To proceed, we require a complete video showing the full front of the TV, including the ** sensor red light, and evidence of the original issue. Our agents remain committed to assisting Mr. ******* and resolving his claim as efficiently as possible.

I bought a Westinghouse Electronics WD24HB6101 Television combination DVD/DVR and additional speakers and it has been sitting in a spare bedroom for a while. I bought it from a home stopping network, but took it out of the box today to put in my bedroom. I cannot figure out how to put the stands on the bottom of the television because they dont fit. I gave up after an hour. I am submitting the page from the instructional manual. Its pathetic. This is sad. Very cheap product. I hope it works.

We purchased a westing house generator 4500 in March 2023. On June 6th 2024 we called westinghouse because our Generator stopped working. We placed the claim and received a claim number. Westinghouse **************** sent an email requesting to find out what was wrong with it and they requested a copy of the invoice. We never got an email so we called. They told us we needed to.submit an invoice. Submitted invoice for the second time and didn't hear anything back. Called again and were told we needed to submit an invoice . For the third time we sent the invoice. Received a reply that we were responsible for the labor but they would send a link for their certified repair facilities where they would send the parts. We took the link and proceeded to call places within a 50 mile radius of our home. After speaking to several different companies were told by all of the service centers that they refuse to do any Westinghouse warranty work because they cannot get parts and Westinghouse does not pay them for their warranty work. I have called two times since to speak with supervisors to get a resolve on this issue. Everytime you call they take your information and no one ever calls back. At this point I want them to replace.our unit. We have been over two months without a generator. We race and camp every single.weekend and have had to borrow someone else's.

Purchased 55" ******* on 12/19/2023 from Target. The TV was losing color and having saturation issues. On 5/13/2024 I sent over all required documents to qualify for the one year manufacturer warranty. On 5/15/2024 I received an email stating my refund request has been submitted to accounting for processing and will take 45 business days to complete. I received 6 emails reassuring me that my refund was being processed and to rest assured I will receive an email with check number and date. On 7/24/2024, 47 business days from date submitted to accounting, I contact company and ask about the refund. Agent tells me because of unforeseen issues in accounting your check has been delayed. I ask to speak to supervisor and they tell me that I will get a call back. Supervisor calls me and tells me they will expedite the check and rest assured I will be getting my refund shortly. On 7/26/2024 I received an email requesting my bank information as the only way they can expedite the refund is through a bank transfer. This was a red flag for me and I did not feel comfortable giving out my personal information. I respectfully declined and requested for the paper check to be sent as their warranty policy originally states. I have been very cooperative and supplied them with all supporting documents and given them more than enough time to process a check. I have been in communication with them since and been told they have updated my account that I would like the paper check and there is no time frame as to when it will be printed and sent.

My daughter and son-in-law purchased ******* for me as a housewarming gift. They provided me with the receipts and all information in the event there were any issues. (Westinghouse was the brand). Within the Westinghouse's own Warranty period of one year (purchased date of August 31, 2023) not only did it stop working neither they nor Roku could repair it. So, they said they would send a refund within 45 days. This claim was initiated on April 20, 2024, and I have still not received the refund. I've called many many times since the claim was initiated, and I've emailed them and responded to their repeated promise of a return of monies due within 45 days. I attempted to upload them as there are more than 19 correspondence associated with this claim, and it killed my computer, and this document would not take them either. At best, I can copy and send them upon request.

Purchased television 11/2023, was faulty by 12/2023, in email chains I have provided all requested information for Westinghouse to issue a refund. 02/07/2024 they confirmed they have received all needed information and would issue a refund check 45 business days later. As of today 05/20/2024 I still have no refund and all updates are the same, sorry for the delay, well email you when a check has been issued.Westinghouse has made me miss me any chance of a refund from target where I purchased or any chance at disputing charges through my bank with their promise of a refund that based on other reviews they seemingly never actually issue.

They are the manufacturer of the product which was purchased at Target. So the receipt reflects Targets information. I have recent emails which only lists their phone number, and their call center supervisor stated the only mailing address she is allowed to give me is **********, ****
What would you like for me to provide?

I purchased a 50" Westinghouse *************** in early 2023, around September of 2023 I noticed that the television was beginning to in and out with different colors, then it began with the complete screen being pixelated, then in the lefthand corner there would a large grey block covering about half the size of the screen and then it would go away, now there are different color lines in the middle of the screen and a permanent grey bar at the bottom of the television the width of the screen, I contacted Westinghouse Electronics **************** back in November of 2023 they gave me a case # *******, however, I became very ill and I wasn't in contact with for several months, in between this time Westinghouse had sent an e-mail requesting pictures of the screen and also they wanted a picture of the serial/model number which I had submitted to them, Westinghouse sent another e-mail stating that the pictures of the serial/model where blurry and the numbers couldn't be made out, when I recovered I called on 3-3-24 @ 7:32 A.M. EST and spoke to ***** and explained to him that I have a Tracfone and I apologized for the low quality but there was there was nothing I could do about it, ***** stated that he would have a manger call me back, which no one ever called, between 3-3-24 until 5-18-24 there were multiple e-mails sent between myself and Westinghouse, them requesting a clearer picture and me stated I couldn't, finally I wrote the model/serial number and all the other numbers which is what they requested and they are still not accommodating me, I just want a TV that doesn't have colored lines in the middle of the screen and a grey bar at the bottom of the screen, they requested the information and I gave it to them what difference does it make that it's not on a picture, they have the information. I just want this resolved, please help, I'm 62 I am not buying a new phone just to send them pictures, thank you for your time and assistance.

I purchased a tv in November for my home upon opening my tv it was discovered to not work. I reached out because I purchased insurance but was told because I had warranty with Westinghouse I had to go through them. I filed a claim and was told a refund would be mailed to me. It was taking a while for me to get a tv so in march I went to best buy and purchased a new tv. I keep getting emails a check is coming but months later still no check I called today at 540pm to find out what's going on and was told I still had to wait it was a delay. This is a extremely long wait for my money to be refunded.
