    My order took a long time, but I didn't mind because I was getting the bottle I wanted. When it arrived it was the wrong Bottle? They did give me a 25 dollar credit but I never got the bottle I wanted? I am still confused???

    The product was packaged extremely well, preventing damage.On the other hand, *** took 6 days to get the product to the local holding site after attempting to deliver to my home when I was absent. I don't hold that against Royal Batch - *** simply isn't a great service.

    As a first time buyer I was not sure what to expect. From order to receipt was 10 days, so not fast, but not longer than expected. The bottle was very well protected and the Scotch was every bit as good as I remembered. These folks had it available when none of the surrounding states did. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
