    I placed an order for 2 items that stated were in stock, and received an email stating my order was being processed and that I would be receiving a tracking number shortly. After 5 days of not receiving the tracking, I emailed them. At that time I was told that it wouldn't be shipped until sometime next month. I asked for a refund since the order I placed was under false pretenses. Then they subtracted a processing fee from my refund!!! How is it my fault that your website claimed it was in stock and then they tell me it isn't? Unless you go and read through their FAQ's page before you place an order then you don't even know there is a processing fee!! And don't advertise that something is in stock when it isn't and then charge the customer a penalty.
