    I tried to buy a new car and the sale was almost completed until I found out El Cajon Lexus Dealer has failed to discloses damaged on a brand new vehicle, car was still sitting in the dealer parking lot. I request to have the sale cancel. The Sale Manager has agreed for the sale cancellation but didnt want to provide a copy of sale cancellation. The Sale Manager wants me to take his words that he will refunds my $10,000 Debit Card deposit without any written documentation and threatened to kick me out of his office because I refused to leave without an written documentation that my deposit will be refunded. I have to request to call the police for assistance because Mr ********* was really rude. I would like *** help me get my deposit refunded as soon as possible because I want to buy a new car somewhere else and never be at Lexus El Cajon.

    My husband took my car to Lexus for a changed oil maintenance and Lexus called him back at work saying that they found an oil leak in the car that will cost $400. When the car was ready to pick up they asked him to pay for $4,671.75. My husband was shocked. He got home and told me what happened and I reviewed the receipt. They charged $4,200 for the labor and $600 for the parts that they replaced. The thing that they did in the car shouldn't cost $4,200 for labor alone. I've been maintining my car with Lexus ever since I bought it and the last change oil was with them too and that might caused the oil leak that wasn't properly closed when they did the last maintenance.

    My name is ********************* On 2/2/2023 I purchased an extended warranty for my 2020 Lexus RX 350 at Lexus of El Cajon On April I had a problem with my car, I went to Lexus of El Cajon to fix the problem and I was thinking that i will use my extended warranty that I bought from them and they said I have to pay the inspection fee in order too see whats the problem with it also the cost and I said I have the warranty why would I pay they were like no you have no warranty and its not showing me any warranty under your name or your vehicle, so I paid for the inspection was $255 and they told whats the problem with it then I didnt fix my car and I went else where to fix it since they were very expensive.And recently I have another problem with sos communication with my car and I went to the Lexus of El Cajon and they told me same thing that I have to pay the fee for the inspection and the cost as well and I said mom I do have a warranty why cant you see it she said I cant see any warranty under your car then I asked to talk to one in finance so I can whats goin on why is that happening and I waited there for one hour and no one was able to help me, I got back and I called them and I said I need to talk to ******** ( the one who made me buy the extended warranty ) so he called me and I explain whats going on and I said I want to cancel my extended warranty and get my full money back and he said I need to see the miles of your car so we can take off whatever you used I was like that warranty was never there for me and I visited the service couple times and they said I dont have the warranty and he got mad at me for saying that and he said them you just want to use the warranty and cancel it I said sir the warranty is not there its not under my name they cant find that under my cars VINs number so because you guys are giving me the worst service I need to cancel the warranty and get my full money back which is $4000 Please I need someone to help me plz call me

    I told the finance manager ***************************, multiple times to remove the over $6000 extended warranty from the brand new vehicle price and he told me that he did and still submitted the loan without taking off the extended warranty.
