      November 16, 2023 I ordered a laptop new from Mega PC mall through Best Buy. However, I received a open box product. The original box seal is open and ********* over it. Also previous customer shipping info on the box. I didn't pay for a new computer for a used one.Upon opening the box I also saw there is no charger or paperwork for the computer. The computer also does not fit in the cardboard box insert. I have attached photos to the email I sent them to show you the box it came in, how it looks in the box and a picture on the computer. The computer will not turn on as it dead and also appears to have a damaged screen.Now they are blaming Canada post for the incorrect item which makes no sense. They are committing fraud!

      On Feb 7th I placed an order for a computer tower that was on sale on the website. On Feb 9th I was informed it was on backorder. On Feb 18th I received a delivery confirmation at 1am in the morning. My bank account was also charged then for the computer tower. No prior shipping information had been sent and I had not received a package. The whole situation seemed very sketchy so I opened a ticket for a refund since I was feeling like I was being scammed. I was informed by TD that the package had been delivered the 15th of Feb. 3 days before I got the delivery email. I requested a refund, they instead opened a 8 day investigation. I chose to wait to see if the package would show up. On Feb 27th I contacted them again, in which I was informed another 14 day investigation was to be started, once again I waited. It has now been over a month since the computer was ordered and 28 days since I opened a ticket for a refund and no one has contacted me about results of either investigation, no computer has been delivered, and I feel completely scammed out of 830$. I want my money back.

      On 2/4/23 I made a purchase from Tiger Direct. On 2/6/23 they cancelled my order. I paid for my order by generating a virtual card through Affirm. Affirm has yet to receive notification of the order cancellation. I have contacted both ******************************** On 2/10 I chatted with customer service at ********************** who gave me the number to their credit processing department. The agent at the credit processing department told me that refunds should be reflected within ***** hours after cancellation. The order was cancelled on Monday 2/6 and it was Fri 2/10 & Affirm was still not showing a cancellation. She said shed look into it & the conversation ended. It is now Saturday 2/18 and my charges have yet to be cancelled with Affirm. ****** says they have not received cancellation from Tiger Direct.

      Tigerdirect.com posted a sale on apple products that was up for several hours (almost an entire day) on 2/4/2023. I purchased two iPads from them. After making the purchase I contacted tigerdirect via the phone to confirm my order was received and that the prices were accurate. They did confirm both and that they had received my order. They sent an email confirming the order after that call, and the order confirmation stated i will receive shipping info shortly. Instead I received no further notifications from them and today 2/9/2023 when I logged into their system to check my order status I saw they had cancelled my order without notice. I called to inquire why & I was informed that they made an error and priced all products below what they could reasonable sell so they just cancelled all the orders and they reserve that right based on the following text found on their site TigerDirect Business is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. However, this text and NOTHING in their terms of sale actually give them the right to cancel orders due to their own pricing posted online being an error. They couldve have taken down the incorrect pricing or stopped their systems from processing these orders, but they didnt. Instead they confirmed the orders and now cancelled them without notice. This is FRAUD and extremely unethical practices. Especially since their terms does say prices are subject to change.

      I am rejecting this response because: you policy does not indicate you have the right to cancel any order especially without motivation especially due to an error on your pricing. You had the sale up for hoursalmost the entire day and you advertised the sale through numerous online outlets so this error wasnt just a momentary mistake. You had ads and links in your own website to said items at said discounted prices.  

      this is extremely poor business practices and borderline criminal as you  offered and confirmed a sale and deal to then cancel claiming it was an error without any notification.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmationyoull have your order in no time!Hope to see you again soon,TigerDirect Business The order number was R5092905 I paid $1,115.93 When I went to confirm that the order had been shipped, their website stated the order had been cancelled. I emailed their support site, and was informed that "Hi,"Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, due to incorrect pricing resulting from technical issues, we are unable to fulfill your order. Consistent with our terms of service, all orders that were impacted by the aforementioned error have been cancelled. Since the order has been canceled, the pre-authorization amount reserved for this purchase will automatically drop off in ***** hours. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."I purchased 2 valid products on their website, and now they are refusing to honor the price offered.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had with Tiger Direct. I recently placed an order for a MacBook Air with Tiger Direct, and my order was confirmed with a reference number [R5064717]. However, to my surprise, I learned from Tiger Direct later that indicating that my order had been cancelled without any email/explanation.I was unable to get a clear answer from the customer service representatives to have my order reinstated.I am extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency and communication from Tiger Direct, as well as the inconvenience this has caused me.       On 2/4/2023 I ordered a MacBook Air M2 and an iPad Pro 11 inch from TigerDirect.com. My card was charged for the amounts of the sale as shown on the uploaded images. Today (2/7/2023) my orders were cancelled by Tigerdirect without notification (I entered the product tracking information to see if they had shipped). I attempted to contact Tigerdirect customer support without reply via email. It appears this has happened to many others during the past few days, with Tigerdirect refusing to fulfill orders placed on their website, cancelling without notification, and continuing to charge credit cards. The only resolution is delivery of the products that were ordered, as there is no reason to cancel orders placed on the website.

Nonetheless, it has been 6-7 days since the orders were cancelled and pending charges are still present on my credit card. Tigerdirect has not fulfilled either the obligation to ship items purchased nor the obligation to refund for orders that have been cancelled without notification.

      On February 6th I placed an order for and Apple ****" iPad Pro 6th Gen, model number MNXQ3LL/A (order number R5104379) from Tigerdirect.com (*******************************************************************************************************). I received confirmation via email, my payment method was charged, and my order was pending. This evening, 2/7, my order was cancelled with no notification provided. I reached out to their customer service and was informed, "Our apologies. We are not be able to accomodate the order as there has been a pricing issue for the items you are trying to order. The order was canceled due to the said pricing error." This supposed "pricing error" was live on their website at least as early as Feb 4 (*********************************************************************************************). In that time I am aware the product went in and out of stock multiple times. This appears to be false advertising on the part of this company. If I went to a store and purchased a product, the store could not then tell me I can't leave with it. That is precisely what this website has done. I am requesting that they honor the price I paid on Feb 6, and deliver the product as previously agreed upon at the time of sale.

      Tiger direct has a well documented habit of price mistakes that are clearly designed to bait customers into providing contact information they can sell to third parties. There were iPad price mistakes all weekend for various models that went in and out of stock for days before the supposed technical issues were caught. With such a long history of these issues I would expect something would have been done by now to prevent them, further proving they are deliberate. I look forward to hearing how the *** and *********************** feel about this practice.

      I placed an order with Tiger Direct , #R5079389, on Feb 4, 2023. I received a confirmation email and status of sending to warehouse. I checked the status daily and today on Feb 7, 2023; I checked and saw that it had been canceled. I originally planned to contact Tiger Direct, but reviewing the BBB site and other forums, it is clear to me that Tiger Direct has no intention of fulfilling my order, nor providing good customer service. The listing and the order all indicated readily available stock and inventory... and based on the forums I've read, their go to excuse to deny having available inventory so they "have to cancel it". It looks super shady also that on Feb 7 @ 402pm US-CST, that you can not even search for apple ipad products. It looks to me as if they have suppressed search results for ANY Apple iPad products. I am filing this complaint in the hopes that they would do the right thing and fulfill my order.. Regards,*************

      I ordered an iPad Pro on 2/4/2023 that was advertised on sale on TigerDirect.com for ****** plus tax/shipping (Order R5098159), my card was charged and the order was sent to the warehouse, on 2/6/2023 the order was cancelled for "a pricing error" and they state they do not have to deliver the product I paid for at the price they advertised.
