      There was a discount on many Apple products on TigerDirect.com Feb 3 - 4, 2023. I placed an order on Feb 4. I called them on Feb 6 to get an update status of my order and was told it was being canceled due to a system error with the prices. They told me it was a good thing that they were canceling my order instead of increasing it the correct price.

      They advertised multiple apple products on sale. I made two purchases. They held my funds for several days. I got confirmation emails for my orders but no cancellation emails. I went online to check and it said both of my orders were cancelled with no explanation. Thousands of people have posted in online forums of the same issue.

      Tiger Direct Business site had advertised pricing for IPads on their site at a discount. I ordered 1 for myself and my wife. Called in today and it appears that everything was set to be shipped. Later I received notice that my order was canceled with no explanation from the the company. This is a clear bait and switch situation in which they posted low pricing to get people to visit their site. Terribly disappointed in these shady business practices.

      I am rejecting this response because: This pricing was on your site for an entire day. You used this to drive traffic to your site and collect data from potential customers. You collected my credit card info, etc and then turn around and cancel my order after the fact. Major retailers matched pricing based on what you had on your website. I think its time to own up to this mistake  I am seeking the pricing to Be honored.

      Date of Transaction: Dec, 19, 2022 Transaction Amount: $50.87 + $11 return postage Business Committed to: Full Refund less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges Order Number: R5045875 I placed an order for printer toner from PC Mall, DBA, tigerdirect.com, based on searching my model number on their site for my printer. The toner arrived in an OEM box with a shipping label and was not the correct model needed. I contacted the business, and they asked if the box had been opened. I advised that the box had been opened, but the seal on the toner was not compromised. **************** said they would accept the return minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. I shipped the toner back to their RMA address and they stated that the box had been opened and was therefore not eligible for return. I advised that this was already communicated before spending $11 to ship the toner back and they agreed to these terms. They refused to refund the money and then reshipped the toner back to me again. **************** will no longer return my messages.

      I ordered and paid for 2 computers from Tiger Direct on 10/26/2022. I only received 1 computer. After waiting a couple of days to see if the other computer would arrive, I contacted them and spoke to an individual that identified them self as *****. I called ************. This individual said it would be investigated. I received a message on 11/05/2022 that said a shipment was delivered to my address approximately 10 days before. This is the 1 computer. Only 1 box with only 1 computer. I again contacted them on 11/7/2022 both via phone at their main number and via chat on their website. I do not recall who I spoke to on the phone but I spoke to ************ via chat. I kept a copy of the chat. The last thing he said in the chat is that I should hear something by the end of the day on the 7th. I have not received any communication from them since.

      I purchased a computer (item# ********) from *********** using a credit card on 9/24/2022 in the amount of $226.78. My order number is ********. I anticipated my computer arriving at my home well before the end of September but it did not. I called *********** multiple times with inquiries about the situation: an investigation with**** and *********** was launched after I called back the second time (after doing everything in my power to ensure that the package was not on my property or at a neighbor's). I was told the investigation would take approximately 5-7 days. I was told that I would be contacted with the result of the investigation, but I was not contacted in any way. After 2.5 weeks of waiting to be contacted with the result, I finally called *********** again on 10/25; only then was I emailed a notice with the result of the investigation (the package was determined to be delivered to me, but was not in actuality). I filed an online inquiry at *********** for a refund (as a last ditch effort) after being told on 10/25 over the phone that I could contact my bank or credit card company in an attempt to receive a refund (which I am still willing to do, but I believe that the business should be held accountable). On 10/26 I also posted a complaint on another website, in addition to filing my first complaint here with the ***. I am unfortunately at my wits end. I have never feared that something like this would happen, because we live in a world where we trust that our packages will arrive when they say that they have shipped. I am truly irate.
