1 starI too was sucked into this product and their auto ship program. When I cancelled they still charged for the next shipment because I notified them too late. When I did receive the product in the 3.8oz. dispenser the pump failed to operate. I removed the top and found that the dispenser had been sabotaged by removing parts but it was only approximately 1/3 full. ther should be zero star rating.Review fromKris S

1 starI bought the ****. I used smile actives for a year. I used a tooth color chart from my dentist. I did not see a change all. Once you sign up they will put you on auto ship, then when I stopped they charges me for the free one from my original order. I ended up paying twice. This product is a lie. 1 starShould be zero stars! They trick you into a subscription. To later find another $46 charge on my credit card. No confirmation email to find order number. I try to call, get an automated answering machine telling me it does not recognize my phone number and hangs up.I press 0 a million times until finally get customer service after waiting for 45 minutes. Find the second charge is the first of 3 installments. I canceled the subscription over the phone. Was told the remaing 2 installments will be canceled after they received the second box I never ordered. Was also told return instructions will be included in box. Received the box and guess what, no return instructions. As a matter of fact, zero paperwork!Stay away from this company. They are a sneaky, misleading scam of a company. 1 starBE AWARE! They will charge your account again even after the account has been canceled. We ordered 1 time, canceled, and 2months later they charged the $29.44 again. Now we have to file a dispute with the bank and get reimbursed through this process. The customer service is terrible! You cant even get them to understand anything that makes sense! All they want is, us to reorder. I will let as many people know to stay away from this product as possible! I will give them a 1 Star as they dont deserve anymore than that.Review fromMichael S

They did not say anything about auto shipments and charges. I called to cancel and the rude lady told me she would not cancel my order. The only way to cancel is to call, and they will not help. ****.SmileActives

They charged me more money after I had canceled. When I called to have charges removed from ******, they I owed them more. The girl I spoke to when canceled, said I had only one payment left in March. They charged me another $30.18 in April. Also, said i called them twice, once in Feb and again in March. My phone only has February call to them to cancel my order.SmileActives

Our records do reflect a call in February asking about the 1st payment for your 3rd shipment that had just shipped on 2/10, but no request to cancel until 3/13 at which time future shipments were stopped. Information was provided at that time regarding the three payments that were being billed for the 2/10 shipment. The 2nd payment had actually charged on 3/13 which left one more scheduled for 4/13. We regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding the billing for your last shipment. While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders shipped prior to cancellation.
As a gesture of goodwill, the payment charged 4/13 has now been refunded; please allow 3-5 business days for that refund to post.
Your smileactives account remains closed with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

Ive used this for 9 months, I see no appreciable difference. I think Ill stick with Crest Strips. This doesnt seem to cause my teeth to be sensitive, but does not change the fact its doesnt whiten my teeth. I contacted them and they sent a stain stick. Still, no change in the results.SmileActives
