      On June 10, 2024, I accepted Pac Globals offer of $12,234 as a final payment for my claim. I have yet to receive any funds. Every time I call I get the same answer which is it is that the underwriters now have the case and we have no control over when the payment is sent. I have repeatedly asked for the manager of my claim, ***** ****, to call me back and she never calls. The amount I accepted for my claim was substantially less than the amount I requested. I purchased this insurance because I was shipping all of my household goods across an ocean. There was substantial damage done and I have already paid for the repairs. Pac Global devalued my items to a ridiculous low amount. For example, a piece of original artwork was broken during the move and PAC Global felt it could be glued back together and would not reimburse me for the now completely worthless item.I accepted their low offer because I simply got tired of dealing with them. And now that I have accepted their offer they dont want to pay and I cant get anyone to call me back. I asked to speak with ***** ***** supervisor and was told she doesnt have one.I am very hopeful that the BBB can help me get paid.

      After a cancellation of a relocation to the **, I had to regain control over everything I owned. I hired a moving company that destroyed, damaged and didn't deliver certain items at all. From the ocean shipping company, I paid for an insurance policy to cover my belongings in such case my items were in a state other than what they were once I turned responsibility of my belongings over to said parties.After filing a claim. I have yet to receive any reimbursement, any notification or timeline as to the reimbursement. When I have contacted Pac Global, I am told two weeks or told to contact a broker located in the **. I have contacted the ** broker multiple times who refers me back to Pac Global. This back and forth has been perpetual for months and I have lost all patience. I need for Pac Global to disperse the reimbursement and close my claim, as in it's current form is seriously impacting my life. I still have all destroyed and damaged items as I have not been given any instruction allowing me to dispose of and I will not pursue repair of, or replacement of my items without being reimbursed.

      I have filed a claim for insurance with PAC Global for damages received for my shipment of household goods/furniture from the ** to ********* in December 2023.My claim was finalized and approved on January 19, 2024 and I was informed that my claim would be paid within three months. It has now been over 4 months and I cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls, return my messages, or provide me with any updates on my claim that is of use. I've reached out numerous times via phone and I have emailed in April and May and received generic responses.

      I hired La **** del Monte ****** to pack and move my entire household from ***********, ******** to ************, ******* and purchased movers insurance, especially since there were several valuable art pieces and antiques included. The moving company offered professional handling of these items and I had used them successfully to handle such items several times before. On May 11, 2023, all inventory was accounted for and shipping invoice paid in full. On June 9, 2023, all boxes arrived and were placed inside my new home by the La **** del ************* who proceeded to open each and every box as this is part of the service contracted. It was found that three items were badly broken. The movers noted that the packaging of the art and antique items broken was inadequate and immediately worked with me to initiate the claim. After much back and forth and delays on the part of the insurance company, Pac Global Insurance Brokerage, Inc., the claim was approved in its entirety and I accepted the settlement. Months transpired with no final resolution on the payment and it was not until early this year that a Pac Global employee indicated that the payment was approved in January 2024 for payment in March 2024. It is now May 13 and the payment has not been received nor are there any responses to my calls or e-mails. See proof of award settlement plus photos of broken items. The fact that the items were broken has greatly reduced their market value; however, the insurance was limited to repair or replacement. I am requesting that they release the monies for this purpose immediately sincd they have been approved and there is no reason for this undue delay of full approved settlement payment.

      International move from US- ************* contracted with PAC Global Insurance Brokerage for household goods insurance. Household goods arrived in 12/23 with breakage in 2 bins. Filed claim, with all supporting documentation 1/22/24, with claim approved and settlement agreed on 01/23/2024 05:41:02 PM (UTC). Pac Global notified on 1/24/24 at 10:09 GMT that claim had been approved and to arrange for payment almost 3 months ago. Activity log not updated with information until 03/19/2024 08:25:22 PM (UTC): ******************* Admin - sent/enviado: Once the funding has been received from the Underwriters, payment will be forwarded immediately and youll receive a notification via email that payment has been sent and this claim will be closed.Pac Global settlement claims admin has been unresponsive to multiple emails dated 3/5/24 to 3/25/24 either directly from me or where ************* has forwarded the request, including 2 requests to Pac Global customer service supervisor.The claim $247, has been in payment processing step for 88 days, 3-8 times greater than what I expected, 7-10 days or within 30 days, even if paid with batch payments in February.Any help would be greatly appreciated since Pac Global has been unresponsive to queries regarding payment status.

      I purchased insurance coverage for my household goods to protect my goods during shipping to *******. This company had me fill in an inventory sheet of my items. In that excel sheet they do not give us the option of separating certain goods. I have claimed my 75 in TV because it was damaged. This company is telling me that since in the excel inventory sheet I stated 2 items where my TV is stated they can only pay half. But I feel that this sheet is decieving to customers because there is no way that a TV and a DVD player can be of equal value. So they simply assumed that both items are equally priced and decided to ignore my online quote for my TV. I want this company to fulfill their obligation to me as a customer and be fair in assesing the damages and actual cost to replace. I want to be compensated fairly.

      A claim was made to Pac Global Insurance Brokerage, Inc. and moved thru the channels as they required. A settlement was agreed upon on 10/20/2023. To date, the payment has not been received. The only response I received was:"12/01/2023 10:23:55 PM (UTC): ******************* - sent/enviado: Once the funding has been received from the Underwriters, payment will be forwarded immediately and youll receive a notification via email that payment has been sent and this claim will be closed."This was received after numerous unreturned calls and emails and in my last email I informed them that I would be taking other measures.

      Household goods insured for transportation from *********** to ********. On delivery several items damaged and process started with Pac Global to record the claim. My Claim #****** According to the activity ** on their own website the process was initiated on 01/24/2023 with the last step submitted on 03/01/2023 at 02:32:03 PM (UTC). Based on their own timeline the claim should be settler within 30 days and we already have 47 says since the last step of the process.I sent 3 emails over the last weeks and also had tried to engage the movement company and ***** in the process but also without success.No response was given, no information shared, nothing.
