    WARNING - Endicia's system was HACKED, which resulted $10K of auto withdraw within 1 day. The hackers then turned around and actually resold or used the labels for their own purposes. Contacted Endicia, Endicia pushed the blame on us as a customer, saying we were the ones generated and used the labels. Even though our office is in CA, and labels used were all the way across the country. Essentially, Endicia: 1) Is not transparent about their system being hacked, which is a grave concern considering how many possible customers have fallen under the same hackers without their knowledge unless they comb through their account every single minute, which is impossible at scale. 2) Endicia does not accept the responsibility, and will push it off to you as the customer and will not refund. *************************'s standard practice is to train their support personnel to make their customers believe it's their fault, which means there's systematic concealment of hacker issues If you are a company at scale, and have payment solutions connected directly with Endicia, this WILL HAPPEN to your company as well. We can only imagine how many companies are not aware of this situation since there's no documentation anywhere.Do NOT use Endicia unless they publicly restore the confidence of its customers.

    Security is a top priority at Endicia.  To safeguard your personal information, our systems are equipped with multiple security precautions. We monitor our systems daily and use the latest in encryption technology to ensure that every transaction is safe. 

    Since we do sincerely appreciate customer concerns about fraud and realize that this is a worrisome situation, we can provide you with some steps necessary to address this issue.  For cases such as these, we recommend that you notify your bank as soon as possible.  Financial institutions have standard policies and procedures set in place to help their customers with these issues.  Refunds are handled by the bank or financial institution.   We will cooperate with your financial institution or any authorized investigative body to help our mutual customers and assist in any formal investigation. 

    Your bank will work on your behalf and take this situation further after you have reported this case of possible fraud.

    Got charged two different times and I have no idea how they even got my card info. I’ve seen they’ve done this to multiple people so watch out for this company. They claim they have no record of charging me even though it says their company name. Already disputed charges through my bank so this review is specifically to call out this scammer company

    I used Stamps.com (the parent company) for about 6 years and then switched to Endicia the last 1 1/2 years. In the month of December and January I shipped most of my parcels via UPS due to the price being better. Well, come to find out the prices quoted and taken from my account where not correct. After closing my account I have now been billed for an additional $85.oo for UPS parcels being mispriced. In addition they software along with Stamps.com is horrible. It does not keep your order info. When you go to print labels about 70% to not work and I have to go into each order and renter all the info. They do not also integrate Shopify orders. Go to Pirateship.com. MUCH better pricing, especially for USPS parcels and those under a pound and super easy to use and no need to pay a monthly fee.

    Thank you for your feedback.  I can see why that would be upsetting.  We are sorry that you encountered this issue.  To clarify, *** adjustments come directly from the carrier and we are required to pass them onto the customers.   If it is determined by a carrier partner of Endicia that a mailing or shipping transaction did not contain sufficient funds (for example, not enough postage to cover a **** shipment due to an underreporting of weight at time of print,or a change in mail class eligibility because of carrier rule changes), the adjustments would be made.  To clarify, Endicia passes along the charges from the carrier it is not a direct charge from Endicia or the Endicia software.  We are sorry to hear that you encountered misprints and issues with your order information.  Our Free Tech Line is available 6AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday at ************** to address any printing or technical issues our customers may be having.  Our Email Support Team is also available to address such issues.  We are sorry that we did not have the opportunity to assist you further with this issue.  Rest assured we offer Shopify integration.  For further information, please see: ****************************************************************************; We do appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to have lost you as a customer.

    I have been using Endicia Dazzle for about 5 years and I love the product, easy to use and had very few issues. The reason that I did not give it a 5 Star rating is their below par customer support. If you ever have an issue plan on spending sometime on the phone.
