    I purchased one session. I loved it so much she said I could buy a 10-session package for $820. She asked me to sign on an electronic keypad for payment. That night I received the contract which said I only had 5 sessions and a lot of information that I had never seen and didn't agree with. I emailed them to cancel my contract as this is not what I signed up for. They emailed me back and tried to convince me to stay. But I said that I didn't want to continue. They didn't reimburse me my money so I filed a claim with my credit card company. They told my credit card company that they never received my request to cancel. This Company had a ton of poor reviews for similar to my situation on Yelp.

    Called for Manager and District Manager for months. No response. Tried calling, their telemarketing email and calling service says there is nothing they can do. Had COVID and lost my 2nd job and they would cancel my subscription and kept charging my credit card. The WORST COMPANY I have ever had to work with.

    The owner reached to this customer to discuss the situation. Upon checking phone recordings and POS system. Customer only had contacted studio twice. On first call the customer was told to email the studio (standard procedure) to request cancellation. Customer was trying to break contract which has 3 month commitment period and 31 day cancellation policy. The email she send was a email chain with many unknown email addresses and so gmail flagged it as spam. As of this point, member has been refunded all Late Fees and has been terminated immediately.
