1 starCame here to looking for some validation in others experiences to see if anyone had gone through this and was not disappointed to see how many others have been completely bamboozled by these SCAMMERS (but very disappointed at their devious behavior!) I just looked in my ****** account which I havent used in a long time, to see an onslaught of unrecognized charges from LAVENDER LINGERIE **** and called the number to inquire why there was so many charges from them, and after being on hold for 30 minutes (this was at 10pm on a Sunday) I finally got a hold of a representative whom after I inquired why there were so many charges from this account going back who knows how long, I was told it was for a VIP MEMBERSHIP, I informed them that I did not sign up for this VIP MEMBERSHIP at all ever! Therefore I need to be refunded all of the charges. It turns out they had been charging me $59.95 going back 4 years! I hadnt noticed in my banking app and hadnt used ****** in so long that I only saw it because I investigated! If I hadnt they would have continued to charge me forever, for a membership I never signed up for! All I ever did was buy two bras 4 years ago from their website and had no idea they added this automatic membership to the cart and they made it impossibly unclear that you are signing up for something that you didnt know you were, they did that by making it free of charge in the cart. Thankfully the representative said I could be refunded the total amount that was charged from the beginning but I almost choked when he told me the total. I also canceled the membership (that I didnt even know I had) which wasnt easy to do and required being on hold 3 more times and after literally begging me with offers to keep it, they finally cancelled the membership. This company is a complete scam and they feed on innocent people that they hope wont notice that they sneak in reoccurring charges without your knowledge. DO NOT SUPPORT SAVAGE X FENTY. 1 starI ordered 4 pairs of underwear from Savage X Fenty. One of the pairs (black) had to be shipped separately (Okay-no big deal). I received the other 3 and over 2 weeks later, I still hadnt received the black ones. I did a live chat with a *** explaining the issue and the *** gave me the option of picking out a new pair (they were out of stock of the black ones at this point). From there, I got a new confirmation email that I was receiving the green ones that we agreed on. Fast forward to my delivery- opened my shipping bag and the sticker says green but they sent me orange underwear. From there I chatted in again explaining my frustration and the solution I was offered was to ship back the orange ones and we could order gray ones (all other colors are sold out at this point) as a replacement. I expressed that I was not going to spend even more time on this by sending them back (at this point it has been 2 days shy of 4 weeks since I placed my original order). I asked if I could just keep the orange ones and order the gray ones, given all of the issues I have experienced. They wouldnt go for that. The only solution I was offered was to send them back and get a $10 store credit. If you shop the website you will quickly see that a lousy $10 will get you hardly anything, not to mention shipping is $7. I have never left a negative review before but I felt like this time was appropriate. This was my first time ordering and sadly I will not be placing any future orders. 1 starThe worse company ever. I will never order from them again. I ordered expedited shipping, a week later and the shipping label hasnt even been created. I asked for a supervisor and the manager refused to speak with me. They refused to refund my expedited shipping and refused to give me the phone number or address to their corporate office to make a formal complaint. ******!Review fromAshley T

1 starTheyre HORRIBLE. I thought this company would be great because its ******* and I absolutely love her and everything shes created but its so bad. It took them a month to send me my order after multiple delays then the bra size didnt fit at all and Ive worn the same size for a decade. I sent it back and I had to contact them to process my exchange for their next size up. It took three times of me contacting them for them to finally send my package out which took a month again. When I finally got it, surprise surprise, they didnt fit so I had to send them back. I had to once again contact them after 5-7 business days to process my refund and they only refunded 31$ instead of the entire 54$.Review fromAna S

1 starLiteral scammers, Rhianna should be ashamed to have her name on this. I purchased three pairs of cotton ******* for $41 (with shipping). The quality was horrible, what I'd expect from the cheapest things at *******. I initiated a return for two, and was told there is a $6.95 restocking fee. This is not disclosed anywhere on the website. I started chatting with support about the fee, and they claimed it was put in place last March. Again, there is no evidence of this on the website. I said I wasn't going to pay the fee, they said to kindly hold on and then ENDED THE CHAT. Going to dispute with my credit card. 1 starSavage X Fenty employs extremely predatory practices to trap customers into recurring monthly charges. To make purchases on their website, customers must become VIP members, which costs $60 per month, billed automatically. While the membership allows you to skip the month to avoid charges, this must be done manually, and if you forget, the $60 is converted into a member credit. However, this credit is not equivalent to $60 in real value, and they make it difficult to use the full value of the credit. To add insult to injury, these credits eventually expire, further discouraging customers from redeeming them fully.I canceled my membership in February, yet I have continued to experience ongoing charges. Despite their acknowledgment of my cancellation and the issuance of previous refunds, Savage X Fenty is now refusing to refund the 3 VIP credits still tied to my account. These credits, worth $180, were charged after my membership cancellation.I have attached screenshots of my conversation with their support team as evidence. The first set of refunds proves they were aware of their error, yet they claim they cannot refund the remaining credits due to prior chargeback disputes with my bank. This reasoning is unacceptable since the company had no issue refunding other credits in the past under the same conditions.The practices of Savage X Fenty are unethical, making it excessively complicated to avoid charges, use credits, or cancel membership entirely. They prioritize their profits over providing transparent and fair customer service. I demand the immediate refund of the remaining 3 VIP credits and a resolution to prevent future unauthorized charges.Review fromMona C

1 star0 stars. Incredibly frustrating experience with customer service. Placed an order on August 9th, package shipped on August 11th. Order has not been updated since August 14th. I waited until 8/22 to call and reach out about said package not updating. I call customer service and am told I need to wait an additional two days THEN CALL BACK, if the package hasnt been delivered by then. They understand the package is in ********** and the third party carrier is too busy to update my tracking details on the package. There is no way this package is making it to me by Saturday and rather than rectify the situation on the phone call I made today, I need to wait MORE, then waste my time calling them back to explain my situation again. Offered a 20% coupon to purchase more items. Hate everything about this company, customer service and honestly the monthly money grab if I forget to skip. Horrible, forget using them. 1 starBusiness is deceptive in their policies and does not take ownership of delayed orders. I placed an order on July 11th it processed on July 12th but was not picked up until July 22nd. *** called twice now asking for a refund on the $6.95 shipping as it wouldnt arrive in time for what I needed it for. The first time I called they said 6-10 business days to arrive and that it would still arrive despite not being shipped. The second time after having been picked up and have a delivery date of July 29th (passed the 6-10 days) they tell me its 6-10 days after a 3 day processing time despite it only taking 1 day to process. They refused to refund the shipping and when I asked to complain they tried to give me **** number to complain to them. Then they tell me they submitted an internal complaint (that I cant see). Terrible company and customer service who hides and makes up policies to deceive people out of more money.Review fromAllison W

1 starAvoid purchasing from this company.The quality of their products is subpar and is manufactured using ethically questionable, internationally outsourced labor. I had two bras underwires dislodge after laundering them each once and before I could even wear the products. They require you to mail back defective items, and withhold issuing any refunds or exchanges until after they physically receive the defective item back. Youll be out of pocket for the return shipping materials, too.Their subscription program is borderline predatory. They purposefully make it very challenging to remove yourself from the subscription program, and are banking on your forgetfulness to skip the monthly fee during the first five days of the month.Review fromJoe H

1 starVery predatory online retailer. Have to become a member to purchase from website. Costs $60 a month auto billed to maintain. You can skip the month if you remember..... Should you forget, your $60 turns into a "member credit" on the website. Not $60. They make it very difficult for you to spend the entire value of your $60 "member credit". Also to add a little extra difficulty in getting your $60 value back, your "member credits" conveniently expire eventually. I have around $360 in "member credits" right now that I have no idea how I am going to spend without paying for a bunch of extra shipping and random weird transactions. Whole business model is just super sketchy. Ripping people off wherever they can.
