      They make it extremely easy to sign up to also extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Subscription is way too expensive and quality of clothes just isnt there.

      I have been a member since nearly the beginning, and apparently changes occurred to their membership since that time and I have lost hundreds of dollars from this company now! You agree to subscription and are billed monthly and earn credit if you arent needing anything in that month. There is NO email that you are about to loose a credit worth $49.95. I addressed this with them and apparently cannot help me with this!

      This company is trash when it come to morals!!! TRASH TRASH I cant even believe they have no problem charging you per month ok fine great right because you get the credit on your account but then try to tell me I only have a year to use it?!?! Why??? its my money why cant I use it I want!!! I know Im the dumbass because I didnt know they expired so I was charged umm lets see 4x and all 4 expired thats is sickening!!! 60x4=240 bucks! Fabletics you are trash!!!

      I bought one item from this company in June. It was the first time I'd ever ordered from them. I wasn't impressed with their product. I thought it was way too expensive for the item and I said so in my review. My review did not get posted to their website, although I received an email from the company, expressing how sad they were that I was unhappy with their product. Hmm... Pretty shady not to post my review. That was the end of my relationship with the company.... I thought. I never sign up for newsletters and I make it a point to uncheck the box when I order. Subsequently, I got a newsletter in my email. I don't know if I hit unsubscribe at the time, or just moved it to my junk folder. But I got another newsletter the following month and followed the "Unsubscribe or ************************* link to unsubscribe. When I got to their website, I couldn't find any place that allowed me to unsubscribe. But what I did find to my shock was that I was also entered into their VIP membership plan. What! Yes. A monthly subscription that costs $59.95, which I did not authorize. I raced to my bank account online and sure enough, they had charged me $59.95 on July 12 and was going to continue charging me monthly! What! Yes. I started a process to dispute the charge with my bank, and the bank provided the merchant's phone number to try to work out that way first. So, I called and reached an automated system to refund my money. According to the chat bot, my refund was processed, and I should see the money back in my account in a few days. I'll be monitoring my account for that credit. I'm waiting on a call back from this company because I still have yet to find out how to stop getting their newsletters. What a racket they've got going. If you buy anything from these shysters, good luck! You've been warned. I wish I'd known ahead of time that not only their product leaves a lot to be desired, but they're crooked, too. Whew!

      I bought clothing at a promotional price. The promotional price required me to accept a trial membership, which I was told I could cancel at anytime. I was not told that canceling my membership would cancel the order I had originally placed. This is a deceptive business practice and false advertising. Now I will have to hope my order comes before the next billing cycle so that I can receive my order with the guaranteed promotional price and not be charged for the membership. If you literally list on every page of your website and my receipt that I can cancel at anytime, but do not indicate that previous orders will be canceled if you cancel the membership, that is deceptive.

      This company is trash ! They take forever just to ship an item out . Like its the hardest thing to do. They dont warn you about any delays during checkout . They expect for you to wait a whole month just to get your items .then if you want to cancel . They say it will take 30 Days for the money to reverse back to your card . I will never use this dumb retarted company anymore . I bet **************** get his order on time ! Tf

      The quality of everything is good. Its nothing special, and the material is very clingy, so it can be unflattering. Also, its INCREDIBLY annoying that they seem to be out of stock of everything, all of the time. Ive had my membership for 3 months, and the same items have been out of stock the entire time (plus more, each time). I get charged $60 and then there is nothing in my size, or even available at all. You can find better quality loungewear/athletic gear for the same price, without having to pay a membership. Not worth it, in my opinion.

      Fabletics committing fraud. Repeatedly used another persons credit card to pay monthly membership fee. Wont refund this persons money.

      Just like everyone else I was automatically subscribed to their VIP program upon calling with the email saying my credit card was charged 5995 I called and was told it was canceled but they said it would take 45 days to process when I noticed that I did not receive a credit on my credit card. I called again and I was told it was a good thing I called because if the 45 days had lapsed, then my account would be deleted and there would be no way that they could retrieve my 5995 charge and I would never receive a credit terrible company. Its a shame shame on celebrities that support these products. If I could give a zero review, I would

      Great customer service:My package was delayed significantly with no updates from the shipping carrier in over 5 days. I was able to contact Fabletics customer service via chat messenger and speak with a live agent within a reasonable amount of time. The agent was able to assist and reship my order at no charge. I think the shipping carrier Fabletics uses for US orders is horrible; however, I feel, from my experience, Fabletics customer service was A1 in handling the situation. I was going to cancel my Fabletics membership because of the shipping carrier but after this experience I think I will keep it.
