The products have gotten better through the years, but the shipping and customer service are atrocious. I placed an order in early Dec and a bunch of items were too long. I returned for replacements but that order never shipped. After a hassle with customer service because most of the items wer unavailable at **********, they gave me store credit. I placed another order which was split into two shipments - most was shipped by ********. The Doordash delivery person claimed to attempt delivery but never did and my order was returned. I notified CS immediately of the error but they claimed that the items were still in route to me and not to worry. Contacted again the next day and the next day and finally after an hour of chatting with customer service they finally realize the order was returned and the items I ordered are no longer available. Fantastic. So my reorder of my reorder isn't coming and I guess I have to reorder again. They won't issue me a refund to my credit card which is honestly all I wanted at this point. I'm placing one last order then deactivating my account entirely and I will let everyone I know what a scam this company is.Review from Porter B

Predatory practice. Once you sign up for their Membership you are required to perform monthly tasks to avoid unsolicited charges. Do not sign up for their membership. You can't cancel the membership without making a purchase. They are banking on you not keeping up with the monthly tasks. Once you are billed their ridiculous monthly fee it is a struggle to get it refunded.Review from Rebekah P

How do they still have an A+ rating when their reviews show they’re a 1.17/5.? Every single review is bad. Because this is a horrible business with terrible policies, lies about deals and credits, doesn’t allow returns or exchanges without the account holders permission even with the tags still on and no damage what so ever. As if someone wants their mother in law knowing they didn’t like their Christmas gift. Wtf.Review from Rebekah P

Absolute worst store/company I have everrrrrr had to deal with. I received two onesies and a matching sweat suit outfit for Christmas, none of which fit me & one I don’t like. I drove 1hr 15 minutes (the closest store they have to me) for them to tell me they couldn’t return OR EVEN EXCHANGE any of my items unless I knew the account number or order number. When I asked why they said they can’t make returns or exchanges without the account holders permission. Mind you these are items that came from different people, two of which I don’t know who from and the other I don’t want to hurt the persons feelings and have them find out I don’t like it ?? so now I’m stuck with all this stuff that I can’t even exchange for something I like or that fits. This is honestly insane to me, I even called customer service and had the same conversation along with telling them if the items had gone on sale I’d be happy to return or exchange for the lower price and they denied that as well. It’s a shame because I had never gotten anything from there before, was impressed by the material and would have loved to shop here in the future. I even immediately told my friends how soft one of the outfits was and how I couldn’t wait to get it in my size. However, with how rude the customer service rep was on the phone and how difficult it would be to return or exchange anything, I will not be recommending nor purchasing from them ever again. I guess goodwill will be receiving some very expensive clothes because I’m not sure what else to do with these useless items at this point.Review from Kim T

Quality of items is great. But gave it a one star due to misleading VIP program. They charge you $59.95 each month but your credits expire if not used. I asked to cancel the VIP but then my 5 credits disappeared and that money has gone to waste! Beware! Scammy. Long delays on shipping as well.Review from Pamela D

How does this company still have an A+ rating? How?I placed an order for over $160 including numerous items on December 9th. I was continuously clicking on the order tracking button on the app as many people are doing this holiday season. *********** was dishonest in having shipping and tracking information, as the items were not actually shipped.They NEVER contacted me to tell me that items were out of stock. They NEVER shipped the items that were in stock. They sent out an email saying that things were shipped, but they NEVER WERE.When I contacted *********** today on the 22nd, I had a very arrogant young lady tell me that they could ship it today, but it would only get there in four days or so. They could not get it here by Christmas for my son.*********** did not order any kind of compensation for their mismanagement of both the communication and shipping.I spoke to a supervisor, and he claims that the only thing he could do was order me a credit.Review from Aprl C.

I was in the ********, ** store yesterday and the salesperson said i should sign up for the membership program. I asked, "is there a fee?" She said no and told me about all the great benefits I would get including a monthly credit which I could accumulate. So, of course i signed up. When I got home, I looked at the website for more into on the membership only to find out that if I don't go onto the website between the 1st and the 5th of each month to opt out of the credit then I will be charged $59.95!I specifically asked about a fee twice and was assured it was free....there is nothing free about this and in fact deceptive in that I wasn't told about this and only found out by looking at the website and reading the fine print. In addition, this means they also captured my debit card for future charges which I did not authorize. **** ****** should be ashamed of herself!Review from Jane D

Dishonest business advertising $20 Gift Cards when using their VIP credits, only to then:- Withdraw the statement in their product listing - Not honor the gift cards Their membership rewards explicitly state "Redeem a VIP credit on a single item to earn a free $20 Gift Card!", they ADVERTISE it on the product listings and then have the audacity to tell you that they will not honor the gift cards after your purchase. They also changed their policy about credits expiry - they used to NOT expire and now they have an expiry date.Review from Jon H

I would Never purchase from this company again. I purchased some shorts from them and the zippers always get stuck. Today it got stuck so badly that I had To rip the shorts open to get my phone out. The zipper WOULD. NOT. *****. I contacted Them because this is a defect caused by them. Not me. They told me there was nothing they could do because I was Outside of the 90 day return policy which u could understand, if I was Returning them due to size, or Comfort. But the fact that this is a defect caused by their design and u lost money because of that- a good quality service would have been to compensate me in some way. But they refused.Review from Matt B

So far ai have placed 2 orders with Fabletics and both times I have had issues with shipping. First time, it took over a month for my items to arrive. This time I am going on 2 weeks and still nothing. I will never be ordering from them again.
