      I made a return that I was never fully refunded for! I call and no one helps. I message their Instagram page since they dont do email (ridiculous) and no one helps. I repeat the same issue over and over. They say we have to wait until it gets here its been 3 months, it is obviously there or lost. I believe it is there and someone just missed one of the items in the bag that I didnt get refund for (because I got refunded for the other item I sent.) its been such a waste of time and energy. Fabletics needs to go if they are not going to even bother to communicate with their customers.

      I am surprised that Fabletics has an A+ rating, because they hve gone downhill dramatically. They have been charging a card of mine that was not listed as my subscription payment. When I asked why, I was told that they will hold the credit card information of all cards you use on their website. If the card on file for your subscription does not go through, they will pull up cards you used for purchases and use them! That seems illegal to me. I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me. I received a refund, but unbeknownst to me, they did not cancel my subscription. The next month, it happened AGAIN! On the card that has never been saved on file!

      Fabletics keeps taking money from my account on a monthly basis even though I am no longer a member. They charge nearly ***** per month which is rediculous. After cancelling my membership they continue to take the monthly fee.

      I made a purchase 4 months ago on fabletics, using my usual credit card, lets say the card #1.then, since I know I have the habit of forgetting to skip the month, after my purchase, I added a "locked" virtual credit card (lets say card #2) to the account and removed the original payment method card #1.I also double checked the account, and I can confirm that there was only one payment method visible to me on my fabletics account, and it was the locked #2 virtual credit card. so, my initial payment method was removed by me and not shown to ********, I realized there was a charge to my #1 credit card, by fabletics. I talked to customer service, they said if they fail to charge the default payment method, they might charge the "backup payment method", which should not exist because I removed that payment info (card #1) months ago.weird part is, I can't see the card I removed but fabletics customer service was able to see it. "after I removed it months ago".fabletics customer service was able to refund me, and delete the credit card info that was not supposed to be there. so, customer service resolved my problem.a big but; when I remove a payment method from their system, it is supposed to be gone. under "Card Network ***************************** they are not allowed to store my payment methods after I remove it. what they are doing from a software development perspective seems like a "soft delete" but it is not allowed within the **. they need to change their payment information storage process and actually delete payment information instead of hiding it and "soft deleting" it *************** network rules: merchants must remove stored credentials if the cardholder revokes authorization / merchants can only store payment details with explicit consent and must honor deletion requests.(FTC Act - 15 U.S.C. 45): If a company misleads you into thinking your payment method was deleted but actually keeps it, this can be deceptive under *** regulations.

      Scammy setup, price raises without warning, and the most dragging ***** over broken glass cancellation. I got stuck in the support chat with an **, no one picked up my chat, and the ** cant cancel anything so I just got kicked from chat to chat. Dont spend money with these scammy a*******

      Canceled membership after a disastrous promotional online order. Two items didn't fit; I attempted to return them for a different size. The Fabletics website would only allow one item to be exchanged. I called customer service on two occasions to facilitate the exchange. Each time, I was assured that both items would be eligible for exchange despite receiving email confirmation and return instructions for just one item and a follow-up email claiming my (one) item was on its way - before I'd even returned it. A couple of weeks later, I received confirmation of Fabletics' receipt of the return, followed immediately by a message indicating the requested item was out of stock and that I has been issued store credit. The message stated that I could 1) create another exchange for that out-of-stock item or 2) request a refund from customer service. **************** was responsive to my request for a refund (02/10/25), and I am awaiting those funds. That final call was the only part of this customer service experience where progress was made; I appreciate that young man for his assistance. I ended up keeping the second, too-large item to avoid the exchange merry-go-round again. Two stars for quality of the clothing; three stars docked for misleading communication, obscenely slow shipping, and poor customer service. I will not order from ******************** again.

      The products have gotten better through the years, but the shipping and customer service are atrocious. I placed an order in early Dec and a bunch of items were too long. I returned for replacements but that order never shipped. After a hassle with customer service because most of the items wer unavailable at **********, they gave me store credit. I placed another order which was split into two shipments - most was shipped by ********. The Doordash delivery person claimed to attempt delivery but never did and my order was returned. I notified CS immediately of the error but they claimed that the items were still in route to me and not to worry. Contacted again the next day and the next day and finally after an hour of chatting with customer service they finally realize the order was returned and the items I ordered are no longer available. Fantastic. So my reorder of my reorder isn't coming and I guess I have to reorder again. They won't issue me a refund to my credit card which is honestly all I wanted at this point. I'm placing one last order then deactivating my account entirely and I will let everyone I know what a scam this company is.

      Predatory practice. Once you sign up for their Membership you are required to perform monthly tasks to avoid unsolicited charges. Do not sign up for their membership. You can't cancel the membership without making a purchase. They are banking on you not keeping up with the monthly tasks. Once you are billed their ridiculous monthly fee it is a struggle to get it refunded.

      How do they still have an A+ rating when their reviews show they’re a 1.17/5.? Every single review is bad. Because this is a horrible business with terrible policies, lies about deals and credits, doesn’t allow returns or exchanges without the account holders permission even with the tags still on and no damage what so ever. As if someone wants their mother in law knowing they didn’t like their Christmas gift. Wtf.
