Hello BBB Team. Yes I have tried working with Big 5 sporting Co. Now 3& 1/2 weeks resolving a purchase of a jacket. Corporate office phone number********************** is representative spoke dozen times now, and provided (attached receipt) showing details and info of the issue. I brought a jacket which month of October purchased two jackets along with other clothing purchases. Jacket was too small in the sleeves, night either a manager or head store clerk said it wouldn't be a problem since have receipt. I went to back of store try out snow boots as left jacket & receipt with her front of store so she could start paperwork on jacket for exchange. 20mins later attitude went 180 degrees opposite direction as now being accused or assumed I stole the jacket. I asked her if that was the case how did the security tag be removed? She locked me in the store was on the phone 20 minutes. Our total was the duration of being in that store. After phone call she told me tomorrow morning you can call and speak with a manager and she took the jacket and the receipt and held in her possession. Corporate office was contacted seem like it wouldn't be a big deal then as weeks went on I feel they are just stalling and helping I would give up and go away. Please help
