dec and contracted them .. all the false promises..i am disabled and can not move things on my own. they i got covid n oct, they harassing me calls uninvited visits and demand i set up a time asap. feb 12 and said they will start with windows. i told them i have to find someone to help me move and remove things.. they told me 9 on phone, as a lot of the promises were told to me this way , or in person) then i had to remove a perfectly good security system that brinks installed and get a new one $400 deposit had to be made before installed... they had removed two windows before i was told... i was told by project manager i would be reimbursed.I then had a roof repair team show up, i was concerned.. i never signed a contract for that work and they did the work. all the work they did was not up to par... they they promised a security screed on a slider could 99% can be reinstalled... they came three times to measure and insured it could be done. It wasn't!! sorry i was told. back slider had a sunscreen panel and siding glass door installed and they did and said the same about that. BUT they stole the frame the slider was on and the siding sun shade door . they left the solid panel of the back panel. they stole from me..... they brought back the sliding screen but they kept the frame and so claimed they could not reinstall!on feb 14 i was upset and could not deal with all they had done to my house... they stripped wood and they pulled off cable wires, they did not ***** the siding cheep siding screens. they came into my back yard with out permission!!!!!they insured me they would only be putting up tarp because it was going to rain.. they had the roofers there and they made them go into back yard... i only allowed roof access ! they opened the gate for project manager. he locked my dogs in the house and velcroed the sun screens. did not put tempered class and did a ******** job on roof and it is leaking. inspector's list of fixes untrustingBusiness Response

We contracted with this client to do all windows and patio doors, kitchen and bathroom remodel.
Windows were installed in a professional manner first issue was alarms our contract states we are not responsible to hook up, we leave wires for alarm company. She was furious to say the least screaming and yelling at crew. I called her and advised her to call her alarm company often a free service. They wanted to update her system to a wireless system do to technology today her existing was 20 years old. Cost was quoted $400 I agreed to pay for this to keep her happy. Then the security screen was the next issue our contract states we are not responsible to reinstall them. The security door was drilled into the existing frame of the patio door voiding any warranty. We explained this to her at pre site it would likely not fit if it did she could not attach to door as it is now without voiding the warranty. Again screaming and yelling throwing things making statements we stole her screen. That screen in question was attached to the old door which was in our dumpster. We had to retrieve it from the dumpster and return it to stop the screaming. Then she told us the screens had to go up because her neighbors hate her and stare at her all day shoot her dog with bo and arrows. It was at this time we realized she has some serious issues PTSD for sure. It was everything we could do to please her and get away from her. She authorized work for roof repairs which were completed she only shows pics of patio cover the rotted roof was replaced. We have not been paid for any work completed she continued to tell us she was sick under doctors care needed more time. We continued to allow time then sent emails letters dropped by left notes to speak with her. We have a ton of emails and evidence of work completed yes one window needed tempering we ordered the tempered glass see pics she agreed to allow the install then pay when we showed up she said no changed my mind. She has only plaid games with us avoided paying for work completed and refuses to speak with us or attorneys. **** complaint is closing out as she has not paid for work completed. We will file law suit and lien the property at this point. Please contact me for further evidence and explanation if needed.

On March 10th, 2023 I contracted with rose remodeling to install a new shower in our primary bathroom. After over three months of waiting, poor communication, shoddy work and over $18,000 in payments, we still dont have a functional shower in that bathroom. The shower leaks when in the off position but barely flows when turned on. The glass panel was installed upside down and does not provide protection for our floors as originally stated. The handle for the faucet was scratched before or during installation and the back of the handle piece is *****. The insert is missing a piece of paneling and is ***** white. *** tried to contact the company but they are not getting back to me to settle all this.Business Response

As soon as the homeowner brought these concerns to our attention we immediately tried to schedule a onsite visit to resolve the concerns the next day.
The homeowner declined to have ** make repairs next day as they were having a graduation party for there daughter.
We made several attempts to reach the homeowners to schedule the repairs however the voicemails were full we were unable to leave a message.
On June 13th I was able to make contact with one of the homeowners and scheduled a onsite visit for June 15th so we can resolve any concerns.
We are confident we will get all issues resolved on are June 15th visit.

We had Rose Remodeling renovate a shower as an age-in-place shower. This included adding safety bars, a handheld shower wand in addition to the main shower head and a seat. The wand is mounted on a wall at 90 deg to the main shower head. Normally the main shower head is the default water source with a diverter switch that activates the wand. In this case, the wand is the main water source and the diverter needs to be pressed in to get water to the main shower head. Because of where the wand is mounted, this means that when you turn on the water it either shoots you in the face or out the shower door. Then the diverter must be pushed in to activate the main shower head. To switch it back to the wand, the water must be turned off. We have made repeated calls and texts to **** and had 3 different Rose representatives out to look at the issue. Everyone agrees that it is plumbed backwards but no one has offered a solution. We have been asking for a diverter switch that is a lever and does not reset when the water is turned off. That would allow us to choose the correct setting without getting sprayed in the face. One **** representative said it would be an easy fix but never contacted us again. We feel totally ripped off; we just want this shower to work normally.
