I had an appointment with Dream Girls on March 15, 2022 for a fresh start service ( includes wash, blow dry, condition and cut)- $250 was quoted. It stated the cost was $250 with a deposit of $100 at time of making the appointment. I paid the deposit of $100 before coming in for my service and an add on of a hair style for $80) and then once I received my electronic **** ($330.08) I noticed I was charged the full amount of $250 plus a service fee .08 plus a charge and hair style ($80). I also had an additional wig made and purchased hair to get the wig made from Dream Girls Salon. I was told the wig would take 3 weeks to be made and cost $400 additional dollars plus the hair I purchased at $300 plus dollars. This was March 15, 2022 All services were rendered on this date- both fresh start and wig and hair purchase. My appointment was at 4pm pst and I left the salon at 11pm pst on March 15, 2022. I called to get an understanding the next day of what my **** was and why I was charged the wrong amount and after two days someone finally responded to say they would see if they could use my deposit ($100) to cover the wig services ($400). I have since called multiple times (April 20, 22,) to see when my wig would be finished and I have yet to have anyone respond. My concern is the lack of response from all involved at the salon and the time it is taking to get things done. It feels very unprofessional and that I am being frauded. The atmosphere as I was leaving at night felt as if I had been purposely left to wait for whatever reason and this was my first time in this salon. I have yet to receive my wig. I would like a full refund of the cost of the wig, the hair I purchased ($676.08) plus my deposit for $100.00. = $767.08 for total refund.
