      This collection agency is just another of many who keep trying to uphold a debt from *************** that doesn't belong to **** have sent certified letters to each of the collections agencies but once removed, it comes back from another collection agency. *********** etc.

      I have been set up on a payment plan with this company and have been trying to reach them to pay the balance. I have tried calling the phone number from multiple numbers and each time I get a "sorry we were unable to help you" and get disconnected within 30 seconds. I have emailed and they refer me to the website. The website only shows my payment history and future payments but doesn't allow me to make changes or pay the bill. I am buying a home and need to show this paid in full for my mortgage but they conveniently provide no way to reach them to pay. I need this resolved asap or I will be unable to close on my home. I have tried reaching out a dozen times all during their business hours with no resolution.

      They are claiming that I have an account in collections when I do notI keep an eye on my credit report and I do not have anything negative on it. I have a perfect credit rating and perfect bill payment record

      This company known as superlative RM phone number ************ keeps calling me asking for a *************************** and I don't know who that person is and I've had this phone number for 10 years. I filed a complaint with the BBB before about this company and they agree not to contact me again about this matter, so what has changed?

      I have an account charged off from Upstart and a company by the name of SuperlativeRM says they bought it and they are very misleading and very hard to get any letters from or correspondence. Is this a legit debt collector or scam company??

      This company is contacting me by different phone numbers multiple times a day - I have picked up and they dont even respond because they clearly just mass call with an autodialer. Never leave a message. Im pretty sure theyre not even calling for ME but someone who used to have my phone number but theyre literally harassing me daily! Its insane! This business should be out of business ASAP. Harassing me on no grounds is illegal.

      Same as everyone else, getting random text about collections with a link. No formal communication via email or mail and this totally seems like a scam. If this is a company and youve been responding to all these complaints maybe its time to act like a real company and not scammers. Get a bit professional and reach out to people properly.

      This company keeps calling me about a bill my daughter owes them. I am not on the account or have anything to do with what she owes. Im not a co owner or co signer on the account they are looking to collect. I have told them numerous times to stop calling me and this is not a good number for her. I just want them to do as I say and take me number off there contact list.

      I am receiving text messages from this company stating I am in collections with their company. I have no debt that's gone to collections. I feel this is a scam and I do not want them contacting me. Other than the texts, I've received no written communication.
