      This debt company has been blowing me up and not answering when I answer. I finally answered and explained my situation and that I could start a payment plan in one month. The manager then got on the phone and belittled me, didnt accept my answer and said that one month was too long. She then stated that me saying I would look into them wasnt going to help me at all. I received no notice that this company bought the debt. I would like all calls to stop and I would like a complete closure and discharge of this debt as it was already discharged by synchrony and I do not owe superlative a dime. They are very nasty and have very nasty tactics.

      This company calls multiple times from multiple numbers, no messages left. I have answered several calls and no one comes on. It feels like a scam. I have not received any written correspondence and today when I got a text message stating I would receive text notifications I almost lost it. I did not give permission to be texted and will save for future since if they area debt collection, i have none i know of, this is unlawful practice.

      I wish I could give a negative number as 1 Star is too much. For one, they sell you this website as a monthly subscription (or though I thought) I had it for over a year and decided to cancel it in February of 2024. That is when they told me that I could only cancel in Feb 2025- a YEAR from now. Remember I have a monthly subscription. Then they tell me that in the very FINE print of their terms and conditions it says you can only cancel once a year!! Since I had notified to cancel in Feb and Feb was the fine print annual renewal date you would think no problem. WRONG. They said that I must give a 30 day notice to end my supposedly annual subscription and since I did notify then in the month of the supposed annual renewal, it had to be a 30 day notice which would be MARCH so therefore I missed my ANNUAL opportunity to cancel my MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION!!! In addition, they do NOT send ANY notification that your subscription is about to automatically renew thus NOT giving their customers the ability to cancel. Talk about illegally hiding terms in the small print. I have been taken hostage by this company as they continue to charge me. I complained, a lady named ***** told me she was the top of the company and she refuses to cancel this monthly subscription. Remember, they said I needed to cancel in February, which I did but they wanted 30 days notice so they want payment through February 2025. I had not problem with a 30 day notice but this is a 12 MONTH NOTICE that I never had any knowledge of.My options are small claims court, changing my bank information or filing a dispute with my bank. I do not recommend Superlative website due to this unethical way of doing business. Their customer ********************** is only concerned about trapping you into an a contract that you never knew you were agreeing to.

      It appears that this is a case of mistaken identity.  Superlative RM (www.superlativerm.com) is a debt collection agency.  It appears that this complaintant may be referring to a website company Superlative (www.superlative.com).  We have no affiliation with this company and wish to have this review removed as an error.  Thank you.

      I am receiving phone calls from daily, no message is left. In researching, they are allegedly a debt collection company. Someone may have used my phone number fraudulently as I do not have any outstanding debts. I have set this number to be blocked so they can call to their hearts content.If I owe anything, send a notice in the mail, that is if they have my correct home address, which is where I have lived for over a decade.Stop calling me.

      Over the past several years, I have dealt with no less than four collection agencies for one outstanding medical billing. I have been threatened with everything from jail time to multiple credit collections across my three credit bureaus. What a P.I.A! That was until recently. Superlative RM came to me with respect (yeah right, youre thinkin to yourself) and understanding of what a hassle it was dealing with those other agencies. After some negotiating, my debt was significantly reduced to one easy payment. After payment was made, I received same day written notice that the referenced medical account had been SETTLED IN FULL. No further collection activity would be taken. What more can I say? I assure you that this is not one of those planted feel good reviews. It is provided in *******, knowing that all of the other 1 * reviews come from honest hard working people. Ive been there folks. Just give them a chance, they do not have to be rude, disrespectful and otherwise unpleasant. Theyll start in, tell them to get real, quick. You also need to be respectful. Now Im sounding like my ******* *** forbid. If all else fails, ask to speak to *****, the company owner. H*** work with you. Well, thats it. I had to put in a review after how the settlement went down. I gave 4/5 stars after the initial start of our call. It was a little rough but after both sides showing they knew a little bit. Things calmed down and got to business. Regards

      This company just called my brother phone and my nephew answer which by the way is only 14 and was just rude and harassing him because his dad left his phone at the house and then he kept saying why did his dad leave his phone, no one leave there phone at home and continue to talk rudely to my nephew really a grown adult really disrespecting a 14 year old

      They have called me everyday for a week. Never leaves a message.I never answer calls that I don't know ****************.My son helped me look up the # and for this complaint form with the BBB.Please make the calls stop !!!!

      Very rude, pushy. He says I have a spouse to pay my bills. I said you are wrong. Demanding that I be honest. I told him I am honest. I asked them several times to stop calling me.

      I dont even want to give them a one star. They finally gave me my reference number and only one female manager was willing to work with me. They keep degrading me. Didnt want to give me my reference number nor did they want to email me or send a letter to my house with the information. Everytime I said that I didnt get anything from them, they try to call me a liar and that they sent it but couldnt tell me when they did. Theyre absolutely rude as h*** The male managers disgusting!!!! Not home training, no manner. The female manager who worked with me. I will have to give my thanks even tho she was rude too but she did her thing. Overall, avoid them cuz they have no heart or soul. Absolutely horrible people and whats sad is that its the managers that are being disgusting.

      They called about a 3 year old debt that was paid and removed from my credit 2 years ago. The girl calling had an attitude and when I wouldn't give her personal information without knowing the reason for the call, she put her even ***** manager on the line. I explained that the debt was already settled and removed 2 years ago. He called me a liar and kept repeating they wouldn't have the debt in front of them if it was cleared. I went and looked at my credit report after hanging up on the guy, and amazingly, as I said, the debt was resolved and closed just like I said.
