I said I would contact if I decided to move forward. -Thursday, 9/8/22: (A few weeks later) I decided to purchase a package. We decided on the schedule on Mon., Wed., Fri. & Sat. -9/12/22: We meet on Mon for our first session. -Tuesday 9/13/22: 10pm at night Semi text saying he is cancelling because his family is in town but would be in for Fri. & Sat. training. -Friday 9/16/22: he did not show up at the gym at our scheduled time, I text him to check is he was coming to the gym with no response. Finally receive a response at 11AM saying "he tried to text but did not go through" and also that he was cancelling my classes until the following weekend 9/24/22, but he would text to confirm if he was going to meet me first. I asked for a refund as he was not delivering the services I paid for and was telling me I would not receive the services I paid for until the end of the month. He refused and said it was non-refundable, I never signed any paperwork saying my purchase was non-refundable, but we did agree on a schedule he was not sticking to. -Saturday 9/17/22: I wake up to a text from the night before at 11PM from him trying to get me to his gym at 6AM -Tuesday 9/20/22: He then says he is keeping my $2,500 for special healing (no clue what this means I had one session with this person after I purchased a package) -Wednesday 9/21/22: receive a text from Semi Saing he canceled my membership and to not go back to his gym To Recap: I paid $2,500 for 3months of training, 4x a week, had one session and within the first week cancelled on until 9/24, no call no showed and within 5 days of the no call no show tells me do not go to his gym and he's keeping my money.
