I contractedTax Network USA on January 2024 to review prior 3 years taxes and apply for a refund based on my being scammed along with ********************************************************** ***********************, **********. Florida has filed charges against *********************** and advised it IS a scam- ****** ****** style. *** ******* advised sounds like you have a good case and well definitely get some of that back.I paid $3,600 on January *************************************************************************************** at least updated.Over the past7 months I had to recontact TaxNetwork several times for status. My initial *** passed awayaccording to them and I was reassigned to ******** ****** on 05/02/2024 who advised she would get with accountants and call me back.******** ****** called back and added an accountant ******* to the call who would be working on my ******* of 08/27/2024 no calls, no emails and no texts or ****************** this point I filed my 2024 taxes myself even though they advised in January they would Tax Network did not.Looking for a full refund as promised services were not provided and I feel as though I have been scammed once again.Review from Becky R

They convinced us that dragging our our situation into the next administration was the right play, but it got us in bigger debt. Thank you for Fing us harder and we will never forgive. They dont deserve a star, so BBB should consider a NO star option.The Crofts

I'm not entirely sure who this person is, nor can I substantiate the claim. The only person that I see with that last name is in a non collectable status with the **** Again, I am uncertain of who this person is. That being said, I cannot validate that they are a client. Upon further review, I was able to locate this client. After reviewing his case, I saw that our team did in fact get him on a non collectable status. While in the non collectable status, the client mentioned that he wanted to sell his home. We advised him not to do that. He sold his home and the *** took money. This person knowingly went against our advise, sold his house, and got money taken by the government. His comment is frivolous. We did want we were hired to do, and he chose to not do what tax professionals told him to do.Review from Joshua F

Waited 3 months for taxes to be done. Paid for it ahead of time. Had appointments set to set appointments to talk to people. Complete lack of communication. Was promised over and over taxes would be done but kept getting pushed down the road. Ended up asking for refund.Review from Stephen W

Just opened up an account with them. So far, so good. ***** was outstanding! He made me feel secure in doing business with them. Expensive? Yes, but if they deliver as promised, I will be one very happy and satisfied customer. Cheated by a former employee who stole thousands and did not pay payroll taxes for years. Big debt! Looking for real relief. I am nearly 90 and want this cleared before I take my dirt nap. I just hope they will deliver.Review from Just M.

Not satisfied at all! I have left multiple emails, and voicemails asking for updates and havent received any in months except a brief sentence a few days ago letting my know I owed $8k more than when I originally signed up! *************************** told me during consultation that he felt so confident he can reduce my amount owed or take it away in its entirety! False hope is what that was! ***** is my rep and he never communicates ************** Dont spend money with this scam of a businessTax Network USA Response

It took some effort to find this client in our system, she became a client in February. There has been contact with the client. That being said, we pulled reports and have done work for this client. Her balance was from official *** transcripts. Resolution isn't an over night process and negotiations aren't done in moments. We have prepped financials for the *** and the case is moving along swimmingly. We have several records, transcripts, have uploaded documentation, and we are in the process of getting her to the finish line of her case.Review from Lisa S

I am so disappointed. After signing up with these tax Network USA in February I finally get a call today to find out that they have done nothing and can do nothing more for my case. I was in a hold at the *** where I owe probably $18,000 and when tax Network promised me that they could get it down to one or two thousand with all of their handy work and their lawyers I was encouraged and went for it. At this point they tell me that they can do nothing more than leave it as is. ***** I am so disappointed. They promised me so much. I'm hoping to talk to them tomorrow to find out more because I got hung up on at the end of the day today when they were telling me all this. Do not use this company. Look at all the bad reviews. I should have looked before I started with them.What's worse, is that they claim to be Christians and conservatives and they advertise on all the best podcasts that I listen to. I'm going to have to contact these individual podcasts and tell them to stop advertising for them because they're scammers. This is so disappointing.Tax Network USA Response

When this client was onboarded, she was onboarded in the attempted of getting a settlement of a debt. We have done all of this work to get her to the point of putting in an offer with the **** There was a lot of work done and we were nearly to the point in which we needed to be. There has been communication and there has been work done. We certainly aren't finished and would want to complete this with the client.Review from Jeff B

I called Tax Network USA to see if they could help me with my tax issues that started when I was injured and was unable to deal with taxes and other business because of my injury. I fell behind and ended up owing thousands of dollars in back taxes. I felt overwhelmed and so I wanted to see what they could do to help if anything. As I was on the phone I felt pressured to take action immediately. The person on the phone gave me a LOT of promises on what they could do. I asked specific questions on what they could do to lower my tax burden. They very cleverly avoided specific answers but said things like It sure looks like you qualify for hardship case. I am a senior citizen with a disability who's job was terminated in November. I am on limited income and really don't extra money. I didn't want to have to use my small pension I received and they kept telling me they would touch that. Once I made the first payment towards the $2100 they were going to charge. I thought that was a lot but because of the high pressure I did it. FROM THAT POINT ON I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM FOR WEEKS. I tried to call and email the person who sent me the original paperwork which I signed and returned. I needed to return the paperwork by a certain date. EVERY time I returned something to them by email I asked them to let me know they received it. They never did. When they finally got back to me with a proposal the actually worked out an agreement with the *** that had me paying MORE than what I originally owed NOT including my last year total which I was very specific I wanted included. When I asked them to explain how they helped me I was sent an email stating I had signed a contract and they would continue to collect payment which they have I am now in a much worse position because of their services. VERY unresponsive to questions, VERY rude. I actually had one supervisor said they don't take any abuse as she was YELLING me. BE VERY careful.Review from Jamie H
