      Sometimes its not about the mistakes, but how one recovers. At first the person that was assigned to me, became ill and could no longer take on my case. Of course, I wish that person well. The company, however, did not reassign me to anyone and I was left in limbo. Unfortunately, I had to make some calls and get into it with some people to get things started.The next person that was assigned to me is named ********. I couldnt have asked for a better person to take on my case. He was thorough and direct. I felt supported and taken care of.Although there were some bumps in the road in the beginning, ultimately Tax Network rose to the occasion and did a stellar job for me. I am so happy and appreciative of all of their hard work and definitely recommend them.

      I knew there had to be a reason why this company is not even in the top six of the best tax resolution companies, this was the worst decision I ever made not only did. They only call me a few times and all the time that Ive been paying them to solve my tax problems, which they never did. Im more soft now than I was before I decided to use them. Do not use this company. It is a waste of money and they will not do anything for you except take your money.

      Ive waited to write this review as the process we are going through is quite complex. ***** took 18K dollars and did nothing. Many have complained of the same thing. Suffice to say, contact every agency you can to report them. Our case is now in the hands of the ***. Its fraud and they took money from seniors.

      This service is the absolute of it's kind of all the one's I've used . I am thrilled that all of my questions are answered w/o hesitation. ****** ******** is extremely thorough , made me feel at ease and comfortable during the entire process and gave me peace of mind about my situation . She always made me feel like I was talking to a cherished family member . I could not have asked for better service .

      I was referred to Tax Network USA by at the time Podcaster and now Deputy Director of the *** *** *******. The FREE Consultation with ***** left me feeling confident about going ahead and enlisting help to alleviate several thousand dollars of *** penalties and interest on previously paid back taxes. After our conversation, I knew I had made the right decision to let the ***** company handle the *** for me. My Case Manager, ***** ********, took my case from there and guided me through the process. It was slow moving, as I had been informed previously that it might be, but ***** kept me apprised of progress all along the way. The final result of my case amazed and delighted me as all penalties and interest were dropped. Icing on the cake came as an unexpected refund from the **** I highly recommend Tax Network USA *** to anyone with tax woes...don't try to deal with the *** on your own.
