    Please see my original complaint (22933228)I am feeling more uneasy about how Jeep handled the original situation and how they would not tow my vehicle when I called in due to the issues I was having with my check engine light and how the vehicle was moving when I was at a stop. The vehicle is still at the **** dealership and they realized that my vehicle needs a new engine. If I did not have wagoneer customer service, they would have had me drive for the vehicle for an additional 2 weeks until they could see it and put myself and my 3 year old daughter in ***** way. I would like Jeep to look into this vehicle being a lemon or buy it back from us since it only had ****** miles on it. Or do something else

    i got a car was trading in my car told them wanted 4000 for trade in and found out after transaction that they only gave 750. 00 for my 2005 gt mustang witch i never agreeded too

    I took my *** into them for repair because *** has been shutting down in middle of driveing over a year now and have paid alot of money to find the issue which a license mechanic could not then i found it on recall same year n make n model but not right vin number i was told by corp it had to go to dealer to see issue after a month of haveing my *** it did it mechanic called me and said its the same module involved in recall but corp not covering it due to mileage and warranty. Its a safety issue i have 3 kids and when *** shuts off almost rear ended n its the same part as the recall n same symptoms but there not covering repairs im going to pay ******* that i dont feel i should. If i don't pay i get *** back in unsafe condition. I have all notes on who ive talked to if needed. **** is the mechanic in escondido working on it. Also no communication with me for over 3 weeks no return calls no loaner car just left me hanging. Biggest complaint THIS IS SAME SYMPTOMS AND THERE REPLACEING SAME PART AS RECALL. NOT RIGHT AND I DONT FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY BUT I WILL WHEN VAN IS DONE. CORP SAID THEY WILL NOT COVER AND **** SAID HE HAS TO CHATGE FOR THE REPAIRS EVEN THOUGH SAME PART AS RECALL. PLEASE HELP ME. Been talking to ****** at Corp. ******** clain number Amandas number ***********. And I***s mechanics number **********. I also filed a complaint with Safety commision ********. I dont know what to do but this isnt right!!!

    The customer's vehicle VIN#***************** has no open recalls or completed recalls for the stated concern. The customer contacted the manufacture for assistance, but her claim was not approved. Customer called after claim was not approved by manufacture and authorized repairs. Vehicle repairs have been completed and vehicle is ready for pick up.

    i paid because i had too. They had my car for 6 weeks and 1 day. I got it back today n paid although the part they replaced is the same part that they would replace on van with the recall. Mine has all the same symptoms same year n make but different vin number. Same part replaced as in van with recall. My van would just shut down in the middle of driving. I needed my car back. The lack of communication on Dodge part was not good at all but they said they had to charge me because the higher up ****** didnt honor the recall even though ITS THE SAME PART BEING REPLACED AS IN THE RECALL N SAME SYMPTOMS.So i had no choice but pay or get back an unsafe vechicle not right on Amandas part who is affiliated with Dodge shes the one who approves or denies

    Your frustration with **********, your Case Manager ****** and the decision to not assist with the repair is understandable. However, the ****************** at Jack ********************** CJDR cannot perform a repair as a recall unless that vehicle has been identified by the manufacture or NHTSA. We also cannot perform a repair as a Warranty Repair outside the manufactures warranty period (3yrs/36k) unless approved by the manufacture.It appears **** and the technician were able to help with the total cost of repairs ($1153.07) by reusing the key and getting it to program to the new module reducing the price ($850.59). We truly understand your frustration with the matter, but at this point if you are still seeking assistance with this repair it will have to come from the manufacture. Perhaps asking for further review or a supervisor at Stellantis will help with your concern.
