    I ordered and paid $310 for a ***** ****** ball gun and haven't received my order. I want my money refunded. This company is not the place to be trusted. And the website needs to be taken down and investigated.

    Scam. I ordered some products and nothing ever came. ***** to get in contact with company but nothing. I dont have a lot of money but when I do spend my hard earned money I expect to receive my item. Very very UNHAPPY to say the least. Give people back their money.

    when I placed MY ORDER and PAID IN FULL for what was clearly stated in bold print that it wad IN STOCK, I received an email immediately after informing me that it has been put on back order because it is out of stock. That was 4 months ago! Big Contry SPORTING GOODS has made no attempt to reach out to me with any kind of update. Not even an attempt to APOLOGIZE for taking my money. So far I have been lie a to an and until I get a refund or product I my hand I have been robbed by this so called "business " I have made sure that everyone knows that Big Country Sportjng goods is not a company to rely on and could possibly a scam. Until I see any positive results my opinion will not change. I have red flagged "Big country sporting goods"... ONLY DO BUSINESS WITH BIG COUNTRY IF YOU LIKE TO GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, AWAY!

    Received order confirmation on Feb 25, 2024 (Order Confirmation #******). Payment confirmed as well. Still have not received the product as of March 23, 2024. No update as of 23 March 2024.

    I am not very happy. I have been waiting on my order I ordered back on July 7th,2023 and my order is still saying(waiting to fulfill order). I think this is a alot of bull when you spend this kind of money and can not receive what you order in a appropriate time.

    I placed my order on June 1st, 3 weeks before fishing trip I had scheduled. Recieved a confirmation and given order # ******. I emailed back on June 8th asking if it had shipped and asked for a tracking number. This was the responce, "All orders take 5-7 business days to ship out. We have all items as they are ordered transferred into our warehouse and cannot ship out any sooner. Sorry. Should be shipping in the next few days" Thank you for your patience. This was at the 5-7 day time frame on June 8th. Sent another email on June 13th, gain asking if it had shipped and get the tracking number and again, standerize response, " Hello, All orders take 5-7 business days to ship out. We have all items as they are ordered transferred into our warehouse and cannot ship out any sooner. Sorry. Should be shipping in the next few days. Thank you for your patience". Once again here we are June 19th no contact, no email, no order received 18 days after it was ordered. I asked that if it had not shipped to cancel order and credit my c/card. Later that afternoon i receive an eamil stating my ordered had changed to "shipped." The shipment by the tracking number shows its never left Big Country's facility.June 25th I sent the last email stating I wanted to get this resolved and nothing, no more communication. It's not asking too much to place an order 3 weeks in advance to not recive it after 28 days now. In this time frame I placed an order with ***** Tackle Compny in ***** on June 17th and recieved on June 21st... 5 days from *****!!! Like many people in these reviews, we failed to go read all these negative reviews, I would not have placed my order at all. Never will I trust this company again to follow through with such basic customer service.If its still there, cancel and credit my c/card. ************
