    I ordered an item online on 11/12/24 I received an email confirmation but not tracking as of yet. I have attempted to email the company several times with no response for an order status . I saw other people who had the same problem when I further researched the company. No phone number.

    It appears that you are not receiving any of the emails sent to you from our system or us pertaining to your order.  You might need to check your spam or junk folders. Sorry this did not work out.  Your order has been cancelled and refunded. It sometimes takes a few days to show up on your online banking statement.

    Placed order for two blades that appeared to be in stock on 5-29-2024. Was recently alerted to multiple scam practices where ****** accepts orders and charges for them immediately even when not in stock and unknown if and when order will ship. I e-mailed company and they didn't answer about items ever being in stock but that it would be at least several weeks before items shipped and even that was not guaranteed.I both want and need an immediate refund for this sleazy business practice that has me scrambling to find replacements and financing for what was to be an imminent gift.     4/4/23 - purchased item for amount ***** - shipping included April - july: Email correspondence several times with the answer that it was still on back order. I said I would wait. Sent a new email 11/16/23 asking if this part was instock and was told yes.Responded today, 11/17/23 with my order number and attached email reciept, and asked if they would fulfill my order now that it is in stock.Was emailed back immediately stating the order was canceled and should get refund within a few days. The order was canceled AFTER I responded with my order information. I did not ask to cancel the order at any point in our correspondence.

    I dont feel obliged to eat the cost of the items inflated price when I was not notified that there was a problem with that distributor, until after the order was canceled. There was a 7 month gap between purchase and cancelation, and no point during that time did they identify any problems other than it was on backorder. I also made every initial conversation via email to determine whether the item was back in stock.   Business transactions requires communication  and best efforts.  I would appreciate the business honoring the original agreement of sales price,  as any reputable business would not put the burden of additional cost on their customer.
