    This company is awful!! **************** is horrible!! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. This company needs to be investigated.. They state you owe charges and they can't even break down what the charges are for... THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD!!!!

    Absolutely horrible company to do business with. We were attempting to PAY OFF a loan balance IN FULL, and our assigned representative either did not answer the phone, did not respond to voicemails or emails. It took months to finalize the transaction, and ended up paying MORE than what was owed. We finally (after months) received a return check for the overpayment, now my bank is putting a 7 day hold on the check because they have had a very negative experience with them honoring their checks. BEWARE

    My mortgage was transferred to SN servicing corporation last year May 2021. I started making payments June 2021. I have all paperwork and bank statements showing payment went through. They contacted my attorney and claimed I owe $7000. Only problem, I paid all they asked on the statement coupon. My attorney is handling this for me. I think I should file a complaint with the attorney general. Either they are incompetent or trying some kind of scam. They do not want to become my hobby where I spend all my time to bring legal action against SN servicing.

    My mortgage was sold to SNSC February of 2021. I make my payments and usually round up to the next 50. The people are nice and the app is awesome. My issue is their inerest. As I said I pay up but the $18.23 I paid over was all the gave me credit. When I called them they made the next month with a decent amount for my principal. Then right back to not giving me any credit for my payment. I finally started only paying just the payment amount and this month I got a total of .94 cents of my payment. It was a ********************************* 2008. But now that SNSC has my mortgage and only giving me less than a dollar credit for my payment it will take hundreds of years to pay it off.

    Have not dealt in good faith with me. Wish I could give negative stars. Dragged out my covid hardship to only offer me a deal with $5000 up front, $800 more a month and 1.5% more on my existing loan. Now I am screwed with interest rates going up and foreclosure imminent. Uncooperative . horrible customer service. What they have put me through should be criminal.
