On 02/27/2025 I called SN serviceing corporation to see if they received my $6800 wire and unprofessional employee ******* ******** started discriminating and violating my civil rights. By looking my last name he is always verbaly abusing me and making work more difficult. Also, most of the times he is ignoring my phone calls and emails. I'm tired of his discriminatory behavior and I asked him to transfer me to his supervisor. He refused me tree times and finally transferred to his supervisor. I left a voicemail for her. I called back again and spoke with another manager Mrs. ********* I talked to her about his discrimination. She was very kind and helpful.SN Servicing Corporation

1 starI fell behind two payments because of hospitalization for what I eventually learned was a terminal illness.I resumed making my regular payments plus an additional amount that would catch me up within 4 months.I made the payments online and set up future payments and I called several days after the payment was supposed to be removed from my account.The customer service representative said the investor would not accept partial payments for the missed payments and I would have to make full payments for the two missed payments plus the current payment.I told them that if I did that it would exceed my monthly income and I would have no money left to buy food medication or pay other bills and they said that I would have to find a way!Review fromJames G

1 starSN Servicing Corp is a rip-off!! Our mortgage loan was initiated via CitiFinancial and they sold ALL mortgage loans because they did not want to do anymore mortgage loans. Our loan was bought 5 times so far in 20 years. The reason for all the loans are changing from one lender to another, is because the lender sells your loan to the highest lender (If that makes sense)?They are making $$$ off your debt and most but not all, lands in the hands of these want a be Lenders which are nothing but a ****************** You have to pay your monthly bill on the exact due date every month (30 day period)... Example: My due date is the 17th of every month and if it falls on a day they are closed or on a Holiday, most would pay early or on the next business day, Right? This is where they get you... remember, it has to be within a 30 day period.... that means you cannot pay early or late. If you notice, that your pymt goes to interest and not to the principle. ---------------------------------- Here is an example of what SN Servicing is doing to loans:Monthly Pymt $200.00 Principal $0.00 Interest $200.00 ------------------------------------Now, if you are paying more than your monthly pymt, here is what they do:Pymt $400.00 Principal $116.35 Interest $283.65 I encourage everyone to please contact your states Banking Commissioner and file a complaint on SN Servicing.Review fromWes H

1 starWell, up until just a day or two ago, ***be 3 stars even with being basically ghosted back in February when I asked about getting detailed information on what exactly some of the fees / charges were instead of just saying miscellaneous.....Those miscellaneous charges being in excess of $1,400 with no details as to what for other than more attorneys fees. Yes, more on top of the already over $4,000+. But my POC had been fairly transparent with me on everything up to that point, as I am in foreclosure and funny enough I got the no response about a week before the auction sale date was set to take place. I guess much like the shady company I was set to sell the property to, SN ***be underestimated me since I've been fairly laid back and quiet during the process as a whole. That being said, things really started to come to light just a couple of days ago after asking again as well as resending the initial email with the detailed information I was requesting about some of the charges. My POC was pretty quick to send me what was supposed to be the information I needed only problem was that after creating the needed password to open the encrypted files (for privacy ya know) that what I saw were copies of checks with no dollar amounts or anything that *** or *** not be for my account. Scroll down to find a second set of documents for someone else entirely, another city and state with their personal account information and whatever else as I quickly closed it and emailed my POC informing her of the matter and that I was a bit concerned now that someone *** very well have my account information in front of them and that I took privacy of this kind seriously. That was 2 days ago, haven't heard anything back about it??!! So either not concerned or trying to figure out just how bad this type of thing is. Oh and I'm still set to sell the d**n house if I can get this resolved along with the (imo) insanely high amount of fees looked over.Review fromJudy O

Terrible company. Did what I needed to do to change payment amount following their instructions. They took double payment then argued with me and pretty much was told to bad. Rude people. Now after putting stop payment on extra payment I'm being charged NFS charge.SN Servicing Corporation

1 starOur story is very similar to the other reviews, this has been a terrible experience, unlike any other we've ever experienced with previous mortgages. SNSC purchased our mortgage from our initial lender and it's been terrible ever since. We never received notice our mortgage was transferred but began receiving debt collection notices. After talking with a supervisor, I was told our mortgage had been transferred and they are a debt collection and mortgage servicing company. Was told we'd receive a packet in the mail on how to set up our account, etc. It took months to receive anything or get set up and we continued to receive debt collection notices. It's extremely difficult to actually talk with our assigned advisor and when we do, the customer service is that of a debt collector - **** and extremely unpleasant. They've said we're missing a payment, although, we can't find this in our records. This has been an ongoing issue. Also, to gain documents, we can't access this in our portal, we have to request they give us documents, however, we have yet to receive our statements that we've asked for. Terrible Mortgage provider. They just acquired my loan last month and its already taken a turn for the worst.No App, horrible customer service, and little effort at all of making their company more credible. Truly hope my loan is sold again to a company that can afford to provide an app for borrowers.SN Servicing Corporation

One of the worse compony. They are very **** especially **** she claim to be a supervisor.No one was able to tell me why on my statement from them saying that the Escrow account include (Taxes and Insurance) but they are claiming that I am responsible to pay my Insurance. I did contact my Insurance, there response was the bill it has been going to SN Servicing .and they did pay last year.This is fraud and i will follow up with the correct law enforcement. DO NOT USE THEMSN Servicing Corporation

Yes I did speak to ******** and stated I would research and get back to him - in the meantime he called back in and spoke to another person where we had located the letter from the borrower to unescrow him for his insurance and he would pay himself as of jan 23 - we paid the prior year - he stated in that conversation he forgot about that - I called him back to also go over that but he did not pick up the call so I left a brief message to that affectReview fromCheryl D

I feel very sorry for anyone who gets involved with this company. They take your money they lie. And there attorneys are ruthless. They are in the business to ruin people and take their money.
