It took two months, multiple emails and phone calls to get a response for the warranty claim. Two of my older pieces were no longer nonstick and had never been abused or missused. No metal utensils and only hand washed. Have not had issues with warranty in the past from them, but their response was this will be the last time they will replace the items. One of the other items for which I was seeking replacement was a warped brand new pan that came as part of a set. I still haven't received any acknowledgement about that piece, just the older ones. The quality of their new product is very poor quality compared to earlier versions. I'm still awaiting information about how to receive a refund about that.Initial Complaint

Bought pots and pans set, one pot is defective. Sent pictures to them and they sent a replacement. Sending a completely different brand and model stating this is the policy. I cannot purchase the pot individually because it is part of a set. Now I have a mixed matched set, and I do not want to except the pot they sent me. They closed the complaint stating that they sent a replacement. I cannot even return the replacement pot because it would cost me $50 to do so and they won't send a return label because they don't want to send the correct make and model that thy should have done so from the beginning. This has been going on since December 2024. Spoke to customer service many times with zero resolution. All I was asking for was a replacement of one pot, but one that matches. We are really not happy with what they sent us as a replacement, this is unfair to the customer. If I could return the whole set, I would but we don't have the original boxes. I filed a warranty claim for my stock pot following their lifetime warranty directions on January 15, 2025. I have not heard from them even though the automatic email response said response times were 3-5 business days. We purchase the Anolon X Hybrid Nonstick Aluminum Nonstick 10-pc. Cookware Set mind you it says non stick we paid $579.99 which is not a cheap set everything and anything sticks. We previously owned a set for 14 years worked beautifully non stick anolon but this one is hideous.I contacted anolon they told me this not to be a non-stick pan, False adverstizing i can;t use these i want a refund and will gladly return the set to themInitial Complaint

We purchased a induction range. In order to use this range you need compatible cookware. We purchased an entire set of compatible Anolon cookware at Dillards, if I remember correctly. Said to be guaranteed for life. I have had the small skillet seem to be raising in the center where you see the emblem on the bottom of the skillet and sticking. I sent the required photos before and on December 6th 2024 I received a response. The response states:We have received your support request and created a help ticket in our system. Your ticket number for your reference is: #******. At this time, tickets for general questions, order inquiries, order support are responded to within 1-2 business days. ******** times for warranty claims will take an estimated 3-5 business days if not sooner. If your ticket is a warranty request/claim, please do not submit a new warranty claim if you have not received a response during the estimated timeframe stated above. Instead, simply reply back to this email message and report this matter to our support team. I have never heard from them since. I have replied to this email several times in the last month, to no avail. If you call the number on their email. I am directed to the scam group telling me congratulations' as you have won something then trying to have me get a medic alert product but you cannot pass this to speak with an Anolon customer service person no matter what you do. On November 16, 2023 I purchased a cookware set from Anlon. This cookware carries a "Life Time" warranty. The stock pot that like all the pieces from this set has never been placed in the dishwasher although it is dishwasher safe. On November 28th I preparing our Thanksgiving meal and placed ******* greens in the stock pot. The lid would not secure to the pot. Upon closer investigation I noticed the pot was warped. On December 3rd I contacted ***** customer service as well as sent an email. I was advised on 12/18/24 to file a claim with Anlon support. I completed all the requirement including pictures and description of the issue. The website states they will respond in 3-5 business days. I contacted Anlon on 12/27/24 a full 9 days and was told they would expedite my claim. They have not even processed my claim, now is no longer responding to my emails. This product is less than a year old as it was a holiday present in 2023. I want some response from this company and or a full refund and I will return the entire set.Initial Complaint

We received the Anolon roaster pan from **********. It was so heavy to lift, so we had to start a return ticket to send it back. Our return ticket was submitted 7 days ago, with the promise (by auto reply) that someone would contact us within 3 business days. Of course, no one ever contact us.... but why contact at all? Why does Anolon need a Return Ticket? Maybe for a RMA number, who knows? It does not explain why anywhere. Other companies simply link to a return label and off you go to ********* with the return. Apparently, there is an issue with Anolon. Seeing the reviews here and elsewhere, we are concerned and decided to send our concerns in writing by directly linking to the Anolon Autoreply email acknowledging our creating Ticket. We sent the same HELP Request Five (5) times in hopes of irritating customer service enough to respond. Is ******************** purposely dragging its feet? The company states: "you typically have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition, with the original receipt included," Well there was no receipt in the box, so this should be a wonderful experience forthcoming.Initial Complaint

I purchased an online order on 9/25 from Anolon website. I returned it with the original box after I received a returned label from *****, one of the support team members. The tracking has shown that my returned item was delivered on 10/3. I requested the updated status for the refund on 10/25 and no response. Ive reached out to Anolon about my lifetime warranty on my pan through email and Instagram several times and got no response. Id like a response to see if I can get a replacement.
