    ~~Date of transaction: 01/30/2024 ~~Amount paid: $74.18 USD ~~Business was to provide: Two Anolon X Glass Replacement lids, one 10" and one 12". ~~Nature of Dispute: The 10" lid was received but the 12" lid was not. I purchased a lot of frying pans 11/2023 and only their lids work, so I want the lid that I ordered.I have attempted to contact them via phone, but it is impossible to get in touch with customer support. I opened two tickets with their support: one on 02/15 and another on 03/27.     Date of transaction was 7/23/22 for $325.I filed a warranty complaint with this large cookware supplier on 3/13/24. My items have already started falling apart years before they should considering I barely use them to cook.They let me know on 3/20/24 that once I provided them with picture of all items, the batch number of the items, and my personal information that they would need 1 to 2 business days to process my request. I sent them all pertinent information as requested and done perfectly on 3/25/24. I waited past their deadline of 2 business days and emailed them on 3/28/24 asking for a confirmation they have received my images and information. I emailed them yet again on 4/1/24 as well as 4/4/24. It has now been 9 business days since they received all information. I understand this is not much time, but they let me know this would be finalized in 1 or 2 business days and they refuse to even send me an email letting me know they received the images.

    My pots and pans come with a Lifetime warranty. I submitted a warranty claim with all needed info allowed on the company website. The warranty claim has gone well past the sites own time evealuation needed and have had no response as well it is impossible to speak with a human if you call in. This has changed from when we originally bought our set. I am seekeing an exchange for our Saucepan, seen in the uploaded pictures.

    I filed a warranty claim by email with Anolon regarding defective cookware on March 7, 2024 (reference # ******). They mention that their response time is with 3-5 business days. I've followed up 4 times since the initial claim and received no response, however.

    I purchased two Anolon cookware pans which carry a lifetime warranty against sticking. I contacted them to file a claim, to have them honor the warranty. I uploaded photos of the cookware as requested. Anolon responded to me on 2/9/24 with a reference number: ******, and said that they would respond to my claim in 3-5 days. I have emailed them twice since then, and have attempted to call also. I cannot get anyone from the company to respond to me. I would appreciate someone contacting them on my behalf, since I cannot seem to elicit any further response from them myself.

    The company states their product have a lifetime warranty. I received a set of cookware as a wedding gift back in 2011 from an aunt and we registered our products as our aunt told us they had a lifetime warranty and indeed, did not had any issues until recently in only 2 pieces of cookware. The rest of the set is in good condition, however the frying pans are not. I followed Anolon warranty claim guidelines, submit pictures and file my claim with them on January 12,2024, then sent a follow-up email on January 20 and have received NO RESPONSE besides the automated message with the ticket #******. I have tried calling the phone number on the ticket ***************) and its just a recording with no option to talk to a human or inquire about my claim. This is truly unacceptable. I have care for our cookware since 2011 and now that I have encounter an issue there's no accountability. I am sure I cannot be the only customer that had encountered this issue

    I received a second order for the same cookware that was ordered incorrectly. I have attempted to contact them for instructions for returning the items. I went to the website listed and unable to get this information. To speak with anyone regarding this was going to cost me $56 and I will not pay that just to get instructions on how to return these items. I called the contact number listed and the option for returns said to go to the website which was no help the 2 times I went there. I would like them to give me instructions on how to return the items and receive a refund.

    Anolon cookware comes with a lifetime warranty. I followed the instructions on their website for a warranty claim on 3 pans (on 02/28/2024) - warranty claim # ******.In response I received an email saying that I would receive a response in "an estimated 3-5 business days if not sooner". After a few weeks (02/20/2024) I followed the instructions in the email and asked for a status update. I tried the phone number listed and it had no options to speak to a person.On 02/28/2024 I followed with another email.On 03/06//2024 I followed with another email.I have not received any response after I received the initial acknowledgement that they received my claim.

    I had cookware that was under warranty and is chipping already. On 1/11 I submitted a warranty claim on their website. My reference number is ******. I received an email saying I would get a reply in 3-5 business days. On 2/2 I followed up to this email inquiring why I did not hear from anyone. I heard nothing. On 3/8 I submitted a question to analon support (******************* cookware parent company). I have not heard anything. All attempts to reach by phone send me to the two email addresses I sent my warranty claims to.

    1)I ordered a non-stick fry pan for my wife approximately 12/9/2023, Order No. SH89840-ANO (attachment #1) with ANOLON for $85.59 on a non-interest payment plan with AFFIRM , and AFFIRM processed the order on December 11. During a discussion with my wife, she told me she preferred inexpensive fry pans and replace them in a few years. I contacted ANOLON , and asked them to cancel my order. ANOLON opened a Ticket on my cancellation request on 12/15/2023 (ticket No. ******, attachment #2) and replied their response time was within 2 days.2)ANOLON did not respond and shipped the pan. I received the pan on 12/20/2023. I notified ANOLON I had received the pan and wanted to return the pan. ANOLON opened another ticket on my return request on 01/04/2024 (ticket No. ****** attached).3)ANOLON never has responded to my many attempts or these 2 ticket to resolve my return within the ****************************** their return policy for unused fry pans. I then contacted AFFIRM them about my issues with ANOLON and requested their help. I received several canned letters indicating they would investigate, but never received any notification. I am attaching an email that I sent to AFFIRM on 12/30/2023 (attechment #4).4)After continuing NOT to receive any response from ANOLON and AFFIRM, ANOLON closed my account so I cannot access the tickets and AFFIRM closed my case regarding this issue. Neither company has ever responded. 5) To date I have made 2 payments through AFFIRM and owe 2 more payments.6) ANOLON does not deserve to remain in business because of the way they treat their customers by not honoring their return policy. Nor has AFFIRM honored their claim to assist with issues concerning purchases.7) I want to return the fry pan unused in their original packaging per their RETURN POLICY after I receive a refund for all my payments made to date and a cancellation of any remaining payments.
