We purchased a set of Anolon non stick cookware through Bed ************** They came with a lifetime warranty. It has been less than 4 years and all three pans are no longer non stick and they are very difficult to clean. The finish is discolored and appears to be coming off. I filed a claim for warranty replacement on January 7, 2023. They emailed me almost immediately and said *************** for warranty claims will take an estimated 3-5 business days if not sooner." I sent them a follow up email on the 14th. Today is January 23rd. It has been 12 business days and they have not responded to my email or processed the claim. No one answers their phone which just has recorded messages telling me to email them again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of two pans and only received one pan. I received the 10 in. But the **** in. I did not receive. The order #SH92568. I called numerous times but only got a recording. I opened a ticket as was requested by the recording #******. I sent two messages on this ticket number but still have not heard anything from the company. I ordered a pan from Anolon, but quickly realized it would be too small and tried unsuccessfully to cancel order. I then ordered the desired size with expectation of returning the first pan. However the second order actually shipped first and upon inspection wife decided it was too small. Shortly after the second pan shipped and I had two pans that I wanted to return. Both are unused and in the same shipping material they were received. Anolon customer service automated and instructs you to go online to submit return tickets which will be responded to in 1-2 business days. I am now in week three of trying to get return authorization having sent multiple replies requesting an update on my ticket status. There has been no response and I believe this is initially how the company operates in an effort to force customers to keep there ordersInitial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 12/14/23 Amount Paid: $559.63 Order #: SH90553-ANO I would like to return the opened, but unused merchandise. The company website says you can do this within 30 days, but you have to submit a ticket to get return instructions. I have submitted 3 tickets, emailed customer support twice, and called the company (you cannot reach live representative). I began submitting tickets on 12/27/23 but I have received NO response whatsoever in regard to facilitating this return. Order #SH90413-ANO, I did not receive everything that was paid for. The 6 piece sure grip utensil set was not with the shipment, I've been trying to contact anolon for longer than 2 weeks. I put in a request for customer service on ********, which I a automated email back with a ticket number ******, with a message that stated should respond within 4 or 5 days. Nothing they do not respond to messages or answer the phone. Please help I would just like the stuff I paid for it was roughly 40$. I ordered a set of cookware on 11/12/23 and received it about 1 week later. The order #SH79983-ANO. I returned it on 11/29/23 and I have the **** receipt of when I sent it back. I checked the tracking on delivery and it was delivered on 12/1/23 to the company. I have yet to receive a refund back to my form of payment. I have emailed, called and submitted a ticket and have not received any response by email other than the ticket was received. I have tried to call but can't get past the automated menu. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company with no success. The $430.33 might not be a lot to some but it is to me and I need that refunded back to my credit card because I'm paying payments on something I don't own. I don't know if this company is actually legit or not. It states on the webpage that the customer service is excellent but I have yet to come to that conclusion. I ordered the product on November 26th, 2023. I received confirmation the order was received and given a tracking number for *** 1ZX8R1710328525823. I was charged for the product. I still have not received my order. The order number is SH85132-ANO. I have tried calling but you get a loop and no one to answer the actual call. I have submitted multiple help tickets with an auto reply that says they will contact me in 1-2 days. They have not and its been weeks. I have emailed their support team and again no response. I ordered a pan from Anolon. It was received damaged. I reached out on ***** via their customer service email because they dont have a phone number. After giving a 7 day grace ******* I have emailed daily without response. I was looking for a replacement of my product since it was damaged but at this point due to their lack of response I'd like a refund. Still no response.
