    I purchased the front lips and side skirts for my car. The side skirts damaged when I received them. I contacted the company to get it replace. They make me go thru so many steps and then tell me the parts replacement out of stock. I requested fully refund. They make me go thru more steps for the refund.

    Ordered a lip for my gr86. Looked nice at first then I put it on and realized it was inferior quality as it broke quickly. They sent a replacement and guess what? It also broke within a DAY! I told them I want a refund and they dont respond. DO NOT use this company . I will be seeking compensation because the inferior product broke apart and destroyed my undercarriage. Absolutely do not use them. They use inferior quality products that dont last . They dont stand behind there products . Just dont do it because you will regret it.

    Super cheap product. I've had it for 2 months and it's already cracked. I am beyond disappointed. If I lived in ********** I would be in these people's faces everyday until I got my money back. It's one thing to sell cheap products, it's another thing to sell cheap products for $300 a piece. DO NOT BUY THE ***** END SPLITTER FOR THE CORVETTE C8

    Each time I have contacted the company about a cancellation and refund they have lied. On 10/10 i made an online purchase from extreme online store. On the morning of 10/11 I requested that the order be cancelled. After I did not receive a cancellation confirmation on 10/14, I called again to inquire about it. The representative advised me that he would follow up and contact after. Approximately 30 minutes later I received a call from ********** Transport requesting delivery authorization. I advised them that the order had been cancelled and to return the item to sender. I contacted extreme online again on 10/15 and requested my card be refunded because I had cancelled the order. The representative again claimed he didnt recall speaking to me previously nor did he have record of the cancellation. According to other car community members, this company has a reputation of claiming items are in stock that are not available, and sending used or returned orders.

    Purchased products from this firm on August 5th for a total price of $396.41. Product arrived on August 8th. Product was inspected and found to be much lower quality than advertised and one of the items was damaged and broken. I emailed the company on August 8th describing the damage and situation while also providing pictures of the damaged item. Company responded after a few attempts and provided a return label to return the damaged product with a promise that I would be refunded my full amount once the item was received. The item was shipped back and arrived at their location on August 15th. The company has now gone silent and will not respond.     I ordered a C7 Corvette Stage 3 front splitter with winglets. I had to get a replacement. The splitter broke off in parts. Extreme sent out a replacement. The winglets are cheaply made and breaking off into pieces. The plastic is crumbling. I reached out to Extreme and provided pictures. They are telling me they will give me 5 percent off. Next order, I am very disappointed that they are not taking full responsibility for a full replacement. They are going to provide me with an email saying for me to go under 85 miles per hour anywhere on the site or in the description does it say that the product has certain speed requirements. This is wrong. I am not going to do business with Extreme ever again. They are selling faulty products and not standing by their standards. Also this is my second time ordering this product last one I was able to get placement . The winglets are during exactly the same thing the splitter was during .

    My father has been targeted by Extreme Chat Site. He has dementia and is being exploited by this aggressive company. They target via email links and pressure to respond to photos at 35 dollars a session. I cannot unsubscribe him. Absolute disgrace.

    I purchased a corvette diffuser for $231. I was unable to use the screws provided as the pre drilled holes were too small. I couldnt drill them out as no nuts or instructions were provided. I contacted the business ***** times by text, phone and email. Mr. ******* claimed he had never had a defective one and refused to send a prepaid mailer for return and refund. He also indicated I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. I checked reviews online and this sort of lack of customer support has occurred numerous other times. I am forced to pay the cost of return shipping a 15% restocking fee and can only hope I get a return. Any reviews I write will reflect this companys lack of customer support on defective products they sell and the difficulties I had getting any response from them.

    5/6/23 Ordered $500 seat covers. Their site says they ship same day unless there is a problem and they will contact you.Waited until 5/8 and emailed them is my product being shipped out? No response. 5/10 emailed again asking if they're still sending my order no response. 5/11 emailed them again no response.5/11 called the business and they had no idea where my order was. I asked then to please retund my money. They said it would be refunded ***** hours.5/13 email sent asking where's my refund nothing. 5/15 no communication or refund.It sounds like this place is outsourced to another country when you call and they simply don't care once they have your money.I just want my refund.
