On January 31st, 2025 someone took a loan out in my name at ************************** I emailed them and told them that it was not my loan because they had a total different bank i dont use, they also said I was behind on my payments even though I apparently just got the loan 1/31/25 and its 2/6/25 that i am writing this. They sent me an affidavit to fill out to put all my personal information. I will not do that because i dont know if this is a scam company or not. I assume I should just go to the police and fill out a report because i dont know what else to doBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: anyone can sign an electronic loan agreement. I am not going to back down until this is wiped in my name. I have contacted my lawyer and the police and we will all be working diligently until this is wiped from my name. Greenarrow Loans needs to be better at making sure real people are getting loans through them. The bank account attached to my loan is from ********* and I live in *******. Why in the world would I have loan money going to a bank account in *********. Get it together Green arrow loans. You guys need to learn to treat people better.

Do NOT do business with this company. Why? Well, ****** this question: What kind of company calls your place of employment to talk to you BEFORE you take a loan with them??? This place does. On March 15 received a 300 dollar deposit from Green ***** Loans that I had not signed up for. Since then, they automatically take out a payment of ***** every time my direct deposit comes in, dates : 03/21, 04/09, 04/18, 05/02, 05/16, 05/30, 06/13. My husband and I have contacted the company multiple times asking them to stop taking the money out of our account, and they have told us the payments have been cancelled, yet they continue to come out. Because we did not sign up for the loan, we dont even have an account with the company, and therefore cannot do anything through their website. The ***** has came out 7 times now, well over the 300 dollar loan we were given plus interest. This is no way to run a business, and with times so hard right now, I simply cannot afford itespecially since I didnt ask for this money in the first placeBusiness Response

On April 23,2024 I received a loan from green arrows of $300.00. I made two payments and could not find my remaining balance on the app or online it kept saying error. When I final got a representative on the phone and she tells me my remaining balance is $340.00 of today. When I ask why I was told I had to pay $5.90 a day. When I ask the representative to show me in the contract we both pulled up she states that it was up to me to do the math on my repayment that it does not actually say the daily charge. I took out a $300 loan on 3/20/24. Since, I have made three payments of $96.71. On 5/13/24 I communicated to Greenarrow that I could no longer afford my payments. Someone has contacted me from this company trying to get me to schedule payments to pay my past due balance of $339.66. I have already paid $290.13 and they still want me to pay $339.66 for a $300.00 loan. This company has not helped me out in anyway shape or form, other than harrass me by phone and email when I have already expressed I can't afford the payments.Business Response

Received an email on 5/21/2024 with a description of a loan repayment plan. I did not take or apply for any loans with this company. Upon contacting them seeking more information to report this as fraud, they refused to give me any of the information that was supposedly linked to this loan in my name. I then questioned them heavily and was told they did not have a SS number on file and needed me to provide one for which I refused. They then stated that the only way to get this removed from my name was to fill out a word doc (that anyone could create) again seeking my SS#. I called the bank for which the *** repayment plan was set up and informed them of what was going on and that if there was an account in my name to shut it down. They stated that no one from the loan company had reach out to inform them of the situation. Greenarrow loans also highly advised against me reaching out to the bank associated with this loan stating they wanted to keep all of these matters internal. This is a scam. I had no inquiries on my credit so I will not be proceeded any further with them unless instructed to do so by legal council.Business Response

I signed documents saying I was promised a loan and an email was sent saying the loan was approved and I would receive my loan of $300.00 in 1-2 business days. Two days later I get an email saying my application was withdrawn even though it was already approved, which makes absolutely no sense at all. I recently pulled a copy of my clarity report and this company is being shown as someone I took a loan through. I have not currently or in past taken a loan with this company and i want this account flagged as fraud, removed from my clarity report and my information removed from their data bases.Business Response

I was made aware after checking my Clarity report that Green ***** Loans was listed on my report that I had a loan with them. I notified this company on 4/8/24 and receievd a response on 4/9 that they could not find a loan with my info. I have emailed with them multiple times now and to no avail. I called and spoke w/ 2 different reps on 4/30 and they were able to locate an account with my name and I was told that the account was "flagged as fraud" in their system, however when I inquired about why it was still being reported to credit reporting agency I was told "well without a police report we can't remove it". Under FCRA any incorrect information has to be removed. Clearly since they flagged this as fraud it is NOT CORRECT TO CONTINUE TO REPORT. I have spoken to my local police ***** however with no information to go on a police report is not appropriate they told me. I want Green ***** loans to remove this account from my Clarity report, as well as any other report and to NOT pursue me or any collection acts against me as this account is fraudBusiness Response
