This company somehow got my information and has been relentlessly contacting me to finalize a loan that I never requested from them or from anyone else - I have not applied for credit of any sort in more than three years. I have been a green arrow loan member since 2022. The first loan i took out was for $300.00 it was paid off on May 18,2023. i re loaned the same day for $500.00 the payments were for $166.31 i was able to make one payment of $166.31 on July 12th 2023 I have had a fnancial hardship i asked to split the payments up the payments were $40.47 that began on August 23rd 2023 up until November 15th 2023 I changed my payments for $30.00 beginning January 10th I have had increased expenses come up and i am on a fixed income i am barely making it and i am struggling to make ends meet. in total i have made 8 payments towards this loan. I would like to settle for the amount and total payments i have paid towards this loan and to close the account and consider it paid in full.Business Response

I began getting emails in December that I had taken out a loan with them, which I have not. Their latest email says they have unsuccessfully attempted to withdraw a payment of $44.26 by ACH, which did not go through because they don't have my bank account information. According to the payment schedule they sent, $44.26 is to be taken out every week until April 19, ****. I asked for proof of legitimacy, which they have yet to provide.Business Response

I used this loan as a quick help to get me out of a negative account situation and they did not let in on it being such a high rate. While they are quite easy to deal with, I am not pleased by how high the payments are for how long. It should take me 2 years to pay off a $400 loan! I shouldve been able to pay a little interest and be done after that. To pay back over a $1000 is just ridiculous.Business Response

I took out a loan in a medical emergency earlier this year. I still have huge remainder showing left to pay, but I have paid back what I had borrowed. I have loaned with this company many times in the past, however recently they had a significant increase in their interest rates and how minuscule the amount of your payment is actually applied to the principal of your loan. I have 2 loans with them each for $700 ($1400 total) I have made $1900 in payments and have been told that I owe $563 on one loan and $645 on the other!!! This is the very definition of predatory lending, $1900 in payments and only $200 has been applied to the principal balance. When I contacted them about this their best offer was to pay the principals off today in the amount of $1200., or make larger payments. I already pay $800 a month. Please beware and do not fall in this rabbit hole no matter how desperate you may be.Business Response
