Do Not Recommend. Argumentative, Shady, They forgot to balance the 2 front tires I bought from them and charged me again a month later to correct the issue they created, only to drive off the second time and the tires are still not balanced properly. Used to be a loyal customer. I will not go there again, one idiot there was snickering to the other workers because I wasn't listening to their bulls#@t excuses. Terrible employees....terrible service. Shameful as they knew they were at fault as there were no balance weights at all on the tires/rims. And kept insisting that they fell off - which is total ***** the issue was apparent upon driving off day 1. Stay Away from these Crooks.on a side note : they forgot to put valve caps on tires 4 different times I went there which I overlooked though cost me each time to replace the set with new.. they also (my most recent visit) sold me a set (2) of tires and After installing the second tire of the matched set... they came to me claiming the tire was NO good and they had to give me a different tire to which they said they only had 1 more of my size in stock to switch with which had totally different tread pattern and thickness... but left me NO choice as they were already 90% done replacing tires and I was Stuck buying a tire I didn't want. BAD BUSINESS. UPDATE: took car to my mechanic next day to recheck the balance of both front tires and in fact both were off balance after just leaving *****'s the 2nd time and repaying them for putting weights on without actually balancing the tire/rim and cost me an additional $60 at my mechanic to correct their Shady work. Stay Far Away unless you like being ripped off, lied to and laughed at by the ignorant - Scam-artist employees.
