    I filed a complaint with CFPB, consumer Financial protection bureau, ans ONE INC are licensed robbers thieves not professionals the only thing they can do is hanging up phone one customers. I was calling them four days and asking for tracking number of the payment date they supposed to do six days before they lied to me couple of times and thank God I have recording of our conversation that they told me the payment was issued on 14th and 20th, when I called them again with same issue,as I havent got the payment ,because I knew they havent issued it yet, they told me that adjuster has to approve the payment and payment hasnt been sent yet And hang up on me after I told them that I Catch their lie.STAY AWAY!! You will be screwed !!!

    There payment service is not up to par. Always running one to two weeks behind. And leaving the payee without there check..

    This company decided to call me and be condescending and then hang up on me. I have the recorded call for evidence. Stay away from businesses who treat people this way.
