            Please find a copy of my e mail to the owner of the business and i followed with multiple calls and no response yet. Mr. *******, your firm crew was paving the grounds at **** ******* Blvd " The ******* Post office " in the city of ******* on Tuesday January 31st 2023. At about 1:30 pm on January 31 2023 I received a call from our tenant that your firm truck with license plate number 9E46465 ran into our fence. The tenant informed us that an AMS Paving truck ran into our house fence and no one came to her door to inform her of the damage they have caused . She reached out to me immediately and at that time I was ten minutes away in the Redlands area. I arrived at our property located at 1255 Turquoise Ave ******* at about 1: 40 pm and asked for the person in charge of your crew. The person showed me ****' business card on his phone and we did speak to him about the incident. He assured me that there was no need for a PD report and they are 100 percent at fault and repairs will be handled in a timely manner. One week later i placed a follow up call and he said he was working on it. Two weeks with no action by your employee I did follow up with him and he referred me to ***** and said from their forward he is my contact to have the issue resolved. I was asked by ***** if I knew where to get replacement material for the fence and if we had a bid for repairs. We have contacted Redlands fence services and we were informed that they will have to replace the complete fence because it was difficult to match the color of the existing fence. I have tried to call ***** again except my calls were being forwarded to his voicemail. I emailed the bid to ***** and texted him a copy of the bid and he confirmed receipt of the bid. At the present time we are asking AMS Paving to reimburse us for the cost of making the necessary repairs to our property since we have been dealing with this issue for over three weeks with no actions by AMS Paving
