The staff and supervisory team has been ultimately unproffessional. They have lied consistently about the money they OWE ME! They have tried to negatively impact my credit score for a bill paid 3 months in advance. The mangement team are all liars and will never help you out. They are strictly looking to commission. I spoke with 3 representatives as of 8-22-23 7:30 pm est. They have all hung up the phone ironically when it were time to recieve a complaint regarding themselves. The supervisor on duty even threatened to call police on me after hanging up and stating that she lives in Californina. The business is overall horrible. The employees are all incompetent, unproffessional, and deserve to lose their jobs. Nothing about the company is synchronized so you will never get the same information twice regardless the situation. When you owe on your loan they will send your name to collections 1 minute after due. Seemingly, they now owe me $1,100 so everyone is clueless and have no information on where the money is. Management has no accountability at all. They all talk super vicious over the phone when they know they are in different states. Since february of 2023 this company has been nothing shy of a disease.

Car were totaled in February 0f 2023. PAyments were continued regularly upto april 2023. The paymwnt were missed by under $50 as the two previous payments were well over $10,000. The account has been made deliquent before 30 days (May 12th, 2023) without giving me a chance to make due. I were given a late fee and the account were closed resulting in an effected credit score. The company has been unsympathetic towards myself and offered no compensation since knowing the nature of the vehicle. The are more than well aware of the accident. I even contacted them personally the week of may 8th 2023 to inform them there were a check in coming in the amount of $1,400. I even which, discused with the personel about what were left upon the account via a subtracted amount of so. We discussed it were just under $1,100. They haven't reached back out at all and just decided to deliquent the account.

The retail installment contract signed by the complainant for the purchase and financing of the motor vehicle in question states: You agree to pay ** all you owe under this contract even if the vehicle is damaged, destroyed, or missing. and If the vehicle is lost or damaged, you agree that we may use any insurance settlement to reduce what you owe or repair the vehicle. The vehicle being deemed a total loss, as is the case in this instance, does not excuse complainant from maintaining the monthly payment obligations stated in the contract.

Lentegrity will mail a copy of complainants payment history directly to complainant which reflects the due dates and the dates payments were received. Due to the possibility that there was a misunderstanding, any derogatory credit reporting associated with complainants account with ********************** will be removed. Date of transaction: On Feb 17, 2023 I got financed for a loan of $24,934.36 from Lentegrity Lending LLC. I financed the vehicle from ********************. I paid a down payment total of $2,413.00 towards my loan. My conditional delivery agreement states that the finance or leasing agreement you entered into with the dealer is not final and must be approved by a third-party financial institution. If the terms are approved, the sale cannot be canceled. If the terms are not approved, the dealer must notify you in writing within 4 days of delivery of the vehicle to you, and you or the dealer May cancel this sale. On Feb 27, 2023 I received a welcome letter and my first statement for my truck payment from Lentegrity Lending LLC. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY DENIAL LETTERS FROM LENTEGRITY OR ********************.On Mar 16, 2023 I paid a partial payment of $234.95. I called Lentegrity to make sure that my account was still in good standing. A representative confirmed. Mar 21, 2023 I paid the remaining payment of ****** for my truck payment. I was advised by the dealership to continue to make my payment as this would put me in Lentegritys good graces. On Mar 22, 2023 Lentegrity Lending sent out a repossession call at 6:41 and had a tow truck tow my vehicle. Immediately contacted Lentegrity Lending and was told specifically that my loan was approved , funded, and then canceled . The finance department was very rude and disheartening even after I tried to come to a median. This has caused me a great deal of suffering towards me and my family because now I do not have transportation. I have had this vehicle for 30+ days , no ONE has ever reached out to me about anything surrounding my account with Lentegrity Lending. I would like my vehicle to be returned to me at ONCE. They did not uphold their end of the contract which was given to me at the dealership. Please see the pictures attached to support my statement.

Lentegrity strives to provide excellent customer service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We have reviewed our records to investigate the issue noted by the complainant and provide this response.

Lentegrity is an indirect consumer automobile sales finance company that *** take assignment of retail installment sale contracts evidencing a consumers
purchase and related financing of a motor vehicle from a dealership. In this particular instance, Lentegrity initially took assignment of the retail installment contract between complainant and ******************** (Dealer). Thereafter, during a standard
QA review, it was determined that additional verification was required.

The contracts states: If you break your promises (default), we *** demand that you pay all you owe on this contract at once, subject to any right the
law gives you to reinstate this contract. Default means . . . You give false, incomplete, or misleading information during credit application.

Lentegrity contacted the complainant to advise of the discrepancy discovered and the need for additional documentation. However, Lentegrity did not receive any additional
documentation. Due to lack of additional verification and upon discussion with Dealer, the parties elected to reassign the contract back to Dealer who would then rescind the contract and return complainants down payment. In addition, Lentegrity will return
all payments made by the complainant to Lentegrity. Therefore, all payments made by the complainant associated with the contract will be refunded and any account established in complainants name will be closed.

Lentegrity does not own or control Dealer, therefore, it is unable to provide a response to any of the claims asserted against the Dealer.

My son has health issues and fell behind in car payment to lentegrity. He is 25 yo. On determining his situation, I contacted lentegrity to get account up to date. My son was unable to be present or contacted due to nature of his issues. The representative was understandably unable to give me information on account. I estimated his debt and paid $500.00 thinking at least a substantial effort was made and when a followup statement came, I'd pay the balance. They came that night and repossessed the truck. We contacted local authoraties and they had no notification of a repo occurring. We began process of reporting it stolen assuming notice would have been given. After several days, when my son had some level of communication, we determined the truck was towed and its location. He was told to release the trunk another $888 was owed. A bill dated 1/26/2023 was located showing he owed $833. (I had paid $500 so this was incorrect) My son gave verbal auth for me to gain info on his acct that day. When I called cust serv rep, they didn't have the auth info. I was told a supervisor would call me back that day. No call, next afternoon I called and was toId the verbal auth was found, but was only good for the day received. My son, still has limited communication, emails them requesting the paperwork they require to give me authorization lasting indefinitely. It takes 2 days for them to return the info.He signed it, sent it, and was able to tell me exactly how much he owes. I call but they refuse to take payment from me. Even though I am not requesting any info on his account. They deny having auth letter. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was declined. Told "a supervisor would call me back that day".Poor communication, lack of follow thru, uncaring as a company.********, *******, even ********* are probably too nice to work there. They couldnt help me, but they at least tried.

I sent this company a cashiers check for $3,000.00 to go towards my monthly payments, because I was going to be "out of commission" for a few months. Upon calling them to ensure that payments were being processed correctly, their extremely rude phone room representatives tried telling me that my check stated "towards the principal payment". That is a flat out LIE!! Nothing on my cashiers check stated anything of the sort!! I hope this company is forced to close their doors!! I will be getting a photo copy of my cashiers check, from my bank, and getting my attorney involved!! This is the absolute WORST, bottom of ******************* I have EVER done business with!! That's saying A LOT, btw!!

I have been doing business with this company since June of last year. Today I was going through my account statement since January of this year and decided to calculate the interest on the amount that I have been paying to this financial institution and I am seeing interest deductions of up to 35% on a monthly basis for a loan that I took from them with an APR of 8.9%. This is very strange so I had to look up to see other lendees reviews against them. I think this is an unethical business practice of this financial institution. Regards,***************************

Lentegrity strives to provide excellent customer service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We have reviewed our records to investigate the issue noted by the complainant and provide this response.

The retail installment sale contract signed by the complainant states as follows:
We will figure the Finance Charge on a daily basis at the Annual Percentage Rate on the unpaid part of the Amount Financed.
We may apply each payment to the earned and unpaid part of the Finance Charge, to the unpaid part of the Amount Financed and to other amounts you owe under this contract in any order we choose as the law allows.

Whenever a payment is received, Lentegrity calculates the earned and unpaid part of the finance charge. This is calculated as follows:
Outstanding principal balance    APR   number of days since last payment    365

The resulting amount is applied to the account to satisfy the earned and unpaid part of the finance charge. The remaining amount is then generally applied to the outstanding principal balance; thereby reducing the outstanding principal balance for subsequent daily finance charge calculation.

The APR does not indicate the percentage of each payment applied to the finance charge.

Please feel free to contact Lentegritys *************************** should you have any further questions or concerns.

The vehicle was purchased on April 19th 2022, I gave the dealership ******* cash as a down payment, this bank hasn't done anything to make me and my wife life easier. We brought a vehicle from ********************* in ********** ** and the dealership financed this car thru Lentegrity in ***********, **********. My wife and I haven't had this vehicle since May 19th 2022 because that's the day the car broke down and is now this car is undrivable . WE have made payments to this bank up until 2 months ago because of illness. We are being harassed everyday for a car that we havent had since May 19th and all we want is to have this contract canceled because the car can't not be fixed and I would like this off of my wife's credit and my down payment back of *******. This car is in my wife's name illegally because I was told both of our names would be on the contract but they strictly put the car in her name. Both ********************* and Lentegrity LLC have done anything to help us out. All I have is a loaner car (my 4th loaner) but that's not enough. I want them to take my wife name off the contract and my down payment back so we can move on with our lives because this harrament is very unnecessary and I don't know what's the status of the car( it's a 2014 Infiniti Q50, Silver colored)...My wife name is *********************** and her phone number is **********... we don't have any information about this loan because the loan company has blocked her from seeing the account involving the vehicle all together. The dealership and ***************** Lentegrity are scamming us and I want them to clear my wife's name thats on the contract and I want the dealership to pay me back my *******.

Trying to get title, license plate, and registration after an out of business dealer did not finish the task. The lender, Lentegrity, began working on this problem October 1st. Car was purchased in August. By the end of November they had secured the information from **************, but needed to finish the job the get the car information to **************. The agent responsible filed and said it would take 4-6 weeks. The agent/employee working on my case stopped working for the company in December. No one informed me of this. The title and registration information have not been received. Repeated calls to the company have not been met with any email or phone response to resolve the matter. Making matters worse this vehicle is for business and due to some obligations of the business it needs to have ************** registration. This has negatively affected my business and has made dealing with insurance more difficult. They also never got me any temporary tags. Lentegrity can't blame the *** for their failures and there horrible communication. I registered an international trailer from *********, through *******, and into ************** with relative smooth sailing in a quarter of the time compared to the process they claimed and have not completed.

Lentegrity strives to provide excellent customer service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We have reviewed our records to investigate the issue noted by the complainant and provide this response.

Lentegrity is an indirect consumer automobile sales finance company and took assignment of a retail installment sale contract signed by the complainant for the purchase and related financing of a motor vehicle from a dealership located in **************. Upon taking assignment of the contract, Lentegrity established an account in complainants name for the associated loan.

As mentioned by complainant the dealership subsequently went out of business before fulfilling its obligation to perfect title on behalf of the complainant as the registered owner and Lentegrity as the lienholder of the vehicle. Therefore, Lentegrity had to take several steps in order to ultimately obtain title, which included identifying the 3rd party in possession of the then existing title who claimed a balance was owed before it would be released, providing the requested documentation to secure such title, working with both South ******************* of ***** Vehicles (dealer was located in **************) and ************** ******** of ***** Vehicles (complainant is a resident of **************).

We apologize for the delay in securing title but are relieved that it was ultimately obtained for the benefit of complainant and Lentegrity. We trust this addresses complainants concerns.
