So I have a loan with lentegrity for my car. I have made multiple payments to them through there automated systems, online thru the app and website and also with a live agent. I made a payment on Feb 5 thru the automated system and I was never informed of the payment not going through until I had a bill for a fee. After I was told the payment was returned I made a new payment with a live agent on Feb 9. The payment then went thru and they charged a fee for this. Now in March again i made my payment thru the automated system because they are still not giving my information to make an online account. I made the payment on March 5 and on March 8 I called because the payment was yet to debit from my account . When I called they informed me it was returned and I would not get a fee. I made payment with the live agent and he confirmed it would go thru. I waited 24/48 hrs for the payment to go thru and it did not again. I called again after it not being debited and then proceeded to hang up on me 10 different times. And finally when I did get agent, they informed they did receive my payment and I would get no fee. March 11 the payment has still not been taken from my account, so I called again and finally I was informed the payment wasnt taken and I got my online account set up and made a payment online and received a confirmation as well. Come March 13 the payment is still not taken from my account, so I call again the agent informs me the payment was returned and I received another fee on the account and there was no supervisor or way to reverse fees. She informs me I can make a debit payment for a fee and I do and that goes thru. But they said my payments were returned bc of not enough funds but I had more then enough funds and it didnt even hit my checking account. They charged two $30 fees for something they are doing.Business Response

It appears the instances where complainant encountered issues with payments being rejected are the result of such payments attempted when funds in the complainants checking account are pending rather than available to satisfy payment obligations, such as those attempted to be made to Lentegrity on the dates indicated. Complainant was advised of this on 3/10/25 and there appear to be no subsequent issues with payment attempts.
With respect the fees referenced by the complainant, Lentegrity will reverse such fees totaling $60 as a good will adjustment.
Lentegrity has not reported any derogatory information with respect to complainants account to any consumer report agency pertaining to the payments in question.Therefore, no further action will be required

I bought a 2018 truck from ******** in ********, ** , they sold me a truck that got problems since I tried to crank it ( didnt crank ) the first time and after that got some transmission problems after almost 3 months truck never got fixed and dealership got permanently closed but I put an air tag in truck so I knew where it was it and I tried to do the right thing and I called lentegrity to explore my options and they told me that they are going to call me back to let me k is what to do , they did and they told me that they are going to pick up truck themselves and the next day I called them to know where I am going to be able to pick up truck a very unprofessional supervisor ( forgot his name) told me that I need to pay 1000$ to get truck back and I told them that I could pick up truck myself , supervisor was very rude and told me thats the only one way for me to get truck back , when I spoke with a manager ****** she never told me that I need to pay to get truck back or the amount , his supervisor again was very rude and said that what happened to me is nobodys fault even though they knew since day one what was going on land also he said that I put down 20000$ so 1000$ is not that much , I want to get my truck back and I agreed that there might be some kind of money I need to pay but 1000$ is a robBusiness Response

Please note Lentegrity is an indirect consumer automobile sales finance company. As such, Lentegrity may take assignment of retail installment sale contracts evidencing the purchase and financing for a motor vehicle. In this instance, complainant entered into a motor vehicle retail installment contract with a motor vehicle dealership. The contract was assigned by the dealer to Lentegrity. As requested, a copy of the motor vehicle retail installment contract will be mailed to the complainant along with a copy of the payment history.

We traded in a vehicle that we had financed through this company and we had overpaid by over $800. We were supposed to be receiving a check for the overpayment. Its been over two months with little to no progress made and very little to none communication from them.Business Response

An overage check was issued in accordance with the timeframe you were advised of by our representatives over the phone. However, it appears you updated your mailing address on February 9, 2025 via our website. By that time, the process to issue your overage check had begun and resulted in the check being mailed to your now previous address. We will place a stop payment on that check and send you another check to the updated mailing address within a few days.

This is an Auto Loan. My 1st payment due 11/16/2024 Made with physical check. Since we are 5 mailing days apart I decided to set up recurring payments online. It was setup 11/30/2024 for payments to be deducted on the 8th of every month allowing enough time in case there was an issue. The 8th came and my payment was not deducted from my Account. So i made a one time payment online to Avoid late charges and contacted the business to resolve the issue. The lady said no no your fine its credited to your acoount. NO money was ever deducted from my checking. I recieve a text my payment was late and charged late fees. I contact them for the 2nd time. The excuse oh your bank kicked that back and charged us 30 dollars. So this time i give them my credit card to run a payment to avoid any further issues. So once again ok its credited to your account. My card was never charged.. Im not sure what illegal scam the have going but it needs to be investigated. Thanks for your time and I have screen shots of the online App stating my account has been credited then it disappears next time you log in.Business Response

Due to the nature of the complaint, a response would require disclosure of certain sensitive information pertaining to complainants account with **********************. Therefore, this response will be limited. However, complainant may contact Lentegrity directly at ************** and request to speak with the **************** Supervisor for additional information.
As noted, the complainant did initially establish recurring payments via Lentegritys website. Lentegrity processed the authorized payment.Lentegritys loan servicing system recognized and provided credit for the payment on December 8, 2024 (Payment #1). However, complainants bank subsequently informed Lentegrity that Payment #1 was unsuccessful. Therefore, Payment #1 was reversed from complainants account.
The complainant then utilized Lentegritys website to authorize another payment on December 14, 2024 (Payment #2). On December 16, 2024, at which time the account reflected application of Payment #2 to complainants account,a representative of Lentegrity confirmed Payment #2 was applied to the account to satisfy the December payment obligation. However, complainants bank subsequently informed Lentegrity that Payment #2 was also unsuccessful. Therefore, Payment #2 was also reversed from complainants account.
Complainant contacted Lentegrity on December 18, 2024 at which time complainant was informed of the 2 unsuccessful payments. Complainant subsequently arranged a payment via another source which was successful and applied to the account.
Please note complainants account was not assessed any late charges. In order to avoid any future issues, we recommend complainant review the payment instructions provided to Lentegrity to ensure all information is correct.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, The business stated i was not charged a late fee is false. Plus a 4.95 convienence fee for using a credit card. I am not completly satisfied. However my local bank has sent the payoff amount on the loan to Lentegrity. Hopefully this will resolve any further issues. I would like to thank everyone who took the time to review my complaint. Also to thank Lentegrity for the response regardless of my disagreement.

When I have tried to voluntarily surrender the vehicle because the company refuses to work with me. They lied about the extension that was supposed to be given. They have harassed and patronize me and my husband. Now because of a voluntarily surrender they are reporting it as a repossession and say that they are reporting it on my credit report.Business Response

First, we sympathize with the situation complainant is going through and are trying to be flexible with the relief sought by complainant.
Complainant first contacted Lentegrity on October 1, 2024 regarding the situation and inquired about possible relief.Complainant was informed about the possibility of a one-month extension of payment but upon further review complainants account did not qualify under Lentegritys policies.
Lentegrity and complainant have continued to communicate; ultimately agreeing to a course of action that would result in the extension sought by the complainant.

Lenlegrity llc is reporting an account on my credit report that does not belong to be I have sent in documentation showing I am NOT the person that holds an account with their count but they refuse to remove the information and keeps reporting this information to my TransUnion and Experian Credit reports I have file complaints with the ************************************ about this issue . I purchased a car and the dealer was to pay taxes and register the car and they did not do any of this even after the bank gave them my Money to do so. I finally decided I need to register the car or I would be paying for a car while not being able to drive it. I registered a complaint with the Bbb and the dealer simply said we are work on it and now its been over one year. In this case and every other the finance company requires the dealer to register the car. And if they require them to do this they are just as responsible as the dealer. I have called the dealer for a year with no positive response and now the lender is doing the same. The lender contracted with this dealer the lender is ultimately responsible. Id like my loan amount to be lowered by the 1700 amount and finance charges credited too. I have attached my cc statement were I paid and the corresponding registration which happened on 3/15/23.Business Response

We had a truck loan with this company which was paid off early January 2024. Despite numerous calls to this company we have not received the title for this vehicle. The vehicle was damaged in a fire in later January and deemed a total loss and we cannot recover from our insurance company without the title.Business Response

We apologize the complainant was not satisfied with the title release process experienced with Lentegrity. Upon satisfaction of the outstanding balance on complainants account, ********************** released its security interest in the vehicle. Unbeknownst to Lentegrity, complainant had moved to ******** and registered/titled the vehicle there with Lentegrity as the lien holder. The vehicle was originally purchased, registered, and titled in **********.
The initial release of security interest by Lentegrity was for the Virginia title; however, the ******************* of ***** Vehicles would not issue a new title to the complainant due to the existence of a California title for the same vehicle and required the California title be surrendered as well.
Once Lentegrity discovered this requirement,a California title was sought and, upon receipt, provided to the complainant to allow complainant to obtain a new Virginia title.
